The energy consumption by buildings approximately reaches 25% of total korea energy consumption. The greatest part in the buildings of the energy consumption is building facade. Especially the outer covering of the building has been made of concrete more than 70%. But a few research projects on concrete comprising more than 70% of outsider of buildings has been tried. This research is structural insulation concrete what improved insulation performance using Micro Form Admixture and Calcined Diatomite Powder and Lightweight Aggregate.

3 mol% Y2O3-doped ZrO2 powders were prepared by hydrolysis with 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 mol/ιH2O/ethanol into 0.1 mol/ι zirconium and yttrium alkoside/ethanol. Spherical monodispersed yttria-partially stabilized zirconia particles with an average diameter of about 0.5 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ were prepared by hydrolysis with 0.2 mol/ιH2O/ethanol. The as-prepared powder was amorphous and with heating it transformed into cubic up to 80$0^{\circ}C$ and into tetragonal over 100$0^{\circ}C$. 3 mol% Y2O3-doped ZrO2 powders calcined over and up to 80$0^{\circ}C$ were a mixture of tetragonal and monoclinic and only tetragonal as determined by X-ray diffraction, respectively.
The purpose of this study was to prepare calcium phosphate cement [CPC] for use in artificial bone. Nano-crystalline calcium phosphate [CaP] was precipitated at $37^{\circ}C$ using highly active $Ca(OH)_2$ in DI water and an aqueous solution of $H_3PO_4$. From the XRD measurements, the nano-CaP powder was close to apatitic TCP phase and the powders fired at $800^{\circ}C$ showed a critical ${\beta}$-TCP phase. A mixture of one mole $CaCO_3$ and two moles di-calcium phosphate was calcined at $1100^{\circ}C$ to make a reference ${\beta}$-TCP material. The nano-CaP powders were added to the normal ${\beta}$-TCP matrix and fired at $900^{\circ}C$ to make a ${\beta}$-TCP block. The sintered block showed improved mechanical strength, which was caused by the solid state interaction between nano-CaP and normal ${\beta}$-TCP.
A biomimetic approach was applied for the chemical deposition of calcium phosphate (CaP) coatings on 3 mole% yttrium-stabilized zirconia [3YSZ] powders. The solid-state reaction of 3YSZ powders with the addition of CaP was investigated for the development of biodegradable zirconia ceramics. The solid-state interaction between the 3YSZ matrix powders and the CaP additives differed from the behavior of commercial zirconia matrix powders. The 3YSZ powders were chemically reacted with precursors for the CaP formation. 3YSZ powders were mixed in an aqueous solution of Ca-P precursors and the CaP was precipitated on the surface of the 3YSZ matrix powders. The CaP-doped YSZ powders were calcined at $1100^{\circ}C$ and shaped powder blocks were then fired at $1600^{\circ}C$ for 2 h. The CaP phase formation was investigated using FE-SEM and XRD analysis.
The powder characteristics of LiMn2O4 prepared by the citrate sol-gel method have been investigated. The optimum pH for the preparation of homogeneous citrate gel was calculated by the theoretical consideration of thermodynamic equilibrium constants for metal-citrate complexes and metal salts. The obtained citrate gel was prefired at 300 ℃ and calcined at 300-700 ℃ for 1 h. The obtained powders were characterized by TG/DSC, FT-IR spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, SQUID magnetometer, SEM, and particle size analyzer. It was observed that the mixed phases of spinel LiMn2O4 and Mn3O4 were transformed into spinel LiMn2O4 phase and the vibrational bands due to the carbonate and nitrate were also disappeared over 400 ℃. At temperatures below 150 K, inverse molar susceptibilities of every sample began to show an antiferromagnetic ordering of Mn magnetic moments.
$LiMn_2O_4$ powders were prepared by burning and subsequent calcination of PEG-metal nitrate precursor. After the burning stage of the precursor, some minor phases such as $Mn_2O_3$ (or $Mn_3O_4$), MnO, and carbonate were formed and single phases of $LiMn_2O_4$ were obtained by further calcinations above 400 ℃. From thermal analysis of the precursor, a violent thermal decomposition, which was indicated by a drastic weight loss accompanied by a sharp and strong exothermic peak, was observed and probably caused by an oxidation-reduction reaction between oxidizer and fuel. The formation of the minor phases could be explained in terms of the burning behavior of the precursor by employing valence concepts of propellant chemistry. The calcined powders were composed of submicron-sized but highly agglomerated particles and showed very broad particle size distribution.
The electrical properties of a laminated SMD type PTC thermistor for microcircuit protection were investigated as a function of polymer blowing agent addition. Green ceramics for multilayered $BaTiO_3$-based PTCRs were formed by doctor blade method of barium titanate powders; we successfully laminated the sintered ceramic chips to obtain 10 layer chip PTCRs with PTC effect. The sintered density increases with increasing sintering temperature. The electrical properties of the sintered samples were strongly dependent on the calcination and addition of a polymer blowing agent. When $BaTiO_3$ powders containing 0.2 mol% of $Y_2O_3$ were calcined at $1000^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs, the resistivity jump was of 1-2 orders of magnitude. The resistivity at room temperature increases according to the polymer blowing agent addition. Also, the sample using the calcined powder showed a lower resistivity than that of the sample prepared using powders without calcinations. With an increase in the OBSH, the magnitude of the resistivity jumped as a function of the temperature increase. The resistivity of the sintered bodies after the addition of 0.5 wt% polymer blowing agent at $1290^{\circ}C$ for 2 h was shown to be about $8.5{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$; the jump order of the sintered bodies was shown to be on the order of $10^2$.
카올린으로부터 알루미나를 추출 노는 한성에 미치는 초음파 효과를 조사하기 위하여 반응시간, 반응온도 및 산농도의 동일한 조건하에서 알루미나 추출 및 합성에 초음파 조사법과 재래식법을 사용하였다. 재래식법에 비하여 초음파 조사법은 $60{\sim}80^{\circ}C$, $1{\sim}6\;h$ 및 $1{\sim}5\;M$${H_2}{SO_4}$와 같은 다양한 조건하에서 알루미나 추출을 촉진시켰다. 초음파 조사법 및 재래식법에 의해 합성된 침전물과 하소된 시료들의 특성들이 DTA/TG, XRD, SEM, PSA, BET 등에 의해 분석되어졌다. 특히, 재래식법으로 합성된 하소시료들에 비하여 초음파 조사법으로 합성된 시료들은 상대적으로 입자 크기는 작고, 비표면적이 큰 특성을 자지고 있었다.
The preparation of $Y_2O_3$-doped $ZrO_2$ nanoparticles in Igepal CO-520/cyclohexane reverse micelle solutions is studied here. In this work, we synthesized nanosized $Y_2O_3$-doped $ZrO_2$ powders in a reverse micelle process using aqueous ammonia as the precipitant. In this way, a hydroxide precursor was obtained from nitrate solutions dispersed in the nanosized aqueous domains of a microemulsion consisting of cyclohexane as the oil phase, with poly (oxyethylene) nonylphenylether (Igepal CO-520) as the non-ionic surfactant. The synthesized and calcined powders were characterized by thermogravimetrydifferential thermal analysis (TGA-DTA), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The crystallite size was found to nearly identical with an increase in the water-to-surfactant (R) molar ratio. A FTIR analysis was carried to monitor the elimination of residual oil and surfactant phases from the microemulsion-derived precursor and the calcined powder. The average particle size and distribution of the synthesized $Y_2O_3$-doped $ZrO_2$ were below 5 nm and narrow, respectively. The TG-DTA analysis showed that the phase of the $Y_2O_3$-doped $ZrO_2$ nanoparticles changes from the monoclinic phase to the tetragonal phase at temperatures close to $530^{\circ}C$. The phase of the synthesized $Y_2O_3$-doped $ZrO_2$ when heated to $600^{\circ}C$ was tetragonal $ZrO_2$.
