Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Huini-san on depressive disorder. the patient was diagnosed with Soeum-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Soeum-byung and the patients are treated with Huini-san. We evaluated the results of treatment by Korean Version of the Remission from Depression Questionnaire. Results : After taking Huini-san decoction for 2 month, the symptoms of patients improved Conclusions : This case report shows that effectiveness of using Huini-san according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on depressive disorder.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang on an overactive bladder. The patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung. So He was treated with Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang decoction for 70 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OBASS). Results : After taking Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang decoctions for 70 days, the patient's OBASS and symptoms was decreased from 12(severe) to 5(mile). Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on overactive bladder.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Osuyu-tang on an atopic dermatitis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yanamyung-byung and has been unusual dietary habits. So she took Osuyu-tang decoction for 2 weeks. We evaluated the results of treatment by SCORAD Index and before and after treatment photos. Results : After taking Osuyu-tang decoction for 2weeks, the patient's SCORAD INDEX and symptoms was decreased from 49.5(severe) to 3.5(mile). Also, the patient's chronic diagestive disorder improved. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Osuyu-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on atopic dermatitis.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Oryeong-san on dysmenorrhea. the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung and has over-worked since she had been sick. So she took Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month. We evaluated the results of treatment by Visual Analogue Scale and Moos Menstrual Questionnaire. Results : After taking Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month, the symptoms of patients improved. Conclusions : This case report sowed and effectiveness of using Oryeong-san according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on dysmenorrhea.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Bekhogainsam-tang on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid arthritis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byng and has been unusual dietary habits. So she treated with Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS), Modified Overactive Bladder Validated 8-question Screener(OAB-V8), and Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Score(RAPS). Results : After taking Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days, the patient's symptoms and OABSS was decreased from 20 to 11, OAB-V8 was from 42 to 20, and RAPS was from 130 to 63. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Bekhogainsam-tang according to Diagnositic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Generating a project network of a specific construction project is very time consuming and difficult task in the field. To effectiviely automate and support the planning process, we design a case-based project planning expert system inspired by the fact a human expert project planner uses previous cases for planning a new project. A construction project case consist of its specific characteristics and the corresponding project network (i.e. project plan). Using frame based representation. we represent the project features affecting the progress network and the entities composing the project plan such as the buildings, construction methods, WBS (work breakdown structure), activities, and resources. The project planning process runs through most similar case retrieval, case adaptation, and user requirement satisfaction. We represent the construction domain knowledge for each procedure using constraints and rules. We develop the methodology for constraint-based case adaption. Case adaptation process mainly consist of activity generation/deletion and predecence constraint satisfaction, for which we develop the dynamic constraint generation method and connect user-level requirement representation the system-level network modification knowledge. The methodology is being applied to the prototype for apartment construction project planning.

This study is to perform economic analysis of a PVT-GSHP (Photovoltaic Thermal-Ground Source Heat Pump) system compared to the conventional system which consists of a boiler and a chiller. This research has simulated, developed and analyzed four systems for application in a residential and an office building which was based on the hourly EPI (Energy Performance Index, $kWh/m^2yr$). Case 1 includes a boiler and a chiller to meet heating and cooling demands for a house. Case 2 is the same conventional system as Case 1 for a office. Case 3 is simple summation of Case 1 and 2. And Case 4 is utilizing a PVT-GSHP to meet the combined loads of the house and office. The economic evaluation study was based on IEA ECBCS Annex 54 subtasks C economic assessment methods. This study indicated that PVT-GSHP system can save a building's energy up to 53.9%. Also the SPB (Simple Payback) of the PVT-GSHP system with 0%, 50% initial incentive was 14.5, 6.7 year respectively.

The Earthquake Case Study and Disasters Information System based on GIS (MapECDIS 2002 for Windows), sponsored by Science and Technique Ministry of CHINA, is a GIS system developed to provide a tool for the government and the public to query and comprehend the disaster information (since 2221BC) and case study results (since 1966) of destructive earthquakes occurred in China. The system is expected to be useful for the earthquake forecast practice, the seismology research and earthquake disasters research as an applied assistant tool. The design idea and main functions of the system are introduced in the paper.

A number of studies for corporate bond rating classification problems have demonstrated that artificial intelligence approaches such as Case-based reasoning (CBR) can be alternative methodologies to statistical techniques. CBR is a problem solving technique in that the case specific knowledge of past experience is utilized to find a most similar solution to the new problems. To build a successful CBR system to deal with human information processing, the representation of knowledge of each attribute is an important key factor We propose a hybrid approach of using fuzzy sets that describe the approximate phenomena of the real world because it handles inexact knowledge represented by common linguistic terms in a similar way as human reasoning compared to the other existing techniques. Integration of fuzzy sets with CBR is important to develop effective methods for dealing with vague and incomplete knowledge to statistical represent using membership value of fuzzy sets in CBR.

A project planning is one of the most important processes that determines success and failure of the project. A pre-project planning is also essential job for information system implementations at the early stage of project planning, especially for management information system like ERP. However, pre-project planning is very difficult, because lots of factors and their relationships should be considered. Pre-project planning of ERP implementation has been done by project manager's own knowledge and experiences. In this article, we propose a system that help project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP project with case-based reasoning(CBR) framework. The proposed CBR system saves previous cases of ERP pre-project planning in the case base. Then, the system finds the best similar case with the current pre-project planning problem. Project manager can make a pre-project plan by adjusting the most similar case. From the interview with project managers, we collect some field cases of ERP implementation. We organized these cases by using XML(Extensible Markup Language), which is good for representing hierarchical information. XML gives us some flexibilities to correct and maintain cases. We make a prototype system, PPSS(Project Planning Support System) that help project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP implementations. The object of the system is to support project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP. We hope the result of the study can be applied to other information systems. Our research should be extended to cover other stages of project planning.
