  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting on CRPI (capability of retirement planning and implementing) and to identify the critical point of financial factors to increase CRPI. 908 Korean individuals' data were used for descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test, and Generalized Linear Mixed Model Analysis. As a result, CRPI was influenced by attitude toward retirement planning, gender, income, and propensity to save. Some mid-group did not make a significant difference in CRPI compared to the lower-group. Men were more capable at CRPI than women in terms of sense of independence and getting a consulting service. Most consumers appear to have difficulty in calculating their retirement fund. People who have income over 3,000,000 won have dramatically greater CRPI than people who have income under 3,000,000 won. And people who have saving ratio over 23% have significantly greater CRPI than people who have propensity to save under 23%. The monthly income 3,000,000 won and propensity to save 23% were considered as critical points related to CRPI.

  • The purpose of this study is for Human error prevention to acquire Collision Risk Perception Index (CRPI) sensed by the Officer Of the Watch (OOW) when the approaching distances are reduced in six types of ship encountering situations (Head on, $045^{\circ}$, $090^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$, Overtaking, Overtaken) between own ship and a target ship and then to predict CRPI fitting coefficients with polynomials in the curve-fitting process. CRPI acquisition experiments are carried out on two coast-guard ships and with the total of 30 crew members. Analysing results shows that CRPI data have goodness of fit to the six types of encountering situation. Futhermore, the One-Way ANOVA results show that CRPI has a negative affect to the OOW's age, career and license grade as the approaching distances is reduced. The availability of CRPI curve fitting with 3 degrees of polynomial was testified through the RMSE as 1.19 to Head on, 0.87 to $045^{\circ}$, 0.81 to $090^{\circ}$, 0.71 to $135^{\circ}$, 1.29 to Overtaking and 0.87 to Overtaken.

  • Flexible copper clad laminates (FCCL) fabricated by sputtering has advantages in fine pitch etching and dimensional accuracy than previous casting or laminating type FCCL, But its lower adhesion is inevitable technical challenge to solve for commercializing it. Chromium (Cr) which strongly reacts with O moiety was used as tie-coating layer in order to improve low adhesion between copper (Cu) and polyimide (PI). Sputtering raw polyimide (SRPI) and casting raw polyimide (CRPI) were used as substrates at this research. PI was pretreated by plasma before sputtering, and each sample was varied with RF power and Cr thickness on sputtering. Peel strength of the FCCL on SRPI was higher than that on CRPI. Adhesion had maximum value when 10 nm of Cr was deposited on SRPI by RF power of 50 W. It seems to be by the formation of Cu-Cr-O solid solution at the metal-PI interface.
