This study is a sustainability study of K-Music beyond K-Pop through New Media. New media literally means 'new media'. When TV, classified as legacy media, first appeared in the world, it was an innovative new media platform. Of course, it is considered the most traditional legacy media. However, the definition of new media inevitably changes with the times. Most of the media called new media today are based on online and mobile. This thesis focuses on popular music including crossover traditional music genre. And we define popular music exported abroad as K-pop, and propose the possibility of globalization of Korean music using K-pop users and new media, a metaverse based K-pop audition platform, as consumers and suppliers in the global market. Hallyu, the studying of K-Pop through the study of attitudes and economic effects of K-pop, such as reactions to the spread of K-pop and the reactions of fans who like K-pop, are constantly being discussed in various ways. But there has been no case of cultural technology research that linked the sustainability of Gugak as the Korean music through new media to the K-pop business platform. As the overflowing data pours out in the virtual space as an act that gives the meaning of existence, the online is able to become an open market that provides reliable information all over the world. Therefore we would like to propose on the sustainability of Korean music through the 'Korean Traditional Music Broadcasting Metaverse Audition' beyond the K-pop business model as the K-Music content in the cultural technology era.

New areas can be created by combining separate fields of study. Today, boundaries between fields are collapsing because of rapid progress in technologies, which is also the case in music. In 1969, jazz trumpeter and respected artist Miles Davis combined jazz, rock, and classical music into the fusion genre. Classical music is known to be strict, rigorous, and rigid, and it started to take a different form after experiments with musical crossovers. This study examines the potential of more diverse musical crossovers that musicians use to evolve a new genre. Several musicians in Korea have attempted musical crossovers by following global music trends. In the album, "Love and Peace," the classical music pieces "Flight of the Bumblebee" and Beethoven's "Fate" were arranged using a popular music style.
This study aims to find out the effect of ingestion of 3 mg·kg-1 caffeine on fluid-electrolyte balance and Tty change during exercise under heat environment of 30~32℃ (40-50% humidity). Five trained males who routinely trained for approximately 60 min·d-1, 3-6 d·wk-1 (age; 28.20±3.56yrs, height; 174.56±5.46 cm, body mass; 76.13±9.02 kg, body fat(%); 14.24±3.99, VO2max; 54.00±4.30 mL·kg-1·min-1, exercise career; 4.20±1.95yrs) performed 40min of treadmill running in heat chamber. The study was a double-blind, randomized, crossover design. Body mass change following exercise was higher for the PLAC (Placebo) and CAFF (Caffeine) in comparison to the CON (Control), there was no significant difference between the CAFF, PLAC, CON (p= .997). The Usg not significant differences (p= .731) and Osmurine not significant differences between the CAFF, PLAC, CON (p= .901). There also were not significant between the CAFF, PLAC, CON for [Na+]urine and [K+]urine (p= .928, p= .469). In the case of Tty, although the increase rate of Tty was the highest for the CAFF on exercise early, exercise the second half in comparison to the CON and PLAC, there was not significant interaction effect between the CAFF, PLAC, and CON of Tty (p= .067), In conclusion, it was confirmed that the 3 mg·kg-1 caffeine ingestion prior to exercising in heat environment does not impart negative effect on body fluid, electrolyte balance and changes in Tty.

Objectives: We investigated whether asthma attacks in asthmatic children were caused by short-term exposure to particulate $matter(PM)_{2.5}$. Methods: Subjects were 411 patients who received inhalation therapy in National Fukuoka Hospital, from March to May 2013. All subjects were outpatients. We surveyed the air quality measurement results in the stations closest to the address of the patients. Data were used from the City of Fukuoka website data on air pollution. We carried out a case-crossover study and compared $PM_{2.5}$ concentration between 7 days after asthma attack occurred and the day asthma attack occurred and 1, 2 and 3 days before asthma attack occurred. Results: Highest hourly concentration of the day (OR 1.013, 95%CI 1.000-1.025) showed a significant association with 1 day before $PM_{2.5}$ concentration statistically. And 0-1 year-old infants were more vulnerable to the highest concentration of 1 day before $PM_{2.5}$ concentration(P < 0.05). Average concentration of $NO_2$ and $O_3$ and asthma attack also showed a significant association. Conclusions: Maximal daily $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations within 24 hours prior to the attack affect asthma exacerbation. 0-1 year-old infants are particularly vulnerable to $PM_{2.5}$ concentration. Asthma exacerbation is aggravated by $NO_2$ and $O_3$ concentration on the day of the asthma attack.

Recently, large and small earthquakes have occurred in the Korean peninsula. In this sense, Korea is no longer considered as an earthquake free zone. Especially, it is necessary to respond quickly to earthquake tsunami which may be caused by the influence of neighboring countries with large earthquakes. Since the occurrence of tsunamis can cause great casualties, it is very important to allocate the location of the shelter in case of an earthquake. Although many researches on shelter allocation have been conducted in various ways, but most of them have been analyzed based on administrative district resident data, resulting in a lack of reality. In this study, floating population data were used to reflect reality in case of emergency situations, and genetic algorithm, which produce good results among the heuristic algorithms, was used to select shelter locations. The number of evacuees was used as a objective function of genetic algorithm and the optimal solution was found through selection, crossover and mutation. As a result of the research on Busan Haeundae-Gu, selected as a research area, allocating eight shelters was the most efficient. The location of the new shelters was selected not only in residential areas but also in major tourist areas whose results can not be derived from administrative district resident data alone, and the importance of utilizing the floating population data was confirmed through this study.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of job characteristics and health on accident experience by analyzing the data of transportation workers according to age. The analysis used data from 'the fourth Korean Working Conditions Survey(KWCS)'. A total of 1,997 transport workers data were finally analyzed, and correlation analysis, crossover analysis and logistic regression analysis were performed. It was confirmed that there was no correlation between the age of the transport workers and the accident experience. In the relationship between the characteristics of transportation workers and the experience of the accident, it was found that, in the case of older workers, there was a significant effect in the order of 'at mistake someone else hurt', 'musculoskeletal problem', 'cardiovascular problem' and 'repetitive movements of hands or arms', the model explaining power was 56.9%(p <.01). In the case of non-older workers, it was found that 'depression and anxiety disorder', 'relationship between job and safety', 'at mistake someone else hurt' and 'labor union', the model explaining power was 21.8%(p <.01). Therefore, in order to promote prevent accidents of transportation workers in future, it is necessary to consider various variables such as health and job characteristics besides age.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of Taegeuk acupuncture on reducing mental stress by analyzing heart rate variability in Soeumin. Methods : Six Soeumin-diagnosed men participated in this study. They were randomly divided into group A and group B. Each participant went through 4 sessions every week with 1 week of washout period in between each session. HRV was measured three times at every session; at baseline, after administering mentally stressful circumstances and after applying Soeumin Taegeuk acupuncture or Soyangin Taegeuk acupuncture. This study was designed as a crossover clinical trial. Group A participants were treated with two sets of Soeumin Taegeuk and Soyangin Taegeuk acupuncture treatment in respective order (i.e. Soeumin Taegeuk - Soyangin Taegeuk - Soeumin Taegeuk - Soyangin Taegeuk acupuncture treatment). Group B participants were treated with reverse-ordered acupuncture treatment (i.e. Soyangin Taegeuk - Soeumin Taegeuk - Soyangin Taegeuk - Soeumin Taegeuk acupuncture treatment ). Bayesian analysis was performed by using WinBUGS(Ver. 1.4.3) for comparison between Soeumin Taegeuk acupuncture and Soyangin Taegeuk acupuncture. Results : Overall, Soeumin Taegeuk acupuncture tends to reduce LF/HF ratio, LF, HF, LF(Norm) and increase HF(Norm) more than Soyangin Taegeuk acupuncture, but the difference was not statistically significant. In one participant, however, Soeumin Taegeuk acupuncture reduced LF/HF ratio, LF(Norm) and increased HF(Norm) more than Soyangin Taegeuk acupuncture, and the difference was stastatistically significant. Conclusions : This study suggests that Soeumin Taegeuk acupuncture might be an effective means of stabilizing mental stress-induced imbalance of autonomic nervous system for Soeumin.

There seems to be a consensus among most people that visibility impairment is the most obvious indicator of air pollution. While considerable evidence on the association between air pollution and health outcomes including death and disease have been established, based on industrial complex areas or huge urban cities, time-series, case-crossover and cohort studies, scarce literature exists on the direct evidence for the association between visibility and adverse health outcomes. Our study is assessed the effect of air pollution measured by visibility impairment on respiratory mortality over a period of six years. Relative risks in respiratory deaths were estimated by a Poisson regression model of daily deaths between $1999{\sim}2004$. Daily counts of respiratory deaths as dependent variable was modelled with daily 24-hr mean visibility measurements (kilometers) as independent variable by means of Poisson regression. This model is controlled for confounding factors such as day of weeks, weather variables, seasonal variables and $PM_{10}$. The results in this study is observed the statistically significant association between an inverse health effect and visibility during the study period for respiratory mortality (percentage change in the relative risk for all aged -0.57%, 95% Cl, $-1.01%{\sim}-0.12%$; for $0{\sim}15$ aged -7.12%, 95% Cl, $-13.29%{\sim}-0.51%$; for 65+ aged -0.43%, 95% Cl, $-0.93%{\sim}-0.06%$ per 1 km increased in visibility). The effect size was much reduced during warm season. Visibility impairment resulting from air pollution is strongly associated with respiratory mortality, especially for children may be spent at outdoor. Our result provides a quick and useful indicator for eliciting the contribution of air pollution to the excess risk of respiratory mortality in Seoul, Korea.

Various studies have been conducted to analyze the location appropriateness and capacity of shelters. However, research on how to select new shelters is relatively insufficient. Since the shelter is designated in case of emergency, it is also necessary to efficiently select the location of the shelter. Therefore, this study presented a method for selecting the location of the shelter using network analysis that has been used to analyze the location appropriateness of shelters and genetic algorithm which is a representative heuristic algorithm. First, the network analysis using the existing civil defense evacuation facility data was performed and the result showed that the vulnerability of evacuation has a high deviation by region in the study area. In order to minimize the evacuation vulnerable area, the genetic algorithm was designed then the location of new shelters was determined. The initial solution consisting of candidate locations of new shelters was randomly generated and the optimal solution was found through the process of selection, crossover, and mutation. As a result of the experiment, the area with a high percentage of the evacuation vulnerable areas was prioritized and the effectiveness of the proposed method could be confirmed. The results of this study is expected to contribute to the positioning of new shelters and the establishment of an efficient evacuation plan in the future.
Objectives : We evaluated the risk of fracture associated with hypotension-related adverse drug reaction caused by taking alpha blockers to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods : We used the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service database from January 1st 2005 to June 30th 2006 for this study. The male patients with BPH and who had a prescription for alpha blockers following any fractures were defined as the cases. We set the 20 day long hazard period prior to the index date and the four control periods whose lengths were same with hazard period. After 1:4 matching of the hazard and control periods, conditional logistic regression was used to calculate the odds ratios for the risk of fractures as related to the alpha blocker exposure. Results : Doxazosin and tamsulosin showed the increased risk of fractures, whereas terazosin did not. After stratification using the defined daily doses, a protective effect was shown for the patients who took terazosin at the doses lower than 0.4 DDD and the hazardous effect at the doses higher than or equal to 0.4 DDD. There was no significant difference for the risk of patients taking tamsulosin at the doses higher than 1.0 DDD but there was a statistically significant increase in the risk at the doses higher than or equal to 1.0 DDD. Conclusions : Alpha blockers for BPH may increase the risk of fracture in elderly patients who have comorbidities and take the concomitant medications. Alpha blockers need to be prescribed with caution, although some have high prostate specificity.
