An intelligent optimization method for designing Fractional Order PID(FOPID) controllers based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is presented in this paper. Fractional calculus can provide novel and higher performance extension for FOPID controllers. However, the difficulties of designing FOPID controllers increase, because FOPID controllers append derivative order and integral order in comparison with traditional PID controllers. To design the parameters of FOPID controllers, the enhanced PSO algorithms is adopted, which guarantee the particle position inside the defined search spaces with momentum factor. The optimization performance target is the weighted combination of ITAE and control input. The numerical realization of FOPID controllers uses the methods of Tustin operator and continued fraction expansion. Experimental results show the proposed design method can design effectively the parameters of FOPID controllers.

Ancient Chinese philosophy has had a profound influence on Chinese clothing culture. The researchers reviewed five ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts on Chinese clothing culture. The results show that they had different view of point. The Confucianism advocated "being elegant and refined in manner". Dong Zhongshu believed "Interaction between heaven and mankind is the center of Dress rules". Mohist insisted "Clothing should meet warm first, and then seek for beauty ". Taoism believed "Although a gentleman wears coarse clothes, he has gem in his chest". Legalism believed "Clothing should focus on quality rather than decoration". These philosophy thoughts all have had a profound influence on Chinese clothing culture.

In this paper, we further investigate the local Hermitian and skew-Hermitian splitting (LHSS) iteration method and the modified LHSS (MLHSS) iteration method for solving generalized nonsymmetric saddle point problems with nonzero (2,2) blocks. When A is non-symmetric positive definite, the convergence conditions are obtained, which generalize some results of Jiang and Cao [M.-Q. Jiang and Y. Cao, On local Hermitian and Skew-Hermitian splitting iteration methods for generalized saddle point problems, J. Comput. Appl. Math., 2009(231): 973-982] for the generalized saddle point problems to generalized nonsymmetric saddle point problems with nonzero (2,2) blocks. Numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the iterative methods.
