To develop policies regarding fertility and pregnancy that will be effective in preventing further declines in fertility rates in the context present-day Korea, current policies in Japan were analyzed and compared with those now being implemented in Korea. This study was structured to involve (a) comparison of maternal health projects in Korea and Japan, and (b) comparison of infertility support policies based in regional cities in Korea and Japan. Korea's Health Plan 2030 emphasizes strengthening healthcare for high-risk pregnant women, expanding investments to benefit vulnerable groups, and establishing a support system for infertile couples. In Japan, government programs involving treatment targeting infertility specifically were implemented nationwide in 2006. Wide dissemination of accurate knowledge related to pregnancy is emphasized. Also, counseling centers specializing in infertility were established by 67 local governments. We have confirmed that Korean policies include decentralization, while Japan is implementing the central government's infertility policy uniformly in all regions. Japan also adjusted its policy out of concern that problems related to infertility and childbirth will worsen due to the social disaster of COVID-19. The results indicate that providing additional support for psychological counseling may be preferable to increasing the number of in-vitro fertilization procedures. The physical burden on women may be minimized by benchmarking policies in Japan. Step-by-step application of these procedures should be systematically supported to achieve the best results.

Online consumer activities have increased considerably since the COVID-19 outbreak. For the products and services which have an impact on everyday life, online reviews and recommendations can play a significant role in consumer decision-making processes. Thus, to better serve their customers, online firms are required to build online-centric marketing strategies. Especially, it is essential to define core value of customers based on the online customer reviews and to propose these values to their customers. This study discovers specific perceived values of customers in regard to a certain product and service, using online customer reviews and proposes a customer value proposition methodology which enables online firms to develop more effective marketing strategies. In order to discover customers value, the methodology employs a text-mining technology, which combines a sentiment analysis and topic modeling. By the methodology, customer emotions and value factors can be more clearly defined. It is expected that online firms can better identify value elements of their respective customers, provide appropriate value propositions, and thus gain sustainable competitive advantage.

Purpose: To explore the lived experience of home health nurses' role conflicts and the associated meaning of those as perceived by the home health nurses. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted between November 2021 and January 2022 among five home health nurses who were recruited. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and inductively analyzed using Colaizzi's descriptive phenomenological inquiry. Results: The participants' lived experience of role conflicts were grouped into four main categories, namely role conflicts due to shortage of qualified home health nurses, role conflicts exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, interpersonal relationship conflicts, and conflicts with existing systems and their solutions. Conclusion: Knowledge developed from the experiences of the participants indicated various role conflicts, both interpersonal and systematical, while they recognized the significance of their role as the home health nurses. In the future, support systems should be established at the organizational and systematical levels to ensure a better workforce environment for home health nurses.

The scope of teleaudiology has been noted with telehealth due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) recently. As the notion has been around us for more than 20 years ever since 1999, it is necessary to perceive the knowledge accurately and prepare for the successful implementation of it. Therefore, the literature review including screening and diagnostic audiometry, cochlear implants and hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation, telecommunications technology regarding several fields of teleaudiology, and considerations for practicing were identified. Although overall internet-based audiological services showed benefits in terms of outcome and accessibility, uncertainties of cost-effectiveness, the optimal level of support, and a need for further studies of many aspects for teleaudiology has arisen. In the view of technology, the store-and-forward (asynchronous/hybrid) and a real-time (synchronous) methods were introduced with one applied and nine registered patents recorded from 2004 to 2020 for the invention of teleaudiology in the United States. Also, 10 checklists were suggested for planning teleaudiology practice from prior experience in hosting the teleaudiology program. Conclusively, it is hoped that this review sheds light on recognizing and improving the existing teleaudiology services and helps overcome the challenges faced in the era of pandemic and untact world to come.

This study examined the relationship between corporate governance and risk disclosure via a systematic literature review and bibliometric visualization analysis. The study aimed to present evidence of risk disclosure intellectual structure, volume, and development knowledge trends. Data was extracted from Scopus and analyzed with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and RTools. In turn, 64 articles were extracted from the Scopus database. The results demonstrated that the number of corporate governance and risk disclosure publications increased significantly from 2015 to 2019 compared to before 2015. RTools revealed the most prominent journals, authors, and interests in the field. The co-occurrences map was constructed based on 208 keywords from 64 articles, where the keywords were required to appear once in the research. Interestingly, the keyword search yielded new concepts relatively unexplored in the risk disclosure field. The 13 clusters were generated, which contained 1987 total links and 1567 direct citations. Based on the scientific analysis discussion, corporate governance and risk disclosure is an interesting topic that has produced many publications. Applying research keywords arguably aided in producing and publishing papers in top journals. Despite the number of publications decreasing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the pandemic also presented new opportunities for future research.

This paper is a study that considers how current scientific medicine could be supported by traditional medicine, and if the scope of this support is expected to gradually widen. This study begins by understanding the process by which Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has developed interventions for COVID-19. We then examine what support is offered by the ancient Korean medical text "Uibang Yuchi". This paper insists that a key database is absolutely necessary to develop treatment techniques for new diseases. The key database should be considered not only from the point of view of knowledge but also from the point of view of intellectual property rights, and for this reason, the text of "Uibang Yuchi" is important. This paper shows the process of how a new treatment technique can be derived from the ancient book "Uibang Yuchi". We expect that the suggested model would play a role as a reference model in the process of pursuing similar strategies in the future.

Body temperature plays an important role in medicine, some diseases are characterized by changes in human body temperature. Monitoring body temperature also allows doctors to monitor the effectiveness of medical treatments. Accurate body temperature measurement is key to detecting fevers, especially fevers related to infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus that caused the recent Covid-19 pandemic in the world. The solution of measuring body temperature using a thermal camera is fast but has a high cost and is not suitable for some organizations with difficult economic conditions today. Use a medical thermometer to measure body temperature directly for a slow rate, making it easier to spread disease from person to person. In this paper, we propose a completely automatic body temperature measurement system that can adjust the height according to the person taking the measurement, has a measurement logging system and is monitored via the internet. Experimental results show that the proposed method has successfully created a fully automatic human body measurement system. Furthermore, this research also helps the school's scientists and students gain more knowledge and experience to apply Internet of Things technology in real life.

메타버스라는 사이버 초현실 세상이 다가오고 있다. 팬데믹으로 인해 원격근무와 원격학습 또는 사회적 격리를 경험한 이들에게는 행동의 제약과 한계를 뛰어넘어 상상의 세상으로 안내하며, 새로운 사회적 관계를 만들어 가도록 도와주는 메타버스는 사이버 세계의 오아시스와 같은 세상이다. 다양한 플랫폼들을 중심으로 메타버스 생태계가 진화하고 있는 가운데 실무 및 학계에서 다양한 논의가 오가고 있지만 아직까지는 이러한 변화를 이끌어갈 다양한 학술적 논의가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논평에서는 현재 논의 중인 메타버스의 개념과 현황에 대해서 정리하고 메타버스가 성장하고, 사회에 의미있는 가치를 창출하기 위해 필요한 핵심 연구 주제와 분야별 세부 연구 방향에 대해서 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 학계에서 다양한 관점의 메타버스 연구가 시의적절하게 수행되고 관련 연구들을 통해 건강하고 바람직한 메타버스 생태계가 조성되고 진화해 가기를 바란다.

최근 코로나 19의 세계적 대유행 이후로 비즈니스 업무환경이 스마트워크로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 스마트워크는 기본적으로 언제 어디서나 일을 할 수 있는 시스템을 근간으로 하고 있다. 스마트워크가 성공하기 위해서는 이러한 시스템의 구축과 운영 문제가 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 스마트워크 도입이 미치는 조직문화에의 영향을 연구하는 것도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 레저 서비스 대기업인 H사에서 경영상 강조하고 있는 조직 문화의 일곱 가지 차원 - 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력, 리더십 - 에 있어서 스마트워크 전후로 어떤 변화가 있는지 설문과 인터뷰를 통하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력의 네 가지 차원에서는 직원들의 평가가 통계적으로 낮아진 것으로 나타났고, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 리더십의 측면에서는 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 도입초기 단기적 현상일수도 있어 앞으로의 변화도 관찰할 필요가 있지만, 기업 관점에서 궁극적으로 유연한 업무 환경의 변화를 추구하는데 있어서 직원들로 하여금 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력과 같이 경영상 중요한 조직 문화의 측면에서 적극적으로 준비하고 대응하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. 조직 활력이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 조직구성원간 신뢰 소통과 협력은 감소하는 것은 굉장히 부정적 변화로서 적극적 관리가 필요하다. 이어진 인터뷰에서는 스마트워크 도입의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 리더십의 역할이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 향후 일하는 방식의 변화에 따라 경영진 리더십의 역할이 더욱 강조될 것이라는 것을 시사하였다.
