Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang on an overactive bladder. The patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung. So He was treated with Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang decoction for 70 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OBASS). Results : After taking Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang decoctions for 70 days, the patient's OBASS and symptoms was decreased from 12(severe) to 5(mile). Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on overactive bladder.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Osuyu-tang on an atopic dermatitis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yanamyung-byung and has been unusual dietary habits. So she took Osuyu-tang decoction for 2 weeks. We evaluated the results of treatment by SCORAD Index and before and after treatment photos. Results : After taking Osuyu-tang decoction for 2weeks, the patient's SCORAD INDEX and symptoms was decreased from 49.5(severe) to 3.5(mile). Also, the patient's chronic diagestive disorder improved. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Osuyu-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on atopic dermatitis.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Oryeong-san on dysmenorrhea. the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung and has over-worked since she had been sick. So she took Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month. We evaluated the results of treatment by Visual Analogue Scale and Moos Menstrual Questionnaire. Results : After taking Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month, the symptoms of patients improved. Conclusions : This case report sowed and effectiveness of using Oryeong-san according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on dysmenorrhea.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Bekhogainsam-tang on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid arthritis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byng and has been unusual dietary habits. So she treated with Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS), Modified Overactive Bladder Validated 8-question Screener(OAB-V8), and Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Score(RAPS). Results : After taking Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days, the patient's symptoms and OABSS was decreased from 20 to 11, OAB-V8 was from 42 to 20, and RAPS was from 130 to 63. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Bekhogainsam-tang according to Diagnositic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Objective : This study reports the effect of Socheongryong-tang on Dyshidrotic Eczema. Methods : This is a case report on a patient who has been suffering from Dyshidrotic Eczema. According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, Socheongryong-tang was provided for 30 days. The severity of Dyshidrotic Eczema was evaluated by VAS and pictures. Results : When analyzing the patient's history and symptoms, it can be found in article No. 40 in Shanghanlun. The area and intensity of Dyshidrotic Eczema were reduced when viewed photos findings, so diagnosis and therapies showed valid results in Dyshidrotic Eczema. Conclusions : Socheongryong-tang is efficient to patient of this case report as a treatment.

The occipitofrontalis muscle is generally regarded as one muscle composed of two muscle bellies joined through the galea aponeurotica. However, two muscle bellies have different embryological origin, anatomical function and innervations. We report a case of angiosarcoma of the scalp in a 63-year-old man whose MR showed that the superficial fascia overlying the occipital belly becomes the temporoparietal fascia and ends at the superior end of the frontal belly. Beneath the superficial fascia, the occipital belly of the occipitofrontalis muscle becomes the galea aponeurotica and inserts into the underside of the frontal belly. The presented case report supported the concept of which the occipitofrontalis muscle appears to be composed of two anatomically different muscles.

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common intraoral salivary gland tumor and characteristically presents as slow painless growth. The cheek are rarely affected site of all pleomorphic adenoma arising from minor salivary glands. In this report, we present the case of a patient with pleomorphic adenoma that affects the cheek. The purpose of this paper is to report this case and review the features of the pleomorphic adenoma occuring in this site.

A local anesthetic agent which is most commonly used for outpatients is lidocaine hydrochloride that contains epinephrine, which is for vasoconstriction in 1:100,000 concentration. This agent is known as a safe local anesthetic agent and has been used widely for topical use or injections. However, the allergic reaction that we will report in this case occurred when common local anesthesia was done intraorally, and the patient complained of hyperventilation, tachycardia, abdominal pain and unintentional tears. We experienced an allergic reaction after injecting the lidocaine hydrochloride and therefore report the case to suggest that local anesthesia should be always carried out very carefully.

Benign fibrous histiocytoma (FH) is a benign tumor composed of fibroblasts and histiocytes in varying proportions. This tumor is usually found in adult extremities but rarely occurs in deep soft tissues of the oral cavity. As it is difficult to diagnose with physical and radiologic exams, deep benign FH can only be diagnosed by histopathology. We report a case of a 36-year-old female patient who came to our department with painless swelling in the right buccal mucosa. This case report reviews the clinical, radiological, and histological aspects of this tumor.

Inverted maxillary incisor is a state in which the maxillary incisor rotates to the upward position. The present report provides two examples of correction of inverted maxillary incisors with surgical intervention & orthodontic appliance. Through surgical exposure & direct bonding of lingual button, the central incisor were brought into proper eruption path with elastic traction. The case 1 & 2 were both treated successfully. The results showed the good position of treated teeth and satisfactory esthetics and adequate width of keratinized gingiva were achieved. Careful differential diagnosis procedure is needed in order to avoid dissatisfactory results and the treatment approaches taken in this case report provided an esthetic and functional results.
