본 논문에서는 CMOS 및 domino CMOS 의 특징과 PLA등 array logic의 특징을 동시에 살리면서 동작특성이 좋고 집적도가 높으며 테스트 생성이 쉬운 domino CMOS NOR-NOR array logic의 설계방식을 제안하였다. 이 방식은 pull-down 특성을 개선하여 기생 커패시턴트의 문제점을 해결하며 간단한 부가회로를 사용하여 회로내의 모든 고정들을 검출할 수 있도록 한 testable design 방식이다. PLA의 적항군의 개념 및 특성 행렬을 이용한 테스트 생성 알고리듬과 절차를 제안하였고 이를 PASCAL 언어로 실현하였다. 또한 SPICE 및 P-SPICE를 이용하여 본 설계방식에 대한 검증을 행하였다.

The essential tasks to operate the welding robot are the acquisition of the position and/or shape of the parent metal. For the seam tracking or the robot automation, many kinds of contact and non-contact sensors are used. Recently, the vision sensor is most popular. In this paper, the development of the system which measures the profile of the welding part is described. The total system will be assembled into a compact module which can be attached to the head of welding robot system. This system uses the line-type structured laser diode and the vision sensor It implemented Direct Linear Transformation (DLT) for the camera calibration as well as radial distortion correction. The three dimensional shape of the parent metal is obtained after simple linear transformation and therefore, the system operates in real time. Some experiments are carried out to evaluate the performance of the developed system.

This paper is purposed to develop portable electric instrument to select NI-9223(National instrument comp.) and clamp meter(HIOKI comp.), which can be used in developing electric instrument, to detect leakage current(ZCT) and current(CT) signals. In this paper, The electric instrument that can interface with current and leakage current instrument(HIOKI 9283), is developed by NI-9223 of NI comp.. HIOKI clamp meter can measure current signals certainly by high-sensitivity of 10 ${\mu}A$ resolution(leakage current : at 10 mA range) and current 1~200A range. The NI-9223 use four 16-bit analog-to-digital converters(ADCs) for true simultaneous sampling at up to 1 MS/s per channel. NI-9223 can synchronize all analog input modules installed in the same chassis to share the same start clock and/or sample clocks. The monitoring program is developed by SignalExpress of LabVIEW. The monitoring program are developed to analyze at simultaneous sampling on electrical signals such as leakage current(ZCT) and current(CT). The developed system verification tests were conducted, and portable electric instrument can be used in place which requires analysis of the actual electrical signal.

정보통신 기술의 발전으로 응용 서비스는 멀티미디어화 되어 가며, 짧은 라이프 싸이클을 보이고 있다. 통신망 사업자와 서비스 제공자는 신속한 서비스 제공과 통신망의 효율적인 유지보수를 위해 TMN (Telecommunication Management Network)과 개방형 정보통신망 (Open Networking Architecture, TINA)을 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 추세에 따라 TINA-C에서 제안하는 소프트웨어 인프라 구조에서 개발된 개별 서비스를 통합하여 신규 서비스를 생성하는 기능 구조를 모델링하고 이를 구현하였다. TINA 규격에 따른 화상회의와 VOD 서비스를 대상으로 신규 비디오 프리젠테이션 서비스를 컴포지션 하였으며, 컴포지션 객체(CompPA, asCompUAP, CompUSM, SC)를 설계하였다.

Despite the impressive antitumor activity of cisplatin, two major limitations of the drug, that is severe side effects and drug-resistance of cancer cells, make its use difficult of r cancer therapy. These limitations have resulted in a greate deal of effort having been expended into structural modifications of cisplatin. In this study, we tested two novel cisplatin analogues, (CPA)2 Pt[DOLYM] (COMP-I) and (DACH)Pt[DOLYM] (CoMP-II), for the mode of cytotoxic action against human tumor cells comparing with cisplatin and carboplatin in vitro. These two novel analogues had considerable cytotoxic activities against five kinds of human solid tumor cells, and especially COMP-II was more effective on HCT15 colon cancer cells than other compounds. In addition, COMP-II had cytostatic activity at low concentrations (10~0.3${\mu}g/ml$), but other compounds revealed little effect on tumor growth at the low concentration.

정보보호는 단순한 기술적인 문제가 아니라 관리적인 문제이다. 정보보호 관리는 단발성 업무가 아니라 지속적으로 이루어지는 활동이다. 분석단계는 정보시스템 개발을 준비하는 단계로 정보보호활동도 시작과 함께 이루어 져야 한다. 이 단계에서는 정보기술 체계 분석 및 사용자 요구 사항 도출과 함께 예상되는 위험 평가가 함께 이루어 져야 한다.

시큐어 코딩이란 개발 단계에서 해킹 등의 공격을 유발할 가능성이 있는 잠재적인 보안 취약점을 미리에 제거하여, 외부 공격으로부터 안전한 소프트웨어를 개발하는 기법을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소프트웨어 개발 보안의 필요성 및 기대효과에 대하여 알아보도록 한다. 이로 인하여, 안전한 소프트웨어 개발을 위해 위협에 대비하고 프로젝트 품질 향상에 효과가 있다.

We have developed an efficient and robust image reconstruction algorithm for static impedance imaging. This improved Newton-Raphson method produced more accurate images by reducing the undesirable effects of the ill-conditioned Hessian matrix. We found that our electrical impedance tomography (EIT) system could produce two-dimensional static images from a physical phantom with 7% spatial resolution at the center and 5% at the periphery. Static EIT image reconstruction requires a large amount of computation. In order to overcome the limitations on reducing the computation time by algorithmic approaches, we implemented the improved Newton-Raphson algorithm on a parallel computer system and showed that the parallel computation could reduce the computation time from hours to minutes.
