본 연구에서는 한국기술교육대학교가 최근 현장중심의 실무형 인재 양성을 목표로 혁신적으로 추진하고 기업연계형 장기현장실습 (IPP: Industry Professional Practice) 제도의 효율적이고 체계적인 운영 및 관리를 위해 필요한 IPP 전담교수의 역할에 대해 해외 선진국 운영사례 분석 및 실제 IPP 제도 2년간의 운영 경험을 바탕으로 제안한다. IPP 전담교수의 역할은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 첫 번째는 IPP 관리자로서의 역할이며, 두 번째는 학생들에 대한 진로지도 상담자의 역할이며, 세 번째는 IPP 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육자로서의 역할이다. IPP 제도 시행 초기에는 주로 IPP 관리자로서의 역할이 중요하지만 IPP 제도가 체계적으로 관리되고 운영되면 IPP 관리자로서의 역할은 점차 줄어들고 진로지도 상담자로서의 역할이 더 중요해진다. IPP 제도가 학점을 부여하는 교육 프로그램인 만큼 IPP 전담교수는 경험학습 설계, 교육목표 달성도 평가 등 교육자로서의 역할도 수행해야 한다.

현재 국내의 건설공사 품질관리, 안전관리, 환경관리는 각각의 법령을 기반으로 고유특성에 맞게 발전되어와 통합을 위한 기반이 형성되어 있지 못하다. 즉, 인력에서는 품질관리자와 안전관리자를 법적 배치인력으로 정하고 있으나, 환경관리자는 법적 배치인력이 아니다. 또한 품질관리계획은 KS A ISO 9001 규격의 모든 요구사항이 반영되어 PDCA(계획-실행-체크-조치) 시스템으로 업무를 수행하도록 되어 있으나, 안전관리계획 및 유해 위험방지계획은 KOSHA 18001 규격 요구사항 중 4항 실행(D) 및 운영에만 치중되어 P(계획), C(체크) 및 A(조치) 시스템이 제대로 반영되어 있지 못하다. 더욱이 환경관리계획은 수립기준조차 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 건설공사 품질 안전 환경 통합관리 기준을 마련함에 앞서 해외의 건설공사 운영사례를 조사하여 국내 적용가능성을 검토하고자 하며 본고에서는 싱가폴의 건설공사 운영사례를 살펴보기로 한다.

비대칭적 원가행태가 발생하는 원인에 관한 연구는 크게 두 가지로 흐름으로 구분된다. 하나는 경영자의 기대적 관점이고 다른 하나는 대리인 관점에서 이를 설명한다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 두 가지 관점을 확장하여 기업의 비대칭적 원가행태를 결정하는 요인이 무엇인지 구체적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저 경영자의 낙관적 기대오류가 비대칭적 원가행태에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 다음으로 경영자지분율이 높은 상황의 기업지배구조가 비대칭적 원가행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 기업은 하방탄력적 구조의 비대칭적 원가행태를 가진다. 둘째, 미래 수요에 대한 경영자의 낙관적 기대오류를 가진 기업은 이러한 비대칭적 원가행태가 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경영자의 낙관주의가 기업의 원가의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 의미한다. 셋째, 경영자지분율이 높은 기업 역시 비대칭적 원가행태가 완화됨을 확인하였다. 이는 경영자의 원가의사결정에 지배구조가 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 알려주는 실증적 결과라 하겠다.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 발생하는 실시간 데이터스트림의 처리 및 관리에 대한 요구사항이 증가되고 있다. 특히 인터넷 보안, 공장 자동화 기기설비 관리 등에서 발생하는 데이터스트림은 대용량 데이터가 실시간으로 발생하는 특징을 가지고 있어 이를 처리하기 위한 특화된 DSMS의 저장관리자의 개발이 요구된다. Coral8과 같은 기존의 DSMS의 경우 일반적인 데이터스트림의 처리가 가능 하지만 초당 10만 건 이상의 대용량의 실시간 데이터스트림이 발생하는 특수한 상황의 경우 이에 대한 처리 성능이 부족하며, 이에 대한 저장이 불가능하다. 관련 분야에서 일반적으로 사용되는 오라클10g의 경우 저장, 관리 성능은 우수하지만 실시간 데이터스트림 처리에 대한 고려가 되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 삼성전자, 하이닉스, HP 등에 반도체, LCD 제조공장의 생산 기계에서 발생하는 대용량 데이터스트림을 실시간 압축 저장이 가능한 DSMS 저장관리자를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 문에서는 시스템의 구조 및 주요 컴포넌트에 대해 설명하며, 관련시스템과 비교 평가를 통해 제안 시스템의 우수성을 보인다.

In this paper, we investigated electric safety manager's PL recognition and accident occurrence of electric power facilities(power cable, transformer, circuit breaker) in electric installation for private use. The target of questionnaire survey is 450 electric installations for private use, 154 responded the questionnaire among these and it occupied 35.8%. Most of receiving voltage were 22.900kV. The questionnaire survey says that 58% of electric safety manager knew well about PL contents and 42% of them did not recognize about PL contents, About the PL application of electrical facility accidents, 82.4% of them must applied PL law, 5.8% of them did not need the PL law. Reason of PL application occupied 64% for stability of electrical facility and product, 19% for prevention of same accident. The accident of transformer occupied most and the power cable accident were much next. The questionnaire survey results, electric safety managers are interested in PL content. thev expected necessity of PL application about electrical accident strongly.

Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) is a network-based mobility support protocol and it does not require Mobile Nodes (MNs) to be involved in the mobility support signaling. In the case when multiple interfaces are active in an MN simultaneously, each data flow can be dynamically allocated to and redirected between different access networks to adapt to the dynamically changing network status and to balance the workload. Such a flow redistribution control is called "flow mobility". In the existing PMIPv6-based flow mobility support, although the MN's logical interface can solve the well-known problems of flow mobility in a heterogeneous network, some missing procedures, such as an MN-derived flow handover, make PMIPv6-based flow mobility incomplete. In this paper, an enhanced flow mobility support is proposed for actualizing the flow mobility support in PMIPv6. The proposed scheme is also based on the MN's logical interface, which hides the physical interfaces from the network layer and above. As new functional modules, the flow interface manager is placed at the MN's logical interface and the flow binding manager in the Local Mobility Anchor (LMA) is paired with the MN's flow interface manager. They manage the flow bindings, and select the proper access technology to send packets. In this paper, we provide the complete flow mobility procedures which begin with the following three different triggering cases: the MN's new connection/disconnection, the LMA's decision, and the MN's request. Simulation using the ns-3 network simulator is performed to verify the proposed procedures and we show the network throughput variation caused by the network offload using the proposed procedures.

본 논문에서는 자가용 전기설비에서 전기안전관리자의 PL인식과 전기설비의 사고발생에 관한 것을 조사하였다. 설문대상은 자가용 수용가 450호를 선정하였으며, 이중 154호가 설문에 응신하여 35.8[%]를 차지하였다 전기안전관리자의 58[%]는 PL에 관해 잘 알고 있었으며, 42[%]는 인식하고 있지 않았다. 이들 중 82.4[%]는 전기설비에 PL법이 적용되어야 된다고 하였으며, 5.8[%]만이 PL법의 적용이 필요 없다고 대답하였다. PL적용의 이유로는 전기설비와 제품의 안정성을 위한 것이 64[%], 동일사고의 방지가 19[%]를 차지하였다. 또한 변압기 사고가 가장 많은 부분을 차지하였으며, 케이블 사고가 그 뒤를 따랐다. 설문조사 결과로부터, 전기안전관리자들은 PL내용에 많은 관심이 있었으며, 그들은 전기사고에 관한 PL적용의 필요성을 기대하고 있었다.

Recently, the number and scale of projects being carried out within the enterprise are increasing. Accordingly, many companies are competitively introducing a Project Management Office (PMO) to efficiently manage these projects, allocate resources, and effectively link the projects and corporate strategies. However, the project manager who directly manages the project wants to receive support from the PMO in many areas for successful project management, but the project manager does not like to be interfered with by the PMO. On the other hand, the PMO may not be able to satisfy all the requirements of each PM as PMO oversees the entire project with limited resources. In addition, since the PMO must monitor and control the project and support the project according to the priorities of each project, conflicts with each PM can be formed. Therefore, in this study, based on the case of a company, the difference between the perceptions of PMs and PMOs about the importance of the required roles of PMOs is to be examined. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the core functions and sub-functions of PMO, which PMO members and PMs consider important, are different. It was identified that the PMs valued the PMO function that would be helpful for their successful project execution. On the other hand, PMO members revealed that they had a relatively high priority for the roles to monitor and control project performance for which they were directly responsible.

본 연구는 오픈액세스 출판지원 서비스 플랫폼인 AccessON 학술지 리포지터리 인터페이스 중 관리자 인터페이스의 사용성 평가를 통해 오픈액세스 출판지원 서비스 플랫폼의 개선방안을 모색하고자 하는 연구이다. 인터페이스의 사용경험 응답 수집, 이를 통한 이슈 및 개선점 도출, 타 오픈액세스 출판지원 서비스 플랫폼을 위한 제안사항 분석 및 도출이라는 세 가지 연구 질문에 대한 응답을 위해 오픈액세스 출판 및 사용성 평가에 관련된 각종 문헌과 사례같은 선행연구를 검토하였으며, 설문조사와 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 관리자 인터페이스 사용경험에 대한 응답을 수집하였다. 이를 종합하여 AccessON 학술지 리포지터리 인터페이스의 사용성 평가 결과를 각종 수치정보를 통해 제시할 수 있었다. 사용성 평가의 결과는 AccessON 학술지 리포지터리 관리자 인터페이스의 이슈 및 개선점을 제안가능하게 하였으며 최종적으로 이후 개발될 오픈액세스 학술출판지원 서비스 플랫폼을 위한 제안사항을 도출할 수 있었다.

Construction industry recognizes the necessity to manage is business from viewpoint of processes, and consider developing, evaluating and improving standard processes as important managerial target. SW-CMM provides basic framework for this process management. However, appropriate tailoring and adjustment are essential for SW-CMM concept to be applied to construction business. SW-CMM makes construction manager understand the capability of business process, based on which the priority of process improvement is judged. The capability is prescribed by common features. This paper introduces the basic frame for diagnosing construction business processes with SW-CMM, and presents the case study of analysing processes focusing on communication management.
