In this paper, we analyze the coverage of asynchronous IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000 reverse link with a MUD(Multi-User Detector) system. The MUD system is utilized to increase the coverage of reverse link. Also we have considered a propagation loss model and an interference effect. Because it is very difficult that we have calculated the interference accurately, so a fractional cell loading factor(F) is used in this paper. We make use of a MUD efficiency($\beta$) to analyze the performance; this efficiency is presented the MAI of reduction. A simulation utilizes Hata's model, we calculated the coverage according to voice and data services. In this paper, we have assumed that the frequency of carrier has 800 MHz or 1.9 GHz, and a bandwidth is decided 3.84 MHz. We have predicted the performance of actual system by the analysis of capacity and coverage.

Purpose: The treatment of gingival recessions is needed to reduce root sensitivity and improve esthetical satisfaction. Several surgical techniques have been proposed to achieve these goals. The use of connective tissue grafts has made esthetic root coverage a predictable procedure. Numerous clinical studies have represented that using connective tissue grafts to cover exposed root surface showed high success rates. This is a case report which demonstrates the technique to obtain root coverage of a buccal recession defect. Materials and Methods: A 35-year-old patient with a high level of oral hygiene was selected for the study. This patient had one Class I Miller recession defect in the mandible. A coronally advanced flap in combination with the connective tissue graft was chosen for the treatment. After surgery, the patient was told to visit the hospital once a week for his oral management and professional prophylaxis. The depth of initial recession was 4.0 mm. Result: After three months, it reduced to 0.0 mm, and the average recession reduction was 4.0 mm. The average root coverage was 100%. Conclusion: The connective tissue graft is both effective and predictable way to produce root coverage in increasing the width of CAL and KT of various adjacent gingival recessions.

An abrupt increase of traffic-load in cellular CDMA systems can cause overload, as a result, degrade the quality of service (QoS) and the spectrum utilization due to lacking radio resources in base stations. In this paper, we propose a joint coverage and resource management (JCRM) scheme which can improve the QoS degradation and the spectrum utilization. The JCRM scheme hands over the overloaded traffic to neighboring cells by virtually reducing overloaded cell coverage and extending neighboring cell coverage, as well the scheme allocates radio resources based on the necessary handover probability. The proposed scheme can be applied to the existing cellular CDMA systems as well as adaptive coverage management schemes for next generation mobile communication systems.

In 3rd generation project partnership long term evolution, wireless multicast techniques which send the same data to multiple users under single frequency networks have attracted much attention. In the multicast system, the transmission mode needs to be selected for efficient data transfer while satisfying the multicast coverage requirement. To achieve this, users' channel state information (CSI) should be available at the transmitter. However, it requires too much uplink feedback resource if all the users are allowed to transmit their CSI at all the time. To solve this problem, in this paper, the multicast coverage prediction is suggested. In the proposed algorithm, each user measures its transition probabilities between the success and the fail state of the decoding. Then, it periodically transmits its CSI to the basestation. Using these feedbacks, the basestation can predict the multicast coverage. From the simulation results, we demonstrate that the proposed scheme can predict the multicast system coverage.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition of denture fabrication activities and its cost in National Health Insurance for elderly denture. Methods: A self-administered questionnaire was completed by 41 dental laboratories' owner who was research subjects of HIRA(Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service)'s policy research for elderly denture in 2011. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, dental technicians' knowledge of national health insurance coverage of elderly denture, job-related changes after national health insurance coverage of elderly denture including validity of denture fabrication activity classification and the cost for each service. Each question was measured by Likert 5 point scale or frequency. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results: Most of the research subjects had been fabricating national health insurance coverage denture(92.7%), also had ample knowledge of national health insurance coverage denture for elderly. Job-related changes after national health insurance coverage of elderly denture revealed marginal differences in the quality. The validity of fabrication activity classification of resin based complete denture was $3.71{\pm}1.023$ by Likert 5 point scale. Conclusion: The goal of national health insurance for elderly denture is to promote elderly's health and well-being. To fabricate denture is a very important part of the denture treatment. For this reason, denture fabrication activity classification and the cost analysis plan should be duly reflected in the policy of national health insurance for elderly denture.

Backgrounds : In 2017, National Health Insurance implemented the pilot coverage program for Chuna manual therapy(CMT). 65 Korean Medicine(KM) hospitals and clinics were selected in the program to monitor the effectiveness and patients' satisfaction of insured CMT. Objectives : This study aimed to evaluate patients' satisfaction of CMT in the pilot coverage program of National Health Insurance. Methods : Survey participants were recruited among the patients who used CMT at the designated organizations. On-line questionnaire link was sent to the smart phones of patients who agreed to participate in the survey and provide personal contact information. The questionnaire consisted of the basic charactersitics of respondents, imformation on using CMT satisfaction with CMT and willingness to recommend CMT to others. The answers that were automatically coded and saved were statistically analyzed. Results : Of 386 participants who completed the questionnaire, 92.8% satisfied or strongly satisfied with the CMT. Most frequent reason of satisfaction was 'Good effectiveness', and there was no difference in satisfaction between patients of hospital and those of clinics. Patients with the highest and the lowest level of pain satisfied more than those with other pain levels(p=0.003), but the level of copayment and reasons of CMT use did not affect the satisfaction results(p=0.405). The proportions of respondents who had willingness to recommend CMT to others and to revisit for CMT use were 97.8% and 98.8%, respectively. Conclusions : Most patients were satisfied with CMT in the pilot coverage program, and it can provide the rationale for expanding the insurance coverage of CMT to all KM hospitals and clinics.

Objectives: In this study, we strived to determine the possibility of socioeconomic welfare in oral healthcare by analyzing the National Health Insurance (NHI) coverage rate. To date, efforts to realize the "social economy" of healthcare are active. While oral disease is common and chronic among Koreans, the rate of NHI coverage of dental clinics is substantially lower than that of the medical clinics. Methods: We defined the NHI coverage of dental clinics as a proxy for "social skills" to improve oral health problems. The data were collected through a comparative analysis of the NHI coverage of dental clinics and that of non-dental clinics, in health welfare social cooperatives. Results: The NHI coverage rate of the dental clinics in health welfare social cooperatives ranged from 0.97 to 2.62 times that of the non-dental clinics in health welfare social cooperatives. Conclusions: In conclusion, responsible management is recommended for making health welfare social cooperatives meaningful as a social economy.
Applying various association rule mining algorithms to the network intrusion detection task involves two critical issues: too large size of generated rule set which is hard to be utilized for IoT systems and hardness of control of false negative/positive rates. In this research, we propose an association rule mining algorithm based on the newly defined measures called coverage and exclusion. Coverage shows how frequently a pattern is discovered among the transactions of a class and exclusion does how frequently a pattern is not discovered in the transactions of the other classes. We compare our algorithm experimentally with the Apriori algorithm which is the most famous algorithm using the public dataset called KDDcup99. Compared to Apriori, the proposed algorithm reduces the resulting rule set size by up to 93.2 percent while keeping accuracy completely. The proposed algorithm also controls perfectly the false negative/positive rates of the generated rules by parameters. Therefore, network analysts can effectively apply the proposed association rule mining to the network intrusion detection task by solving two issues.
Jet impinging device is designed for decay heat removal on horizontal fuel rods in a low temperature heating reactor. An experimental system with a fuel rod simulator is established and experiments are performed to evaluate water film covering capacity, within 0.0287-0.0444 kg/ms mass flow rate, 0-164.1 kW/m2 heating flux and 13.8-91.4℃ feeding water temperature. An effective method to obtain the film coverage rate by infrared equipment is proposed. Water film flowing patterns are recoded and the film coverage rates at different circumference angles are measured. It is found the film coverage rate decreases with heating flux during single-phase convection, while increases after onset of nucleate boiling. Besides, film coverage rate is found affected by Marangoni effect and film accelerating effect, and surface wetting is significantly facilitated by bubble behavior. Based on the observed phenomenon and physical mechanism, dry-out depth and initial dry-out rate are proposed to evaluate film covering potential on a heating surface. A model to predict film coverage rate is proposed based on the data. The findings would have reliable guide and important implications for further evaluation and design of decay heat removal system of new reactors, and could be helpful for passive containment cooling research.

Background: Abdominal compartment syndrome has multiple etiologies that are not only related to trauma but also any problem condition in the absence of abdominal injury. To determine whether prevention of the abdominal compartment syndrome after celiotomy for trauma victims justifies the use of temporary abdominal coverage with monofilament knitted polypropylene mesh (Malex mesh) in severely injured patients. Method: Medical records at the Ajou University Medical Center were reviewed for a 32-month period from May 1st, 2002 to December 31st, 2004. Twenty-nine consecutive patients requiring celiotomy who were survived until at the end of celiotomy received temporary abdominal coverage and staged abdominal repairs with Malex mesh. One of them was dissecting aortic aneurysm patient and the others were all trauma victims. Malex mesh prosthesis coverage was used in cases of abdominal compartment syndrome due to excessive fascial tension, severe bowel edema and retroperitoneal hemorrhage or edema followed by staged abdominal repairs. Result: Eighteen of twenty-nine patients were survived. Demographic characteristics, injury severity number of abdominal-pelvic bone injuries, mortality rate, complications, number of operations for permanent closure, required time for permanent closure showed no difference between man and women or child and adult. Except one dissecting aortic aneurysm patient, trauma cases showed $3.24{\pm}0.98$ injury sites. All cases that received temporary abdominal coverage and staged abdominal repairs did not show abdominal compartment syndrome. $10.08{\pm}5.85$ days and $2.27{\pm}0.82$ times of operation required making permanent abdominal closure after temporary abdominal coverage followed by staged abdominal repairs. Most of surviving patients have shown antibiotic-resistant organism and fungus infection. Patients who received permanent closure recovered from infectious problem completely. Conclusion: The use of Malex mesh for temporary abdominal coverage in severely injured patients undergoing celiotomy was effective treatment method.
