In this paper, we developed DNL(Dynamic Network Loading) model based on Moving cell theory to analyze the dynamic characteristics of traffic flow in congested network. In this paper vehicles entered into link at same interval would construct one cell, and the cells moved according to Cell following rule. In the past researches relating to DNL model a continuous single link is separated into two sections such as running section and queuing section to describe physical queue so that various dynamic states generated in real link are only simplified by running and queuing state. However, the approach has some difficulties in simulating various dynamic flow characteristics. To overcome these problems, we present Moving cell theory which is developed by combining Car following theory and Lagrangian method mainly using for the analysis of air pollutants dispersion. In Moving cell theory platoons are represented by cells and each cell is processed by Cell following theory. This type of simulation model is firstly presented by Cremer et al(1999). However they did not develop merging and diverging model because their model was applied to basic freeway section. Moreover they set the number of vehicles which can be included in one cell in one interval so this formulation cant apply to signalized intersection in urban network. To solve these difficulties we develop new approach using Moving cell theory and simulate traffic flow dynamics continuously by movement and state transition of the cells. The developed model are played on simple network including merging and diverging section and it shows improved abilities to describe flow dynamics comparing past DNL models.
Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) has been established as the surgical approach of choice for lobectomy in patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients with clinical stage I NSCLC with no lymph node metastasis are considered candidates for VATS lobectomy. To rule out the presence of metastasis to lymph nodes or distant organs, patients should undergo meticulous clinical staging. Assessing patients' functional status is required to ensure that there are no medical contraindications, such as impaired pulmonary function or cardiac comorbidities. Although various combinations of the number, size, and location of ports are available, finding the best method of port placement for each surgeon is fundamental to maximize the efficiency of the surgical procedure. When conducting VATS lobectomy, it is always necessary to comply with the following oncological principles: (1) the vessels and bronchus of the target lobe should be individually divided, (2) systematic lymph node dissection is mandatory, and (3) touching the lymph node itself and rupturing the capsule of the lymph node should be minimized. Most surgeons conduct the procedure in the following sequence: (1) dissection along the hilar structure, (2) fissure division, (3) perivascular and peribronchial dissection, (4) individual division of the vessels and bronchus, (5) specimen retrieval, and (6) mediastinal lymph node dissection. Surgeons should obtain experience in enhancing the exposure of the dissection target and facilitating dissection. This review article provides the basic principles of the surgical techniques and practical maneuvers for performing VATS lobectomy easily, safely, and efficiently.
Cellular Automata(CA)s are used as a simple mathematical model to investigate self-organization in statistical mechanics, which are originally introduced by von Neumann and S. Ulam at the end of the 1940s. CAs provide a framework for a large class of discrete models with homogeneous interactions, which are characterized by the following fundamental properties: 1) CAs are dynamical systems in which space and time are discrete. 2) The systems consist of a regular grid of cells. 3) Each cell is characterized by a state taken from a finite set of states and updated synchronously in discrete time steps according to a local, identical interaction rule. 4) The state of a cell is determined by the previous states of a surrounding neighborhood of cells. A cellular automaton has been attracted wide interest in modeling physical phenomena, which are described generally, partial differential equations such as diffusion and wave propagation. This paper describes one and two-dimensional analysis of wave propagation phenomena modeled by CA, where the local interaction rules were derived referring to the Lattice Gas Model reported by Chen et al., and also including finite difference scheme. Modeling processes by using CA are discussed and the simulation results of wave propagation with one wave source are compared with that by finite difference method.

Recently, to satisfy mobile users' increasing data transmission requirement, energy efficiency (EE) resource allocation in distributed antenna systems (DASs) has become a hot topic. In this paper, we aim to maximize EE in DASs subject to constraints of the minimum data rate requirement and the maximum transmission power of distributed antenna units (DAUs) with different density distributions. Virtual cell is defined as DAUs selected by the same user equipment (UE) and the size of virtual cells is dependent on the number of subcarriers and the transmission power. Specifically, the selection rule of DAUs is depended on different scenarios. We develop two scenarios based on the density of DAUs, namely, the sparse scenario and the dense scenario. In the sparse scenario, each DAU can only be selected by one UE to avoid co-channel interference. In order to make the original non-convex optimization problem tractable, we transform it into an equivalent fractional programming and solve by the following two sub-problems: optimal subcarrier allocation to find suitable DAUs; optimal power allocation for each subcarrier. Moreover, in the dense scenario, we consider UEs could access the same channel and generate co-channel interference. The optimization problem could be transformed into a convex form based on interference upper bound and fractional programming. In addition, an energy-efficient DAU selection scheme based on the large scale fading is developed to maximize EE. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for both sparse and dense scenarios.
Degranulation of the rat peritoneal mast cell induced by intraperitoneal injection of horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was studied using light and electron microscopes. 1. Rat peritoneal mast cells in the Tyrode's buffered salt solution injected control group did not show any particular morphological changes following the specified time course. 2. Under the light microscope, the majority of mast cells observed 10 minutes after HRP injection were nearly the same as those of the control group. However, after 30 minutes, granule densities or staining properties of certain cells began to decrease and these appearances increased gradually until 12 hours after injection, at which time small groups of granules being stained pale-red or pink with toluidine blue were easily identified in the cytoplasm of many cells, and numerous extruded granuleg were scattered around these cells. 3. In the mast cells representing the early stage of degranulation induced by HRP, the electron densities of certain granules decreased as the size enlarged, and perigranular cavities were formed by perigranular membrane expansion. As a result, a thin cytoplasmic septum was formed between the expanded perigranular membrane and the cytoplasmic membrane in the cell periphery, and fusion of the adjacent perigranular membranes was observed in the inner side of the cell. 4. In some mast cells, one or two changes in the peripheral cytoplasmic septum could be seen. One was a focal rupture of the peripheral septum and the other was the formation of a saccule containing one or more vesicles. This saccule was thought to be used for granule-extrusion site and/or material absorptive apparatus judging from the morphological characteristics. 5. As the degranulation proceeded, the granule was extruded from the cell after partial rupture of the peripheral cytoplasmic septum. This phenomenon proceeded to-ward the inner side of the cell through the fused perigranular cavities, and consequently several distinct cavities containing a few unextruded membrane-free granules were formed throughout the cytoplasm after 12 hours. As a rule, the granule-extrusion sites were relatively fewer while the cytoplasmic cavities resulting from degranulation were more numerously observed. Thus, it was thought that the granule-extrusion sites tended to be restricted in the HRP-induced degranulation.

Dentigerous cysts generally encompass the crown of an unerupted tooth. These cysts are usually solitary. They are the second most common odontogenic type of cysts following radicular cysts, and are frequently associated with impacted mandibular third molars or maxillary canines. Most multiple cysts found in the jaw are odontogenic keratocysts associated with the nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome, mucopolysaccharidoses and cleidocranial dysplasia. Although a single dentigerous cyst is well documented in the medical literature, including the prevalence, treatment and prognosis, multiple dentigerous cysts without any systemic symptoms is unusual. Furthermore, cases involving both the maxilla and mandible are especially rare. We present the case of an 11-year-old boy with nonsyndromic multiple dentigerous cysts associated with a mandibular second premolar and a maxillary canine. The treatment was conservative and included marsupialization and eruption guidance. Further follow up is planned to rule out additional problems and the possible identification of a syndrome.

For the purpose of preciously describing real time traffic pattern in urban road network, dynamic network loading(DNL) models able to simulate traffic behavior are required. A number of different methods are available, including macroscopic, microscopic dynamic network models, as well as analytical model. Equivalency minimization problem and Variation inequality problem are the analytical models, which include explicit mathematical travel cost function for describing traffic behaviors on the network. While microscopic simulation models move vehicles according to behavioral car-following and cell-transmission. However, DNL models embedding such travel time function have some limitations ; analytical model has lacking of describing traffic characteristics such as relations between flow and speed, between speed and density Microscopic simulation models are the most detailed and realistic, but they are difficult to calibrate and may not be the most practical tools for large-scale networks. To cope with such problems, this paper develops a new DNL model appropriate for dynamic traffic assignment(DTA), The model is combined with vertical queue model representing vehicles as vertical queues at the end of links. In order to compare and to assess the model, we use a contrived example network. From the numerical results, we found that the DNL model presented in the paper were able to describe traffic characteristics with reasonable amount of computing time. The model also showed good relationship between travel time and traffic flow and expressed the feature of backward turn at near capacity.
