The competitive environments of the 2001s appears to demand not only information technology(IT), but also practical use of internet network in all business areas. The optical properties and electrochromism of amorphous $WO_3$ thin films were studied. $WO_3$ thin films with thickness of 3000$\AA$~6000$\AA$ were deposited by vacuum evaporat.ion. All these films were transparent and found to be amorphous in structure by X-ray diffraction analysis and the visible wave length refractive indices were found to be between 1.9 and 2.1 and the optical energey gap to be 3.25 eV. Electrochromic devices were made consisting of IT0 transparent electrode, $WO_3$ thin films, $LiCIO_4$- propylene carbonate and Pt counter electrode. In terms of their operation, the amorphous $WO_3$ films were colored blue by a double injection of electrons from the transparent electrode and lithium ions from the $LiCIO_4$-propylene carbonate organic electrolyte and made colorless by electrochemical oxidation reaction. The electrochromic properties of $WO_3$ thin films including coloration and bleaching, optical density and response time were all found to be strongly dependent on the film deposition condition, electrolyte concentration, sheet resistance of the transparent electrode and applied voltage.

This study was performed to extend the shelf-life of duck breast treated with NaCIO(20, 50ppm), lactic acid(1, 2%) and acetic acid(1, 2%). Changes in microbial counts, storage characteristics and color values of duck breasts were determined during storage at 4℃ for 7 days. Although pH values were not different on the first day of storage. they increased up to 3rd days of storage and decreased gradually thereafter. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS) of duck breasts treated with lactic acid and acetic acids were lower TBARS than those with lactic acid on the 7th days of storage. Volatile basic nitrogen(VBN) didn't differ among the treatments(P>0.05). Although the microbial counts were increased in all treatments, acetic acid treatment had lower microbial counts among the treatments during storage. These results indicated that acetic acid would be the best treatment to extend the shelf-life of duck breasts among others.

Most of current works on the PEO-salt electrolytes has been focused on the enhancement of ionic conductivity with an addition of nano-ceramic fillers, but the significant drop of the conductivity with storage time is still in question and has been frequently overlooked. The conductivity drop with aging time has been assumed to come from the incorporation of ceramic particles. However, according to authors, the reported high-temperature values of the conductivity of pure $PEO_8LiCIO_4$ electrolytes are nearly in agreements, but the low temperature values are in great discrepancy reaching up to 10000 times. It indicates that the conductivity at ambient temperature is greatly dependent on the thermal history and sample preparations. In this paper, we showed that the ionic conductivities of both $PEO_8LiCIO_4$ and $PEO_8LiClO_4/Al_2O_3$ polymer electrolytes are strongly dependent on the thermal pretreatment and aging time. The conductivity drop with aging time of both ceramic-free and ceramic composite electrolytes has been measured to be nearly parallel. We showed that the conductivity relaxation with aging time is inherent irrespective of the incorporation of nano-ceramic fillers, since the PEO electrolytes at ambient temperature are in two-phase nature being in non-equilibrium state, never reaching completion.

최근 국내기업들은 경영혁신 기법의 하나인 아웃소싱에 대한 검토 및 적용사례가 많아지고 있다. 아웃소싱이란 "정보시스템 기능의 일부 또는 전부를 외부업체에 위탁하는 과정"으로 정의된다. 그러나 이런 아웃소싱 결정은 최고 결정자(CEO) 의 소신이 없으면 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 회사의 최고경영자의 역할이 아웃소싱에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 설문조사를 통하여 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 설문항목으로는 기업의내부적인 조직상, 관리상의 특성인 CEO의 컴퓨터 활용능력, CEO가 IS 조정(심의)위원회에서의 위치, 관리자(CIO) 와의 보고관계, IS 성과에 대해 아웃소싱의 활동범위 (7개)별로 구분하여 조사하였다. 아웃소싱 활동범위는 다시 S/W 활동(응용프로그래밍, S/W지원/교육훈련), H/W 활동(네트워크 관리, 중대형 컴퓨터 유지보수, 워크스테이션/PC 유지보수), 포괄적인 관리활동(시스템 통합, 설비관리)으로 구분하였다. 조사결과는 컴퓨터 활용능력이 높은 CEO가 아웃소싱을 많이 하였으며, 조정위원회에서 CEO가 활동적인 경우에는 S/W 분야에 아웃소싱이 많이 이루어졌지만, H/W, 포괄적 관리활동분야에서는 위원회 자체가 없는 경우에 아웃소싱이 많아졌다. 또한 CEO와 IS관리자(CIO)의 보고단계가 1단계 이상일 때는 모든 분야에서 아웃소싱이 많았으며, 산업계의 중간그룹에서 아웃소싱을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 조사되었다.것으로 조사되었다.

실험1. 난구-난자 복합체(CIO)와 나화난자(DO)의 성숙배양 개시후 3~24시간 동안 각각의 난자에 행성숙 진행상태를 Hㅐㄷ촌ㅅ 33342로 염색하여 관찰하였다. GV기는 성북배양 개시후 3시간에 GVBD기는 6시간에, MI기는 13시간에, AnaI-Tel I 기는 16시간만에, M II기는 24시간에 각각 관찰되었으며, CIO와 DO에 있어 각각의 핵성숙 진행 비율의 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 실험2. 실험 1에서 결정된 각각의 핵성숙 시간에 CIO로부터 난자세포를 제거하는 것이 난자의 24시간 성숙배양을 제거하여도 M II의 비율과 수정율에는 미치지 않았다. 성숙배양 개시후 0,3,6시간에 난구세포를 제거한 난자의 분할율은 성숙배양 개시후 13,16,24시간에 제거한 난자에 비하여 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.02). 또한 성숙배양 개시후 0,3,6,13시간에 난구세포를 제거한 난자의 배발포배 발생율은 16,24시간에 난구세포를 제거한 난자에 비하여 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.01). 이상의 결과는, 체외 소난자의 핵성숙 진행시기는 부착된 난구세포에 의존하지 않으며, 난자와 난구세포의 결합상태를 성숙배양 개시후 13~16(MI)까지 즉 MI기에 도달 할 때까지 유지시키는 것은 난자의 수정후 배발생에 있어 필수적인 것임을 시사하였다.

Aiming at the serious occlusion and slow tracking speed in pedestrian target tracking and recognition in complex scenes, a target tracking method based on improved YOLO v5 combined with Deep SORT is proposed. By merging the attention mechanism ECA-Net with the Neck part of the YOLO v5 network, using the CIoU loss function and the method of CIoU non-maximum value suppression, connecting the Deep SORT model using Shuffle Net V2 as the appearance feature extraction network to achieve lightweight and fast speed tracking and the purpose of improving tracking under occlusion. A large number of experiments show that the improved YOLO v5 increases the average precision by 1.3% compared with other algorithms. The improved tracking model, MOTA reaches 54.3% on the MOT17 pedestrian tracking data, and the tracking accuracy is 3.7% higher than the related algorithms and The model presented in this paper improves the FPS by nearly 5 on the fps indicator.

As today's Information Technology (IT) becomes more global and specialized the importance of Information Technology Architecture (ITA). Based on the case study of e-commerce, this paper presents a systematic approach to Information Strategy Planning (ISP) with ITA. To implementation of strategic approach, ITA is developed to establish e-commerce projects. It is believed that the Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be more receptive to results that include ISP and ITA are combined simultaneously.
