Kano Model과 AHP를 활용한 휴대폰의 CTQ 선정에 관한 연구 (Determination of the CTQ of Cell Phone Using Kano model & AHP)

  • In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of cell phone is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of cell phone.

  • 데이터의 품질관리는 데이터 활용 활성화 및 정확한 의사결정을 위해 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 각 기관이나 조직 자체적으로 주요 핵심 데이터를 추출할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구이며, 수행 중인 프로그램 정보로 부터 중요도가 높은 테이블을 추출하기 위한 방법으로 사회 연결망 분석 기법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 SNA를 통한 CTQ 데이터 추출 기법을 통하여 업무 전문가 없이도 과학적인 방법에 의해 실제 업무적 상황을 입체적으로 접근하여 정확도 높은 CTQ 데이터를 도출할 수 있었다. 이는 실무 적용 시 IT 부문의 CTQ 데이터 관리에 있어 조직의 품질관리 수준을 개선할 수 있을것으로 기대된다.

  • This intensity is now on a global scale with countless universities across the globe competing for better services, programs and diplomas. For to counteract such a considerable change, in this paper CTQ(Critical to Quality) is extracted for the improvement of the education quality using QFD(Quality Function Development) in college. QFD is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. First of all, the requirements of the customer are surveyed and analyzed, and then with these results the strategic alternatives are decided. In sequence, the importance and assessment ratings on the requirement of customers are surveyed. Finally, from the relation between the requirement of customers and the strategic alternatives the CTQ is extracted. The derived CTQ is reviewed and analyzed in detail. It'll have major positive effects on the competitiveness of college as well as the education quality of departments.

  • The project objectives, called critical-to-quality (CTQs) in six sigma, should be defined to faithfully reflect the customer requirements. The identification of such a set of CTQs, which is currently done using brainstorming in practice, is a challenging task. Notwithstanding the rapid growth of the six sigma literature, development of a systematic procedure for identifying CTQs has scarcely been addressed. This paper proposes a systematic method for generating CTQ candidates based on the given voice of the customer in the DFSS/C (Design for Six Sigma / Commercial) context. By providing a step-by-step procedure, the proposed method ensures that all the important CTQ candidates are identified and subjective judgments are minimally required. Hence, the shortcomings associated with the existing practice based on brainstorming can be effectively overcome. The unique characteristics of the proposed method are also demonstrated via a case study.

  • As customer's needs change rapidly in recent days, the evaluation scale about service quality is changing against the variation of the customer's needs. It is fact that the need of change which established evaluation ways about service quality rise more and more. 6-Sigma activity, called "most innovative management strategy in 20th Century", have many problems apply to service company. The important one between these problems is the problem about Critical To Quality(CTQ) Selection caused from the absence of more precise evaluation system. The objective of this study is the development of methodology for CTQ selection coincide to service company. It is the basic logic that the way to regard MOT mainly effects about total customer satisfaction index(CSI) as CTQ, after the development of the evaluation system based on MOT with customers. Also, the study focused on the case of department store progress to exhibit the reasonableness of this logic.

  • 본 논문은 New Module장치를 융합한 탄산수 정수기에 대한 CTQ(Critical to Quality)를 도출, QFD기법을 활용하여 소비자의 요구사항을 반영한 핵심 품질요소를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 시음 대상자, 일반소비자와 New Module장치를 개발한 개발자를 대상으로 설문조사와 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하여 VOC(Voice of Customer)를 도출, 개발자를 통해 EC를 도출하여 VOC와 EC(Engineering Characteristic)간의 상간관계를 도표화하여 HOQ(House of Quality)를 작성하였다. HOQ 차트를 통해 탄산수 정수기는 일정한 맛, 소음, 출수량, CO2 실린더 교체주기, 사용 편리성 등의 요소가 중요한 품질요인이라는 결과를 도출 하였다. 부품별 요인으로는 물의 맛과 관련된 Module 장치 (혼합조)와 이와 밀접한 레귤레이터, 부스터펌프, 솔레노이드가 가장 핵심부품으로 고려해야 한다는 결과를 도출 하였다.

  • Companies adopted a program called Six Sigma, in order to make fundamental changes in the way the company operated to fulfill customers' expectations. Six Sigma reduces the occurrence of defects. This approach derives the overall process of selection the right projects based on their potential to improve performance metrics and selection and training the right people to get the business results. However, in the course of Six Sigma process steps, companies are in the face of problems. This study is to solve the problems using TP(Thinking Process) of TOC(Theory of Constraints). TOC is methodology for solving key problem in system which is called Constraints. Nowadays, its application is going to be wide and its concept is being implemented. In this paper, it is showed possibility of application TOC to Six Sigma.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF VEHICLE DRIFT USING STATISTICAL SIX SIGMA TOOLS

  • Vehicle drift was reduced using statistical six sigma tools. The study was performed through four steps: M (measure), A (analyze), I (improve), and C (control). Step M measured the main factors which were derived from a fishbone diagram. The measurement system capabilities were analyzed and improved before measurement. Step A analyzed critical problems by examining the process capability and control chart derived from the measured values. Step I analyzed the influence of the main factors on vehicle drift using DOE (design of experiment) to derive the CTQ (critical to quality). The tire conicity and toe angle difference proved to be CTQ. This information enabled the manufacturing process related with the CTQ to be improved. The respective toe angle tolerance for the adjustment process was obtained using the Monte Carlo simulation. Step C verified and controlled the improved results through hypothesis testing and Monte Carlo simulation.
