Automatic Inspection of Assembly Tolerances of Cathod Ray Electron Guns by Vision Probe (비젼프로브를 이용한 CRT 전자총의 자동치수 검사)

  • This paper describes an automatic measurement method for the in-line inspection of assembly tolerances of cathod ray electron guns. The method uses an optical microscope with a CCD camera as a probe. An automatic gap recognition algorthm with digital image processing and a new software autofocus algorithm based on using an optimal edge detector have been developed to improve the measuring accuracy. An inspection system has been proposed and practically implemented for in-line inspection to a real factory automation line. The inspection system consists of a gap inspection part and an eyelet. Total time consumed for inspecting all measuring items is about 10 seconds and the repeatability is below .+-. 5 .mu. m

  • 고분자전해질 연료전지(PEMFC)의 핵심부품인 스택의 MEA는 전극과 멤브레인 전해질, GDL(Gas Diffusion Layer)로 구성되며, 전극은 Anoth극과 Cathod극으로 나뉘어 각각의 전극 특성에 적합한 전극촉매를 적용하게 된다. Anoth극과 Cathod극은 탄소 지지체 위에 원하는 사양의 희유금속이 도포되어 존재하는데 이들 희유금속은 그 희귀성으로 인해 사용 후 반드시 재사용되어야 한다. 사용된 전극에서의 희유금속 회수는 산침출, 불순물제거, 추출, 탈거 공정으로 이루어지며, 산침출 시 산화제로 사용된 NaOCl로 인한 침출용액 내의 Na+ 이온의 증가는 불순물제거 공정에 의해 반드시 제거되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CCG 방식으로 전극촉매를 GDL에 코팅한 MEA로부터 백금족 희유금속을 회수 시 MEA에 포함되어 있는 소량의 불순물을 제거하고자 한다.

Electrochemical properties of $Li_{2}O-P_{2}O_{5}-V_{2}O_{5}$ Glass by Heat-treatment (열처리 조건에 따른 $Li_{2}O-P_{2}O_{5}-V_{2}O_{5}$ 유리의 전기화학적 특성변화)

  • Instead of a solution technigue producing amorphous LiV$_3$O$_{8}$ form, we prepared Lithium vanadate glass by melting Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$, composition in pt. crucible and by quenching on the copper plate. From the crystallization of Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$, we could abtain crystal phase, LiV$_3$O$_{8}$. The material heat-treated at lower-temperature, 25$0^{\circ}C$ was less crystalline, but had higher capacity. In present paper, we describe eletrochemical properties during crystallization process and find the best crystallization condition of Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ glass as cathod material.cathod material.

  • Vanadate glass in the $LiO_2-P_2O_5-Bi_2O_3-V_2O_5$ system containing 10mol% glass fonner, $P_2O_5$ and $Bi_2O_3$ was prepared by melting the batch in pt. crucible followed by Quenching on the copper plate. We found that $LiO_2-P_2O_5-Bi_2O_3-V_2O_5$ glass-ceramics obtained from nucleation of glass showed signifieantly higher capacity and longer cycle life than conventionally made crystalline $LiV_3O_{8}$. In the present paper, we describe the charge / discharge properties during crystallization process and find the best crystallization condition of $LiO_2-P_2O_5-Bi_2O_3-V_2O_5$ glass as cathod material.

  • Vanadate glasses in the Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ system containing 10mo1% glass former, P$_2$O$_{5}$ were prepared by melting the batch in pt. crucib1e followed by quenching on the copper plate. We found that Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ glass-ceramics obtained from nucleation of glass showed significantly higher capacity and longer cycle life than conventionally made crystalline LiCoO$_2$, LiNiO$_2$and LiV$_3$O$_{8}$. In the present paper, We describe electro-chemical properties during crystallization process and find the best crystallization condition of Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ g1ass as cathod material. Li$_2$O-P$_2$O$_{5}$-V$_2$O$_{5}$ glass-ceramics shows superior rechargeable capacity of 220 mAh/g in the cycling between 2.0 and 3.9V.etween 2.0 and 3.9V.

  • In this paper, it is proposed the the SCADA(Supervisory control and Data Acquisition) system in Apartment complex. The proposed SCADA system make use of the computer CRT(Cathod RAy Tube), which automatically observe the Electrical Facility, Elvator Facility, Fire Alarm Facility and process in the real-time data. In order to improve the hardware performance and the information process, the SCADA system composed of master-slave topology and decentralized the supervisory Facility. This system is expected the retrenchment of construction expenditure and the level-up of supervisory execution.

  • In this paper, The preparation and characteristics of polyaniline/Zn battery by (NH$_4$)$_2$S$_2$O$\sub$8/ and used as cathod active material to investigate the characteristics of polyaniline/Zn battery. Characteristics of polyaniline/Zn battery was affected of amounts of electrolytes and additives such as graphite and carbon black.
