  • The purpose of this study is to examine how Analysis on the Causal Model with individual factor, family factor, family stress and elder abuse to face aged society that has been increasing elder abuse. This study selected 114 elder people who live in rural area. The data were analyzed with SPSS and SEM(Structural Equation Model) by the AMOS 5.0 Program. The result of the study are as follows: First, elder abuse has positive correlations with family stress, and negative correlations with individual and family factor. It indicates that individual and family factor had significant relationship with family stress and elder abuse. Second, according SEM which focused on relationship with factors of this study, family factor was not influenced with family stress but family stress had an effect with elder abused. Therefore, considering individual factor of elder and alternatives of reducing family stress should be needed for the prevention of elder abuse.

  • This study's purpose is to promote the development of CT industry by analizing the causal relationship between technology factor and commercialization of Tech. in CT SMEs and Ventures. The result is that Only technology experience accumulation among technical factors(technology develpoment cost, technology experience accumulation, technology concentration, technical expertise) has a significant effect on commercialization success or failure and non-technical factors have not a significant effect on.

  • This study suggests a Causal Loop Diagram(CLD) of causality mechanism which are integrating matters of localization, networking, embeddedness & institutional thickness and collective learning. These five factors(localization, networking, embeddedness & institutional thickness, collective learning, innovative synergy) have been studied and proofed Also this study suggest a model of industry cluster based on holistic and global system thinking rather than local and linear thinking.

  • This paper addresses a performance evaluation model for ERP system's implementation using Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. In this study, the performance variables are identified as the perspectives of cost, business process, systems operation, and change management, respectively. The empirical study also investigated factors that affect the performance variables to find out the causal relationship between them using the ANP approach. The data for the empirical analysis were collected from manufacturing companies that have implemented ERP systems. The research findings indicate the proposed model is powerful in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and managerial effectiveness, mediated by employee satisfaction, is an important one.

  • This Study discuss exploring normative-prescriptive factors after the themes on Organizational learning categorize two descriptive/explanatory-perspectives, prescriptive/normative dimension. The former would contain information processing model, theory of action, organizing in organization, while Senge's suggestion on Learning Organization may compose the latter. Each perspective is reconstructed and reinterpreted into the causal mapping relationship founded on system thinking and SD. Underlying on the former try to discovery validities of the latter. But this study only put forward the integral-dynamic model of organizational learning without empirical simulation.

  • In this paper, we propose the application of the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS) to analyze an aircraft accident data. HFACS is a general human error framework originally developed and tested within the U.S military as a tool for investigating and analyzing the human causes of aviation accidents. It was examined that HFACS reliably accommodate all human causal factors associated with the commercial accidents. We found that the HFACS could be used as a reliable tool for investigating aircraft accidents including a single accident analysis.

  • Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

  • The present paper intends to explain the probable reasons and practical circumstances for the paucity of local scholars in the region in attaining international recognition as Southeast Asianists. Far from being an apologetic piece, on the contrary, our goal is to first ascertain the causal factors for the lacuna, and in turn, to propose hopeful and realistic panaceas in resolving and overcoming the dire situation. Why? The rationale and advantageous factors in nurturing Southeast Asians as Southeast Asianist follow in the later part of the paper.

  • This summary of literature during the past year reviews published studies relating to risk factors for depressive disorders in children and adolescents. Risk factors include environmental toxins, socio-environmental, and genetic factors. As depression has a complex, multifactorial causal mechanism, it is likely that the accumulation and/ or interaction among multiple risk factors lead to depression. Findings related to the result of toxin exposure have been difficult to interpret given that risk factors tend to interact and that higher mental functions are not easily measurable. However, some findings have been consistent. Clinical research data has also shown that the risk for negative outcomes may be modified both by genetic and environmental factors through a gene environment interplay mechanism.

  • In this study, the main goal is conduct an empirical research for MNC's(multinational companies) contingency factors and entry modes. Through examining elements of success and limitations of foreign companies in the domestic market, a resulting purpose can be suggested such as developing attractive foreign investment policy. The results in this study are as below. The results from Logistic Regression Analysis there were indications for preference factors for WOS (Wholly Owned Subsidiary). The factors were 'Strategic Motivation', 'Intelligent Property', and 'Market Latent Purchasing Power'. For JV (Joint Venture) there were preferred factors such as 'Degree of Using Product Factors', 'Differential Products Development Ability', and 'Systematic Incentives'. However, this thesis is limited to identifying clear causal relationship between the 'Performance' of foreign investment enterprise which entered WOS or JV and various factors which were suggested in the contingency factors (independent variables).
