The railway signal ing system consists of several vital computerized equipments. Now the project for development of signal ing system for the next-general ion high-speed train is progressed according to the consortium. The developing signal ing system by this project, kTCS(Korean Train Control System), is composed of kTCS-CTC, kTCS-IXL, kTCS-ATC and etc. The KTCS signaling has to be operated as a integrated system by interface between each signaling. To achieve these, communicat ion protocols between each signal ing have to be designed and message codes are defined. In this paper the configuration of integrated kTCS system and designed communication protocol is presented.

Safety of the Train Control System become more important along with the progress of the computer and the technology of communications in these days. Safety of the Train Traffic Control System needs an accurate analysis of the Hazard to reduce losses of a property and lives. Many of advanced railroad nations already had established safety standards when they set the system even considering scrap of railroad and put a great concern on developing safety system which is getting larger and more complicate. Domestic railroad system has to introduce improved technology and systematically prepare and make a scientific survey to achieve unparalleled reliability and safety as well. In this Study, ITCC CTC System will show the research and the analysis of the hazard to ensure the safety of software.

In these days abnormal climate occurs frequently because of global warming and earthshock. So it is necessary to prepare for the abnormal conditions like gale, rainfall, heavy snow and high temperature. Fortunately, Korea high speed rail(KTX) have a safety climate detection system for the abnormal weather by using CTC. So the safety is guaranteed in most aspect. But in convention line there isn't any alarm system for the abnormal condition and the train runs until the railroad loss occurred. So convention line need additional regulation same as KTX for the abnormal climate and in the near future passenger safety must be protected by new alarm system.

Railway takes an important role of transporting massive passenger and freight. Accidents which occur related to trains have a risk of serious loss of lives, so those accidents need to be controlled urgently. Therefore moving picture transmission system is required which transmits exact information of moving picture of accident status to CTC and also communication line is also required with it. By using WTB line as a wayside transmission line, railway telephones, fax and train service information are provided to local offices. As transmission line improving project, optical cabling work is being processed by phases. Therefore optical fiber line is more effective way for a communicating way between stations than coaxial transmission line. This paper consider's connecting method when optical fibers is used for moving picture data transmission of train accidents and its problems.

DNA methylation in Streptomyces griseus IFO 13350 was analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis and bisulfite-based analysis to reveal two methylation sites, 5'-$GC^{5m}$ CGGC-3' and 5'-$GAG^{5m}$ CTC-3'. The methylation was reconstituted in Escherichia coli by simultaneous expression of S. griseus SGR4675 and S. achromogenes M.SacI. The E. coli cells produced plasmids that mimicked the methylation profile of S. griseus DNA, which was readily introduced into S. griseus. The results of this study raise the possibility of a promising approach to establish efficient transformation in several streptomycetes.

The mobiAutoBot is a conceptual model of robotic process automation software with cognitive automation that can support mobile devices. The mobiAutoBot consists of two parts: mobiAutoBot controller and mobiAutoBot runner. The mobiAutoBot controller directs the job to the mobile device and performs monitoring and interworking. The mobiAutoBot runner installed on the mobile device performs the command execution. With the mobiAutoBot, you can build cost-effective robotic process automation capabilities and use it in a variety of applications, including mobile devices.

최근 JVET(Joint Video Experts Team)은 새로운 비디오 압축 표준인 VVC(Versatile Video Coding)의 표준화를 시작하였다. 기존의 HEVC 및 VVC의 참조 SW 코덱인 HM 및 VTM(Versatile Test Model)에서는 효율적인 화면간 예측 부호화를 위한 움직임 정보 병합(Merge) 모드를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VTM 의 Merge 후보 리스트 구성에서 공간적 주변블록의 움직임 정보가 존재하지 않을 경우, 이를 대체할 수 있는 Merge 후보 리스트 생성 기법을 제시한다. JVET CTC(Common Test Condition)를 이용하여 제안한 기법의 실험을 진행하였고, 실험결과 Y, U, V 성분 각각 0.2%, 0.17%, 0.12%의 BD-rate 감소를 확인하였다.

In recent years, liquid biopsy has received immense attention. Liquid biopsy is a minimally invasive method used for obtaining biological fluids including urine, pleural fluid and, mostly, peripheral blood. Liquid biopsy involves various targets including circulating tumors cells (CTCs), circulating cell-free tumor DNA (ctDNA), and microRNA (miRNA). Colorectal cancer (CRC), like other solid tumors, shed tumor cells into the bloodstream. Analysis of these CTCs, as well as ctDNA is the primary objective of the liquid biopsy. Evaluation of CTC or ctDNA offers information about early tumor release, development of tumor metastasis and also about mechanisms involved in tumor resistance to treatment.

This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of replacing antibiotics by organic acid mixture on growth performances and blood metabolites in growing pigs. Twenty-five crossbred pigs (Large White${\times}$Landrace) at the age of 79 days were fed five different diets by supplementing organic acid mixture and chlortetracycline. The experimental diets were consisted of diets without antibiotics supplementation (control), diets added 100mg/kg of chlortetracycline to control diet (T1), diets added 100mg/kg of chlortetracycline and 0.1% of $Acidomix^{(R)}$ (comprising formic acid 25%, sorbic acid 10%, fumaric acid 10%) to control diet (T2), diets added 0.1% of $Acidomix^{(R)}$ to control diet (T3), and diets added 0.3% of $Acidomix^{(R)}$ to control diet (T4). The changes in feed conversion ratio, average daily gain and blood metabolites were investigated. Twenty-five pigs were allotted to five treatments with five replications of each and the experiment was conducted on the basis of complete randomized design for 6 weeks. Average daily gain was significantly (p<0.05) different between T4 and control diets. All treatments including diets added $Acidomix^{(R)}$ and chlortetracycline were slightly higher than control diets. The feed intakes did not show a significant difference between the control and other treatments, and did not give change in feed intake by the addition of $Acidomix^{(R)}$. No differences on feed conversion ratio among treatments were observed but T4 and T3 treatments showed lower value than other treatments. The concentrations of blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly (p<0.05) different among treatments, but their values were within the normal range representing that effects on blood profile by organic acid or antibiotics supplementation were not found. The results from this study indicated that adding chlortetracycline or organic acid mixtures to diets showed tendency to improve average daily gain and feed conversion ratio in growing pigs. These results showed that antibiotics could be replaced by organic acid mixture in growing pig diets, leading to stimulated growth and improved feed conversion ratio.

This paper proposes the rate control algorithm based on the S-JND (Saliency-Just Noticeable Difference) model for considering perceptual visual quality. The proposed rate control algorithm employs the S-JND model to simultaneously reflect human visual sensitivity and human visual attention for considering characteristics of human visual system. During allocating bits for CTU (Coding Tree Unit) level in a rate control, the bit allocation model calculates the S-JND threshold of each CTU in a picture. The threshold of each CTU is used for adaptively allocating a proper number of bits; thus, the proposed bit allocation model can improve perceptual visual quality. For performance evaluation of the proposed algorithm, the proposed algorithm was implemented on HM 16.9 and tested for sequences in Class B and Class C under the CTC (Common Test Condition) RA (Random Access), Low-delay B and Low-delay P case. Experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the bit-rate of 2.3%, and improves BD-PSNR of 0.07dB and bit-rate accuracy of 0.06% on average. We achieved MOS improvement of 0.03 with the proposed method, compared with the conventional method based on DSCQS (Double Stimulus Continuous Quality Scale).
