기술수준별 제조창업의 공간분포 특성과 고용증가 효과 분석 (Analysis of Job Creation Effects and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Startups in Manufacturing at Different Technology Levels)

  • 본 연구에서는 제조창업의 공간적 맥락에 대한 고찰과 함께 DID모형을 활용하여 기술수준별 제조창업의 연차별 고용증가 효과 추이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 수도권과 비수도권, 대도시 지역에서의 특성이 다르게 확인되었다. 특히 고기술 제조창업은 수도권에서 단기에 걸쳐 고용증가 효과가 두드러진 반면 비수도권에서는 중고기술 제조창업이 장기에 걸쳐 고용증가 효과가 높게 나타났다. 대도시 지역에서는 기술수준별 제조창업의 고용증가 효과가 뚜렷하게 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 분석 결과가 제공하는 함의는 다음과 같다. 먼저 수도권의 고기술 제조창업은 비교적 단기에 고용증가 효과가 높게 나타나므로 그 효과가 장기간 지속될 수 있도록 창업 후 일정 기간이 지난 생존기업의 스케일업에 정책지원이 집중될 필요가 있을 것이다. 반면 비수도권 및 지방 대도시 지역에서는 창업지원 인프라의 수도권 쏠림현상과 인재유출 등의 현실적인 상황을 감안하여 실제적인 고용증가 효과가 확인되는 중고기술 창업, 즉 전통적 제조기반을 토대로 한 산업영역에 창업지원 역량을 집중할 필요가 있으며 고용창출 효과가 드러나는 시차를 고려하여 장기적인 안목에서 정책지원, 평가 등이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The Effect of Social Capital on Personal Happiness: A Focus on Service Inderstry Employees

  • The purpose of this study focuses on finding the influences of social capital on personal happiness by studying service industry employees. This current study utilized a questionnaire survey method which was used to collect the analysis data, from July 20 to August 10 in 2019. 281 questionnaires were gathered in Korea and the statistical analysis was conducted. This study recognized social capital as 3 independent variables and personal happiness as a dependent variable. Social capital is composed of the social network, social trust and social norms. First, the social network consisted of the satisfaction degree in one's social relations and the social interaction degree. Second, social trust is composed of the trust degree with ones neighbors in the same local area. Last, social norms are consisted of reciprocity, participation and a sense of belonging one feels in the same society. The findings of this study were as follows: first, it was found that social network, social trust, and social norms made affirmative influences on personal happiness of the employees. Second, the social network and social norms made statistically significant influences with personal happiness, but social trust was shown to not have similar influence.

Assessment of Energy Organizations' External Conditions in the Russian Federation: A Sector Analysis

  • Purpose - The paper analyzes basic indicators characterizing the volume of energy sector activity in the Russian Federation, Privolzhsky Federal district, Republic of Tatarstan. Research design, data, and methodology - The study analyzed data from the Privolzhsky Federal district, specifically, industrial production volume, electricity production, energy consumption, energy-balance data, capital investments, and capital investment structure. An array of data has been investigated in recent years. The dataset's dynamics were analyzed in 1998. Fixed capital investment dynamics were studied in 1946 the figures were converted to a comparable form using the index method. Trends were analyzed using multivariate statistics methods and the Statgraphics software package. Results - Hypothesis 1. There are sectoral disproportions in energy flows,taking into account the volume of electricity production and consumption. Trends in electricity production in general coincide with industrial production volume trends. Energy flows have disparities in individual territorial units, and in general. Hypothesis 2. The degree of sectoral economic stability decreases with insufficient levels of investment in fixed capital energy organizations. Conclusions - Because totalelectricity production is largely determined by fixed capital investments, the study of their trends and patterns will coordinate efforts on investment operations in this area.

GIS 기법을 이용한 인천지역의 토양오염도 작성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Soil Contamination in Incheon Metropolitan Area Based on GIS)

  • This paper analyzed the status of contaminated soils in order to manage it efficiently in Incheon using Geographic Information System (GIS) and investigated the concepts and techniques of the GIS and interpolation method. GIS technique is applied to the analysis of soil quality monitoring data. The purposes of this research are to assess the soil contamination of Incheon metropolitan area and to analyze the existing contents of heavy metals (Cd, Cu, As, Hg, Pb, $Cr^{+6}$) and pH in soil. The samples had been collected from year 1998 to year 2002 by the Soil Contamination Monitoring Network. The soil quality monitoring results were imported with the geographical information of the monitoring programs in capital area. It is found that currently available GIS technique has a great extend of potential for soil quality management. From the analysis of soil quality monitoring results, the GIS application demonstrates the poor soil quality in the central capital area and the it is improved as it travels down to the suburb area. Concerning about the data interpolation, the discrepancy caused by applying different method was ignorable, although Kriging method is further developed.

심해저 망간단괴 개발사업의 경제적 타당성 재평가 (An Economic Feasibility Study of Manganese Nodule in Korea Area: Clarion-Clipperton Fracture Zone)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate economic feasibility of manganese nodules in Korea area (Clarion-Clipperton Fracture Zone). We assumed that the production scale of manganese nodules were 3.0MT or 1.5MT and analyzed that the capital cost and operating cost were estimated in the four sectors, exploration, mining, transportation and metallurgical process. The capital cost and operating cost evaluation reflects the latest technical practices. First, for analyzing economic feasibility, the scenario suggests that the production of 4 metals can be made for 25 years. Assuming the discount rate at 8.0%, equity capital at 50% and tax at 27%. When manganese nodule were mininged 3.0 MT, economic feasibility analyses showed that IRR was 12.8 and pay-back period was 9.2 years, and when manganese nodules were mininged 1.5 MT, economic feasibility analyses showed that IRR was 4.0 and pay-back period was 11.8 years. This study indicated there is economic validity of at the product of manganese nodules 3.0 MT. In addition, we carried out a sensitivity analysis at the change of cobalt price on mining 1.5 MT. The result of sensitivity analysis clearly showed that economic validity is high at increasing of cobalt price 50% up.

Public Perceptions and Support of Environmental Management in the Source Area of Drinking Water for Beijing, China

  • Based on a survey of citizens and data analysis on the environmental status of the Miyun Reservoir watershed, China, the environmental awareness of citizens residing in the watershed and the impacting factors are discussed. The contingent valuation method was used to evaluate the willingness of villagers to pay (WTP) for abatement of the rural domestic pollution and to assess the intensity level of the villagers' desire for improving environmental conditions in the Miyun Reservoir watershed. It was found that rural watershed residents had a fundamental cognitive understanding of the pollution status and protection measures of the Miyun Reservoir. However, based on the survey, local residents had only a small interest in their participation to improve the environmental status of the reservoir, despite their general attitude to protect the reservoir being very positive. Gender and family income were closely associated with the overall attitudes of the population. Public media are the most preferable means for conveying knowledge of environmental protection to people living in the watershed. Increasing the educational level, along with income, are the best ways to enhance the desire of the villagers to improve the environmental quality and management.

  • 이 연구는 수도권 무등록공장 문제를 분석하고 이 문제를 줄일 수 있는 개선안을 모색하고자 한 것이다. 최근에도 무등록공장이 계속 증가하고 있는 것은 현행 수도권정비정책이 이들의 입지적 및 현실적 특성을 고려하지 않은데에 있다. 지금까지의 규제중심에서 규제완화, 지원중심의 시책을 강조하고, 현행과 같은 넓은지역에 획일적인 규제보다는 다수의 소구역을 설정하여 지역적 특성과 업종의 특성에 따라 다양한 규제방안을 도입할 것을 제안한다. 대도시에 공장과 환경오염 배출을 허용하자는 것이 아니라 현행 제도에서는 무등록공장의 환경오염을 방치하고 있으므로 환경문제관리를 제도적으로 할 수 있게 해야한다. 국제경쟁이 심해지는 오늘날 수도권이 갖고 있는 최적의 산업입지 조건을 가장 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 공업 진흥정책이 시급하다.

대학의 지식자본이 지역의 기업활동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of University Knowledge Capital on the Local Business Activity in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 지식자본이 지역의 기업활동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 1단위 대학보유특허 수, 대학의 과학저널 논문 수, 현재 활동기업 수, 지역보유 산업재산권 표준편차의 증가는 신생지식집약기업의 수를 각각 15%, 11%, 54%, 22% 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 대학의 지식자본과 지역의 지식자본과의 상호작용을 보여주는 계수도 통계적으로 유의성을 보였다. 한편 지역적 특성을 반영하고 있는 통제 변수 중에서 서울로 부터의 거리를 제외한 지자체의 면적, 인구밀도, 그리고 각 지자체에 살고 있는 20~40대 비중 등은 모두 90% 이상의 통계적 유의성을 보이면서 신생지식집약기업의 창업에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 대학의 지식자본과 지역산업의 지식자본이 동시에 존재함으로서 지식집약기업의 창업에 주는 시너지 효과는 작지만 존재하는 것으로 보이며 두 주체의 소유 지식자본은 지역의 지식집약기업의 창업에는 상호 보완재로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

의료조직의 윤리경영과 긍정심리자본이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Ethical Management and Positive Psychological Capital on Organizational Effectiveness in Hospitals)

  • Background: In this study, state-owned medical institutes, industrial accident hospitals, veteran hospitals, and private medical clinics including 16 university medical institutes in the Seoul metropolitan area were selected to examine the causality of ethical management, positive psychological capital, and organizational effectiveness. Methods: The study analyzed 1,056 valid questionnaires to which a total of 1,325 nurses, medical technicians, doctors, and administrative staff in 34 healthcare organizations answered over two months from June to August 2015. The study also utilized a 'structural equation model,' and a 'hierarchical linear model' to conduct the analysis. Results: It was first found that ethical leadership, ethical management systems, and organizational ethics values, which are the three factors of ethical management, had significant influence on organizational commitment, and behavior. These are the three factors of employee organizational effectiveness. Second, ethical management, ethical leadership, ethical management systems, and organizational ethics values had significant influence on positive psychological capital. Third, positive psychological capital had significant influence on organizational commitment, turnover intention, and organizational citizenship behavior. Positive psychological capital presented an indirect effect on the relationship between the ethical management and organizational effectiveness of employees. The effect of positive psychological capital consisting of self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism was confirmed in the healthcare organizations. Fourth, in relations among ethical management variables, ethical leadership showed a significant impact on ethical management systems, which had significant impacts on organizational ethics values, which had significant impacts on ethical leadership.

사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Psychological Capital on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Among Employees of Social Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 사회적기업의 성과향상을 위해서 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 것에 대한 문제인식에 따라 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 대한 이론적 분석을 통하여 심리적 자본이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 사회적기업의 성공적 경영을 위한 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 대한 중요성을 제시하고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 부산 울산 지역에 소재하고 있는 사회적기업 79개 기관에서 근무하고 있는 조직구성원들 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 사회적기업 조직구성원의 심리적 자본은 직무 만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직구성원의 직무만족도 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 심리적 자본이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 직무만족의 매개효과에 대한 검증을 실시한 결과 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 조직 몰입에 영향을 미치는 있어서 직무만족이 부분적으로 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나 사회적기업 조직구성원의 직무만족과 조직몰입도의 향상을 위해서는 조직구성원의 심리적 자본이 중요한 기능을 하고 있음을 제시하고 있다.
