The purpose of this research is to find key factors to invigorate customer satisfaction management from TQM perspective. Consequently, the results show that CS leadership has an effect on team competency, CS evaluation and feedback, and customer information system positively. Team competency and CS evaluation and feedback take positive effects on improving activities for customer focus. Improving activities for customer focus takes positive effects on result of customer satisfaction significantly.

L. casei Y1T 9018은 자연적으로, 또는 mutagen처리하여 plasmid DNA 7가 curing 또는 deletion되었으며, 이러한 유천적 결함이 생긴 mutants는 다음과 같은 특성을 나타냈다. 1) 탄소원으로서 lactose가 주어졌을때 mutants의 유산 생성능이 현저히 저하되었다. 2) 탄소원으로서 glucose 맺 galactose 첨가시엔 유산 생성 정도가 정상균주와 큰 차이가 없였다. 3) 5 가시 항생제에 대한 내성 맺 lactose 이외의 당에 대한 발효능 시험 갤고파 정상과 차이가 없었다.

Recently, Super-Super-Market(SSM) is facing more and more difficult situation due to the expansion of hypermarket and target marketing of specialized shop. In this situation, Customer Satisfaction Management(CSM) is emerging as a core business factor to make continuous growth without competitive exclusion. Especially, the first factor in CSM in distribution industry is a Service Quality Satisfaction. In this paper, with a selection of 3-markets as a sample for the research, I have tried to look for necessary Service Quality(SQ) factors in SSM and deduced Service Quality Index(SQI), loyalty and Index of detail factor in SQ through survey. Based on these results, strategic factors required to improve SQ was found and strategic directions for SQ were proposed through matrix portfolio analysis.

The capacity spectrum method (CSM) can be used for the evaluation of inelastic maximum response of structures and has been recently used in the seismic design using the incorporation of pushover analysis and response spectrum method. To efficiently evaluate seismic performance of multi-degree-of freedom (MDOF) bridge structures, it is important that the equivalent response of MDOF bridge structures be calculated. In this study to calculate the equivalent response of MDOF system, equivalent responses are obtained by the using Song method, N2 method and Calvi method. Also, these are applied the CSM method and seismic performance of bridge according to the ESDOF method are compared and evaluated.

To evaluate inelastic seismic responses of multi-span-bridge, the equivalent single-degree-of-freedom (ESDOF) methods and the lateral load distributions are applied to the capacity spectrum method(CSM). From the pushover analysis results using the four ESDOF methods and the six types lateral load distributions, the ESDOF method more than lateral load distribution is found to have an important influence upon the pushover analysis. The effects of the higher mode on the bridge seismic behaviors are also increased as the number of pier increase. Therefore, it can be concluded that lateral load distributions and ESDOF methods for reflection of higher mode effects should be considered in the seismic analysis of the bridge structural.

Objective : The purpose of this paper is to report the adverse drug reactions of patient with cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) treated by herb medicine, Soshiho-tang. Methods : The patient was prescribed Soshiho-tang herbal medicine for 9days. The patient complained of dizziness, difficulty of concentration and elevation of blood pressure on the 6th day. The doctor made the patient stop to take the herbal medicine and every symptoms and abnormal blood pressure are normalized after 6 days. The abnormal responses were assessed by WHO-UMC Causality Categories and LDS scale. Results : The WHO-UMC Causality is 'probable/likely' and LDS scale is 5, it means 'moderate' severity. Conclusions : The herbal medicine, Soshiho-tang is relevant to abnormal responses of the patient with CSM. This is a first case report of hypertension induced by herbal medicine, Soshiho-tang in Korea.

Rice farmers can save labor and expenses by using expanded rice husk (ERH) as a seedling medium since ERH is lighter and cheaper than other commercial seedling media (CSM). This study was carried out to develop a method for rice seedling cultivation using ERH as a seedling medium. It is suggested that a mixture of $60\%$ of ERH and $40\%$ of a CSM could be used as a seedling medium; the planting densities would be 240g per tray for infant seedlings and 200 g for young seedlings; and nitrogen (N) would be applied at a rate of 1g per tray for infant seedlings prior to planting and 2g per tray for young seedlings with division. Great care should be taken to use $CO(NH_2)_2$ as an N-source fertilizer. These results would lay a foundation for the rice seedling cultivation with ERH as a medium.

Multi-Surface (MS) treatment is a new technique of surface treatment to reduce the static friction factor on the surface of rubber. MS treatments include 4 methods which names are MS-V (UV-irradiation on the rubber surface), MS-M (doing the chemical reaction with double bond of rubber), MS-Q (dilution of rubber surface by silicone surfactant), and MS-P (coating and heating of rubber surface). The experiment and test of every MS-treatment had been carried out using acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), and chlorosulphonated rubber (CSM) as rubber materials. It had introduced the steps of every MS-treatment process and the result of the properties test. From the research, it was found that the best method was MS-V treatment because it suited all the samples and the effect was obviously.

일반적으로 기존의 도메인으로부터 인증서를 검증하는 방법은 CRL(Certificate Revocation List), OCSP(Online Certificate Status Protocol), Freshest CRL, Delta CRL등이 있으나 CRL 검증 방식에 대해서 여러 단점이 부각되었다. 현재 CRL 검증 방법에 대해서 효율적으로 검증하기 위한 방안이 OCSP, Delta CRL등이 제시하여 서비스를 하고 있는 실정이다. 피러나 이런 검증 서비스 시스템에도 한계성이 드러나게 되었고 그 단점을 보완하기 위한 검증 시스템을 채택하여 기존의 인증서 검증 서비스보다 효율적이고 안정적인 시스템을 구현하기 위해 CSMS(Certificate Status Management Server)를 제시한다. CSMS는 OCSP와 같이 실시간으로 검증과 빠른 서비스로 USER에게로의 응답을 위한 서비스를 제공함으로써 전자상거래를 통한 트랜젝션에 적합한 시스템을 위한 것이다.

Comparative Statistic Module(CSM) provides more reliable list of significant genes to genomics researchers by offering the commonly selected genes and a method of choice by calculating the rank of each statistical test based on the average ranking of common genes across the five statistical methods, i.e. t-test, Kruskal-Wallis (Wilcoxon signed rank) test, SAM, two sample multiple test, and Empirical Bayesian test. This statistical analysis module is implemented in Perl, and R languages.
