CHAM은 저사양 프로세서를 지원하기 위한 경량 블록암호로, 한국의 국가보안기술연구소에서 개발되었다. 블록암호의 원활한 동작을 위해서는 블록암호 운용 모드를 적용하는데 그 중에서 카운터 모드는 낮은 구현 난이도와 병렬 연산 지원으로 뛰어난 효율을 자랑한다. 본 논문에서는 블록암호 CHAM의 카운터 운영 모드를 최적 구현한 결과물을 제시한다. 제안기법은 사전 연산을 통해 일부 라운드를 생략하는 것으로 기존 CHAM보다 빠른 연산 속도를 가진다. 또한, 라운드 함수 진입 전 라운드 키의 일부를 레지스터에 선행 로드하는 것으로 라운드 함수마다 라운드 키를 로드하는 시간을 160cycles만큼 감소시켰다. 제안하는 기법은 기존 기법에 비해 고정키 시나리오 상에서 6.8%, 가변키 시나리오 상에서 4.5%의 성능 향상이 있었다.

Objective: Testicular fat deposition has been reported to affect animal reproduction. However, the underlying mechanism remains poorly understood. The present study explored whether sperm meiosis and testosterone synthesis contribute to mouse testicular fat deposition-induced reproductive performance. Methods: High fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity CD1 mice (DIO) were used as a testicular fat deposition model. The serum hormone test was performed by agent kit. The quality of sperm was assessed using a Sperm Class Analyzer. Testicular tissue morphology was analyzed by histochemical methods. The expression of spermatocyte marker molecules was monitored by an immuno-fluorescence microscope during meiosis. Analysis of the synthesis of testosterone was performed by real-time polymerase chain reaction and reagent kit. Results: It was found that there was a significant increase in body weight among DIO mice, however, the food intake showed no difference compared to control mice fed a normal diet (CTR). The number of offspring in DIO mice decreased, but there was no significant difference from the CTR group. The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone were lower in DIO mice and their luteinizing hormone levels were similar. The results showed a remarkable decrease in sperm density and motility among DIO mice. We also found that fat accumulation affected the meiosis process, mainly reflected in the cross-exchange of homologous chromosomes. In addition, overweight increased fat deposition in the testis and reduced the expression of testosterone synthesis-related enzymes, thereby affecting the synthesis and secretion of testosterone by testicular Leydig cells. Conclusion: Fat accumulation in the testes causes testicular cell dysfunction, which affects testosterone hormone synthesis and ultimately affects sperm formation.

Cd4SnSea6 & Cd4SnSe6 : Co2+ single crystals were grown by the chemical transport reaction (CTR) method. The grown single crystlas crrystallize in the monoclinic structrue and have the direct band gaps. The energy gaps of them are 1.68eV for Cd4SnSea6 & Cd4SnSe6 : Co2+ at 293K. The impurity opticla absorption peaks due to cobalt dped with impurity appear at 4879cm-1, 5392cm-1 and 6247 com-1, and are attributed to the electron transitions between the split energy levels of Co2+ ion sited at Td symmetry of Cd4SnSe6 single crystal.

신상욱 등은 JCCI 2003에서 새로운 인증-암호화 모드 NAE를 제안하였다. NAE는 CFB 모드와 CTR 모드를 결합시킨 변형된 형태로, 하나의 기반이 되는 블록 암호 키를 가지고 최소한으로 블록 암호를 호출하여 기밀성과 무결성을 모두 제공한다. 이 모드는 CBC 암호화 모드와 CBC-MAC이 결합된 CCM 인증-암호화 모드보다 효율적이며, 기제안된 다른 인증-암호화 기법들과 유사한 성능을 가진다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 단순 암호문 조작으로 유효한 암호문-태그 쌍을 생성할 수 있음을 보인다.

최근 UWB, IEEE802.11n과 같은 고속 무선 통신에서는 고속의 암호/복호 처리가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 UWB, Zigbee, IEEE802.11과 같은 최신 무선 통신 기술에서 보안 기능의 근간이 되는 CCM(CTR+CBC-MAC) 보안 모드 구현에 관한 것이다. AES와 같은 블록암호알고리즘과 결합된 CCM 기능을 하드웨어로 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. 특히, MAC, DMA모듈과 Hard-wired된 형태로 구현하여 통신속도 저하없이 무선 데이터 송/수신과 동시에 실시간으로 암호/복호 연산을 수행할 수 있으며, CCM 구동 clock을 최소화하여 고속 동작과 저전력 설계의 목적을 달성할 수 있다.

Single crystal of $In_2S_3$ and $In_2S_3:Co^{2+}$ were grown successfully with a good quality by the CTR(Chemical Transport Reaction)method. XRD analysis showed that the grown In2S3 and $In_2S_3:Co^{2+}$ single crystals were cubic structure. The optical absorption spectra of $In_2S_3:Co^{2+}$ single crystal showed impurity absorption peaks due to cobalt impurity. These impurity absorption pesks were assigned to the ligand transition between the split energy levels of $Co^{2+}$ ions with $T_d$ symmetry of these semiconductor host lattice.

This paper deals with a means to reproduce sound field by using Kirchhoff-Helmholtz integral equation. We control boundary value or generate sound sources on the boundary in order to control the sound field as we want. The method assumes that there is a unique relation between sound field and its boundary should. Otherwise the reproduced sound field is different from what we want generate; the original sound field. Half-infinite sound field and finite sound field are considered and whether the uniqueness is hold or not and how the reproduced field is generated are discussed in each case.

칼라 CTR(cathode ray tube) 모니터의 빔 전류와 화면위치를 변화시키면서 misconvergence, 스폿 크기, 디스플레이 휘도, 색도 좌표를 측정하였다. 일차원 CCD(charge coupled device)를 사용하여 misconvergence를 측정하였으며, 시감효과를 고려하는 SQRI(square-root integrals)를 도입하여 분해능을 나타내었다. 모니터의 miscovergence는 빔 전류에 영향을 받지 않고 화면의 위치에 따라 변하였으며, 화면 주변부에서의 misconvergence는 분해능을 저하시켰다.

Beyond the simple keyword matching methods in contextual advertising, we propose a rich contextual matching (CM) model adopting a classification method for topic targeting and a query expansion method for semantic ad matching. This letter reports on an investigation into the empirical effects of the CM model by comparing the click-through rates (CTRs) of two practical online news advertising systems. Based on the evaluation results from over 100 million impressions, we prove that the average CTR of our proposed model outperforms that of a traditional model.

PSPICE modeling of a commercial LED driver IC (TOP245P) and PC817A optocoupler is proposed for the switch-mode power supply (SMPS) (applicable to LED driver) design and simulation. An analog behavioral model of the TOP245P IC including the shunt regulator, under-voltage(UV) detection, over-voltage(OV) shut-down and SR flip-flop is developed by using PSPICE. The empirical equation of PC817A current transfer ratio (CTR) is fitted from the datasheet of PC817A. Two types of SMPSs are simulated with the averaged-model and switching-model. The simulation results by the proposed PSPICE models are in good agreement with those in the data sheet and an experimental data.
