An Effective WSSENet-Based Similarity Retrieval Method of Large Lung CT Image Databases

  • With the exponential growth of medical image big data represented by high-resolution CT images(CTI), the high-resolution CTI data is of great importance for clinical research and diagnosis. The paper takes lung CTI as an example to study. Retrieving answer CTIs similar to the input one from the large-scale lung CTI database can effectively assist physicians to diagnose. Compared with the conventional content-based image retrieval(CBIR) methods, the CBIR for lung CTIs demands higher retrieval accuracy in both the contour shape and the internal details of the organ. In traditional supervised deep learning networks, the learning of the network relies on the labeling of CTIs which is a very time-consuming task. To address this issue, the paper proposes a Weakly Supervised Similarity Evaluation Network (WSSENet) for efficiently support similarity analysis of lung CTIs. We conducted extensive experiments to verify the effectiveness of the WSSENet based on which the CBIR is performed.

  • Recently, the expert call center solution has become the center of interest, since finance and tele-marketing system, which is focused on a communication industry, have been increasing, Specially, the call center market is growing up with a supporting Caller-ID for a cellular phone in Korea, In the present, although large size companies are developing expensive solutions and instruments to service only for the big companies, there little solutions for SOHO markets, Therefore, in this paper we have shown a design and an implementation of a CTI system which is capable of in/outbound call processing by using CTI, and providing stable services by linking the customer's DB. And these functionalities have become possible by integrating functions of PBX and the computer control of the PBX. First, we have constructed call flows and analyzed packets for the standard communication through the PBX in call. Then, we have designed and implemented a middleware which linked a call between a client and a customer. Finally, we have constructed a database module for applying the CRM technology to the management of customer's contents.

  • As modern technology advances and the proliferation of the internet continues, cyber threats are also on the rise. To effectively counter these threats, the importance of utilizing Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is becoming increasingly prominent. CTI provides information on new threats based on data from past cyber incidents, but the complexity of data and changing attack patterns present significant analytical challenges. To address these issues, this study aims to utilize graph data that can comprehensively represent multidimensional relationships. Specifically, the study constructs a heterogeneous graph based on malware data, and uses the metapath2vec node embedding technique to more effectively identify cyber attack groups. By analyzing the impact of incorporating topology information into traditional malware data, this research suggests new practical applications in the field of cyber security and contributes to overcoming the limitations of CTI analysis.

  • Recently, cyber threats are frequently occurring in ICS(industrial control systems) of government agencies, infrastructure, and manufacturing companies. In order to cope with such cyber threats, it is necessary to apply CTI to ICS. For this purpose, a security information collection system is needed. However, it is difficult to install security solution in control devices such as PLC. Therefor, it is difficult to collect security information of ICS. In addition, there is a problem that the security information format generated in various assets is different. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an efficient method to collect ICS security information. We utilize CybOX/STIX/TAXII CTI models that are easy to apply to ICS. Using this model, we designed the formats to collect security information of ICS assets. We created formats for system logs, IDS logs, and EWS application logs of ICS assets using Windows and Linux. In addition, we designed and implemented a security information collection system that reflects the designed formats. This system can be used to apply monitoring system and CTI to future ICS.

Diagnostic Coincidence of Radiologic Measurement Methods of the Proximal Femur Anterior-posterior Projection for Assessment of Osteoporosis (근위대퇴부 정면 영상을 이용한 골다공증 평가 시 방사선적 계측의 진단일치도)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are relationships between radiologic parameters for osteoporosis by the proximal femur radiograhps and bone mineral density, as assessed by Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry(DEXA). Proximal femur anterior-posterior projection were taken from 112 individuals who undergoing DEXA. Radiographic parameters including canal-to-calcar ratio(CCR) and cortical thickness indices(CTI) were measured and compared with bone mineral density($g/cm^2$), T-score. The intramedullary femoral canal width(FW) and calcar width(CW) at osteoporosis group was significantly larger than that of control group. The CCR were correlated negatively with bone mineral density($g/cm^2$)(r=-0.340, p<0.01), and the CTI were correlated positively(r=0.624). The diagnostic accuracy of CCR for osteoporosis was 63.4%, and kappa value was 0.271. And the accuracy of CTI was 67.0%, and kappa value was the level of fair agreement(${\kappa}$=0.258). The proximal femur with large CCR and small CTI had lower T-scores. When evaluating proximal femur anterior-posterior radiographs, those patients with the thinnest femur diaphyseal cortices should be referred for further osteoporosis investigation.

  • As a result of increasing environmental concern, the penetration of renewable power on power systems is now increasing. Wind energy can be considered as the most economical energy sources to generate electricity without depletion of fossil fuel. To devise adequate control strategies for wind farm, time domain simulation analysis needs to be performed. This presents a continuation time integration (CTI)-based time domain simulation algorithm for wind farm with doubly fed asynchronous generator (DFAG) connected to the external power systems. This paper depicts how to time trajectories are traced using CTI-based time domain simulation. Also this paper describes the possibilities of hierachical control for wind farm output limitation, and the coordinated control has been designed by hierarchical control structured from central control level to wind farm control board and to an individual wind turbine level. Finally it shows an illustrative example of time domain simulation result with two test systems through case study.

  • 현재 IT 인프라 기술이 상당한 발전을 이루고 있으며 고급 인프라를 활용한 IT 기술들이 나날이 발전하고 있다. 지금의 정보화 사회에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있는 인터넷을 포함한 수 많은 IT 정보기술들은 각 사회분야에 걸쳐 해당 분야의 정보의 질을 높이고 있다. CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) 기반 콜센터 시스템 또한 IT 인프라의 발전에 발 맞추어 효율적인 정보 제공을 위한 정보 기술이 상당히 많이 발전해왔다. 기존의 콜센터 시스템은 PSTN 망 기반의 전화 중심의 정보제공만 가능한 반면에, 현재 콜센터 시스템은 PSTN 기반이 아닌 IP 기반 인프라를 활용하여 IP 기반으로 제공할 수 있는 여러 기술을 접목시킨 하나의 통합 솔루션 시스템으로 발전하고 있다. 콜과 관련된 서비스만 제공하는 것이 아니라 Fax, E-mail, Instance Messaging 등 여러종류의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 시스템 구성이 변화하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 현재 콜센터 시스템은 청각장애인을 위해 제공할 수 있는 서비스가 존재하지 않으며 이에 대한 연구 또한 미비한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 청각장애인을 위한 서비스 제공을 위해 스마트폰 인프라에서 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 CTI 시스템을 설계 하였다.

  • According to the development of service industry recently, the use of call taxi service is increased to use a taxi more comfortably. But related firms hesitate to construct a call center on account of enormous expense of constructing. Hence we developed the system that can minimize expense of constructing a call center which use a cellular phone. The proposed system is different from the existing call system of using a terminal method. we designed by applying UML(Unified Modeling Language) the system that can integrate and manage operations of customer management, driver management, order management and settlement of accounts etc. more efficiently using CTI(Computer Telephony Integration). Then the designed system is constructed by using Visual Basic 6.0. For implementing CTI more effectively, calling number of customer is received in PC using CID that is commercialized and then the customer's information is retrieved in the Database in real-time. The system proposed in this paper is possible to construct at low expense, can improve customer service level through an efficient customer management solution.

To meet the consumer's desire to use the internet food order system in any place and at ant time. we developed wire/wireless internet food order systems that uses the wireless internet terminals (PDA, Pocket PC, etc). This paper presents the design and implementation of the wireless internet food order system.
