Animal experiments need numerous kinds of animal which are suitable for every research. About 300 mouse strains are developed up to the present, but they do not give satisfaction to every researchers. So we must build up the methods of breading animals which are newly developed and of maintenance of characteristics which were developed before. To maintain experimental animal is not only proceeding the generation but also increasing the animal populations, it needs geneticai control. Genetic factors which influence to reproduction are very important to maintain colony. These factors include lethal gene, chromosomal abberation, sterility gene, etc.. With the recent development of transgenic technology, scientists now can deliberately creat numerous specific animal models. To know how to manage the colony which has genetic defect on reproduction and transgenic mice is one of the key to study in vitro fertilization.

Accumulation of worn-out automobile tires creat fire and health hazards. As a possible solution to the problem of scrap-tire disposal, an experimental study was conducted to examine the potential of using tire chips as aggregate in Railroad block. This paper examines strength and toughness properties of Railroad block in which different amounts of rubber-tire particles of several sizes were used as aggregate. The Railroad block mixtures exhibited lower compressive, bending than did normal block. However, these mixtures did not demonstrate brittle failure, but rather a ductile, plastic failure, and had the ability to absorb a large amount of plastic energy under compressive loads.

There is a method to analyze the big data of the article and text mining by using Python language. And Python is a kind of programming language and it is easy to operating. Reaserch and use Python to creat a Web environment that the research result of the analysis can show directly on the browser. In this thesis, there are 100 article paper frrom Altmetric, Altmetric tracks a range of sources to capture. It is necessary to collect and analyze the big data use an effictive method, After the result coming out, Use Python wordcloud to make a directive image that can show the highest frequency of words.

The production activity by human is accompanied by various accidents, resulting in human and property loss. If information on these industrial accident can be collected, organized and analyzed for a period of time and be used in the decision-making process for the purpose of preventing industrial accident, we will be able to get rid of industrial accident and prevent human and property loss and creat a pleasant industrial atmosphere. In order to achieve this goal, the collected information should be accurate, and trusted in the work place or government agency the information is being utilized. This research analyzed the problem in our nation's industrial accident statistics and estimated the number of accidents that are occurring and suggested improvement measures so that the industrial accident statistics can be calculated accurately.

The purpose of this study is to understand the history of 20th century fashion and make-up culture, analyze trend of the modern fashion and make-up, creat a cyber make-up model according to themes and also it will find out how to use make-up as a part of fashion genre. As a result of this study is 1. Looking over change-process in 20th century fashion and make-up history, we can find the popular make-up color and pattern reflecting the society and cultural environments. And also make-up culture reflecting their sense of values and way of thinkings. 2. Analyzing fashion and make up color trend of 2002 F/W, we can find a similarity between fashion and make-up color trend by comparing with hue&tone chart. All of theme have a tendency to be natural, veiled, feminine by neutral color and artifical highlighted, illuminate, transparant by clear-high saturation color. 3. Creating imagemaps, color palletes and cyber model of 4 trend themes by computer graphic, It can give more visual and interesting effect on the cyber space, and also it can help to expect make-up will be dizitalized, visualized and informationalized.

Benzylisoquinoline alkaloids are a diverse group of natural products that include many pharmacologically active compounds produced in a limited number of plant families. Despite their complexity, intensive biochemical research has extended our knowledge of the chemistry and enzymology of many important benzylisoquinoline alkaloid pathways, such as those leading to the analgesic drugs morphine and codeine, and the antibiotics sanguinarine and berberine. The use of cultured plant cells as an experimental system has facilitated the identification and characterization of more than 30 benzylisoquinoline alkaloid biosynthetic enzymes, and the molecular cloning of the genes that encode at least 8 of these enzymes. The recent expansion of biochemical and molecular technologies has creat-ed unique opportunities to dissect the mechanisms involved in the regulation of benzylisoquinoline alkaloid biosynthesis in plants. Research has suggested that product accumulation is controlled by the developmental and inducible regulation of several benzylisoquinoline alkaloid biosynthetic genes, and by the subcellular compartmentation of biosynthetic enzymes and the intracellular localization and trafficking of pathway intermediates. In this paper, we review our current understanding of the biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular regulation of benzylisoquinoline alkaloid biosynthesis in plants. We also summarize our own research activities, especially those related to the establishment of protocols for the genetic transformation of benzylisoquinoline alkaloid-producing species, and the development of metabolic engineering strategies in these plants.

Tissue engineering and regenerative medicine(TERM) is the application of principles and methods of engineering and life sciences to creat devices or biological substitutes for study, restoration, modification, and assembly of functional tissues. TERM is an emerging interdisplinary area of research and development that has the potential to revolutionize methods of health care treatment. Current status and trend of TERM's R&D is reviewed in this paper in respect to the prospective of future needs.

The ceramic filters were developed using technology similar to that of quartz crystal and electromechanical filter. However, the key to this development involved the theoretical analysis of vibration modes and material improvements of piezoelectric ceramics. The primary application of ceramic filters has been for consumer-market use. Accordingly, a major emhpasis has involved mass production technology, leading to low-priced devices. A typical ceramic filter includes monolithic resonators and capacitors packaged in unique configurations. Nakazawa developed a double-mode resonator as two acoustically coupled single resonators. And he developed 10.7MHz crystal filters using multi-energy trapping mode of thickness shear vibration. He succeeded in realizing a two-pole band pass filter response without external inductance by splitting a dot electrode to creat coupled symmetric and antisymmetric vibration modes. Accordingly, the simulation for ceramic filter were important. So that, this paper were investigated the pass frequency of filter on the electrode length and thickness of ceramic.

There is a shround of mystery surronnding Gaudi. In all probability, the first mist preventing us from gaining acess to his work is the intrinstic mysteriousness of all genius and, at the end of the day, of all human spirit. The situation is complicated by the well-known fact that Gaudi wished to creat an aura of silence around his persona, while, at the same time as maintaining this secretiveneness - in other words, the annihiliation of his fundamental values-gave expression and symbolisation to his moods and incerdible mental power. On a piece of land on the Muntanya Pelada, in the Barcelona district of La Salut, Eusebi G$\ddot{u}$ell Wanted to build an urbanisation inspired by the concepe of the garden city. in this he sought to return to nature, health and an escape from the insalubrous industrial city. Gaudi worked on the construction of this park between 1900 and 1914, and even moved his home there in 1906. An outstanding feature of park G$\ddot{u}$ell is the integration of architecture with nature. In other to save the natural slopes, Gaudi built viaducts from brick pillars, which he covered with stone obtained from the excavation.

The hotel does not sell one-time services, and the customer has many choices, especially today. And hotel is vulnerable to new competition. Most customers likes to try a new place and new product. The questions are 1) offering competitive products that are meaningful to customers 2) solving customers problems 3) offering a competitive products that are difficult for competitors to duplicate. This report is for studying about the relationship between the results of National Customer Satisfaction Index(NCSI) and the hotels' revenue. And explore the ways to identify opportunities for creating the desired image that differentiates from the competition and for serving the target market better than anyone else. For the about objectives, the following items are reviewed: 1) Customer behavior and customers' needs and wants 2) Customer decisions 3) Integrated marketing 4) Customer satisfaction 5) Major factors of the hotel customers satisfaction 6) Moment of truty Market positioning is to creat a distinctive place in the minds of potential customer. To position successfully requires recognizing the marketplaces. the competition, value for money and customers' perceptions. Finally, internal marketing efforts can be used to examine one's own position to see if it is perceived by it's customers. It means that the benefits exist in the mind of the customer and are determinable only by asking the customer. These kinds of efforts are essential to proper positioning analysis and long term relationship marketing.
