Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of biodegradable polycaprolactone membrane on new bone formation and the biodegradation of biphasic alloplastic bone substitutes using animal models. Materials and methods: In this study, bony defect was formed at the canine mandible of 8 mm in diameter, and the defects were filled with Osteon II. The experimental groups were covered with Osteoguide as barrier membrane, and the control groups were closed without membrane coverage. The proportion of new bone and residual bone graft material was measured histologically and histomorphometrically at postoperative 4 and 8 weeks. Results: At 4 weeks, the new bone proportion was similar between the groups. The proportion of remaining graft volume was 27.58 ± 6.26 and 20.01 ± 4.68% on control and experimental groups, respectively (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in new bone formation and the amount of residual bone graft material at 8 weeks. Conclusion: The biopolymer membrane contributes to early biodegradation of biphasic bone substitutes in the jaw defect but it does not affect the bone formation capacity of the bone graft.

The study aims to examine the interaction of formal and informal institutions for strengthening economic development, particularly entrepreneurship growth. The research will also assess the impact of control variables on political index within the formal and informal markets. The research is quantitative, which analyses panel data of 6 years in 22 countries comprising middle and high-income countries with diversified and unique political, economic, and social systems. The findings suggested that reducing the entry regulation and promoting the social capital within the formal and informal institutions would grow formal and informal entrepreneurship and be a greater source for new venture creation. Moreover, the political index, a control variable, was found significant in the relationship of institutional mix with formal and informal entrepreneurship. Entry regulations in formal and informal institutions are a complex phenomenon in the entrepreneurship literature, moderated by the political development index as tested by the current study. The time horizon for this paper is much longer since it analyzes 6 years (2014-2019) of data on 22 developing and developed countries to see the entrepreneurial growth across multiple regions on different income levels, geographic conditions, and contrasting political and social systems.

The purpose of this study is to verify the soundness of homelife and the stress of home management perceived by housewives living in Seoul as well as to investigate how the soundness of home life affects the stress of home management. In total, 914 housewives were studied to serve as a data sources. The major result are as follows : 1. Communication variables huts the strongest effect on the soundness of home life. 2. Wife's self-actualization influences the soundness of home life and home management stress. 3. Wife's internal-external control has an positive effect on the soundness of home life and home management stress. 4. The soundness of home management variables-family unification, time, psychological health, human ability, physical health should be developed as human capital.

Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.

Deadlock in flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) which refers to the stop state of job flow in the system can be commonly occurred in operating FMS. This state mainly due to bad movements of jobs and commonly job routings should be avoided to maximize the utilization of high-capital resources in this study, the deadlock generated from the conflict between flow objects competing to occupy space resources in FMS is investigated. Capacity Designated Directed Graph (CDG) is constructed to represent the space resources and flow object routings. From the characteristics of CDG, an algorithm for the detection of the deadlock possibility is proposed. Finally two deadlock avoidance rule are proposed and implemented in the control on Automated Guided Vehicle system in an FMS.

Six sigma is focused on quality improvement through variation reduction, while lean is on process flow improvement and lead time reduction by waste elimination. However, lean cannot bring a process under statistical control and six sigma alone cannot dramatically improve process speed. Lean six sigma was developed to achieve faster rate of improvement in customer satisfaction, cost, quality, process speed, and invested capital. In this paper we present the importance of using value stream mapping and suggest a guideline on how to integrate lean and six sigma by is proposed.

Electrostatic Precipitators( EP ) are widely used in industry for controlling the emission of particulate pollutant Recently, a number of researches have been conducted to solve performance and reliability problems of EP, As a result of researches in the laboratory and of pilot scale, a technology of wide-pitch-spacing has been successfully applied to full scale units. It has been known that the wide-pitch-spacing can reduce the capital cost of newly installed precipitators, and the cost of rebuilding existing uints. In this paper, a systematic study was performed to develop a wide-pitch electrostatic precipitator. The study includes experimental and numerical work on the following : Particle collection characteristics for a bench-scale unit; gas flow characteristics( temperature and velocity distributions): other EP operating variables such as electric Power supply/control. The results are applied directly to design of wide-pitch-spacing EP and the developed numerical model was found to be a good argreement with the experimental results. The EHD simulation program is necessary to design the high efficiency EP.

Internet attack incidents have steadily increased along with the increase in Internet users. To protect systems and networks from these attacks, advanced security systems have been developed. Now that these security systems are operating, their successful management is more important than the purchase and establishment of new information security systems. The acquisition of good systems is ineffective and financially wasteful unless they are managed properly. Adequate management policy has recently become the focus of users. In other words, for companies and educational institutions with their domains, capital expenses are enormous to bear, and good security staffs are difficult to find, for which reasons outsourcing vendors or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) that manage and operate the information security systems of certain domains become very appealing. Today, customers expect ISPs to perform MSSP services that used to be carried out by the security companies. This document presents the role and necessity of ISPs as MSSPs.

Recently, research about optimizing network of IBS(Intelligent Building System) is in progress activity. When we install existent building control network using general PC, system's efficiency drops. Because server that is charged with the task process is not and is expensive. Also, CapEx(Capital Expenditure) rises because of setting up the network equipment to integrate different protocol in building system. In this paper, we suggests the embedded web server that has various network structure.

In this paper, we propose a row warehouse type container yard (WTCY) which deal with the excess of port´s container capacity in 2004 instead of using the Yangsan inland container depot (ICD) in Pusan container terminals. Because the off dock container yard (ODCY) which located in Pusan port around exceeds the port´s capacity in 2004, the Yansan ICD will be used for handling an overflowed amount of containers. But there are need an amount of extra expense includes social overhead capital (SOC) to transports containers to Yangsan ICD.
