Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a CD-ROM title for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence in middle school students. Method: The process for developing the CD-ROM title consisted of 10 steps proposed by Alessi and Trollip. Results: This CD-ROM title was composed of 4 domains, 11 subjects, and 31 detailed subjects. The 4 domains were: 1) understanding of sexual harassment and violence, 2) cases of sexual harassment and violence, 3) prevention and coping strategies, and 4) sexual knowledge. The subjects included texts, and the detailed subjects included graphics, animations, videos, and pictures. Conclusion: This CD-ROM may reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment and violence and accommodate enriched humanity in middle school students.

본 논문은 CD-ROM Title 컨텐츠의 검색과 제어를 위한 음성인식 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 인식명령어는 학교 졸업앨범 또는 회사홍보용 CD-ROM Title컨텐츠의 타이틀(상품안내, 회사소개, 업무실적 등)로 구성된다. 모델은 지속시간을 고려한 DMS 모델, 인식은 OSDP를 사용하였다.

In this thesis, the interactive multimedia contents service system is proposed. The interactive multimedia contents service system which added the on-line merit on the off-line merit of CD-ROM title can transfer messages among users and update contents immediately. The Interactive multimedia contents service system which Integrated the CD-ROM title and Internet sonics is possible to use in on-line / off-line. The proposed system more improved the fault of CD-ROM title in the conventional main media, the search environment by using mutual correlation of the utilization and method of the Internet CD-ROM title.

본 논문은 상용화를 목적으로 하는 CD-ROM Title에 음성인식 시스템을 결합시킴으로써 컨텐츠의 검색과 제어를 쉽고 편리하게 하는데 목적이 있다 콘덴서 마이크로 구축한 DB로실험을 하였고, 또한 on-line 인터페이스와 병행하여 작업을 하였다. 본 논문은 상용화를 목적으로 하기 때문에 연령에 상관없이 인식이 가능해야 하므로 10대에서 50대에 걸쳐 데이터를 수집하였고, 인식 시에 전체 연령별로 인식률의 편차가 심하지 않게 하기 위해서 연령별로 데이터를 섞어서 생성하였다. 모델은 지속시간을 고려한 DMS 모델, 인식은 OSDP를 사용하였다.

This study investigated the effects of the application of a variety of ICT (Information communication Technology) cause the effects on self-directed learning characteristics, creativity and science achievement. In order to achieve the above aim, WBI (Web-Based Instructions), instructions using CD-ROM Titles and Instruction Module Using ICT for the unit were applied and analyzed which belongs to the area of 'the earth' in the subject 'science' for Elementary school students. Instructions using WBI materials, CD-ROM titles and Instruction Module Using ICT were found to be effective on 'science achievement', 'self-directed learning characteristics' and 'creativity'. They show meaningful effect on improving 'science achievement', 'self-directed learning characteristics' and 'creativity'. WBI proved more fruitful than instruction using CO-ROM titles, Instruction Module Using ICT on improving self-directed learning characteristics. Instruction Module Using ICT proved more fruitful than instruction using CD-ROM title, WBI on improving creativity.

Purpose: This study was performed to develop the electronic textbook (CD-rom title) about preclinical practice of oral and maxillofacial radiology, using multimedia technology with interactive environment. Materials and Methods: After comparing the three authoring methods of multimedia, i.e. programming language, multimedia authoring tool and web authoring tool, we determined the web authoring tool as an authoring method of our electronic textbook. Intel Pentium II 350 MHz IBM-compatible personal computer with 128 Megabyte RAM, Umax Powerlook flatbed scanner with transparency unit, Olympus Camedia l400L digital camera, ESS 1686 sound card, Sony 8 mm Handycam, PC Vision 97 pro capture board, Namo web editor 3.0, Photoshop 3.0, ThumbNailer, RealPlayer 7 basic and RealProducer G2 were used for creating the text document, diagram, figure, X-ray image, video and sound files. We made use of javascripts for tree menu structure, moving text bar, link button and spread list menu and image map etc. After creating all files and hyperlinking them, we burned out the CD-rom title with all of the above multimedia data, Netscape communicator and plug in program as a prototype. Results and Conclusions : We developed the dental radiology electronic textbook which has 9 chapters and consists of 155 text documents, 26 figures, 150 X-ray image files, 20 video files, 20 sound files and 50 questions with answers. We expect that this CD-rom title can be used at the intranet and internet environments and continuous updates will be performed easily.

Serials have always presented special problems since they are issued continuously and also they can change their title, frequency, publisher, etc. This paper discusses the current serials publication as well as the future trends of serials. Particular emphasis is placed on issues relating to the proliferation, scattering, increasing price, variations and furthermore CD- ROM which will have a direct impact on serials publishing.

This study shows that digital technology is adapted practical method in fashion design process and virtual simulation and cyber fashion gallery based on virtual reality are researched. This study is proposed the 3D fashion design simulation in the virtual space used on 3D studio max, poser, photoshop program according to fashion design process. The main design concept is "temporary bridge" from rainbow. This study is supposed six fashion design in accordance with three sub-theme under main concept by changing color and texture used on 3D simulation. The results of this study are as follows: 1. This study produced Cyber Fashion Gallery in virtual space to the form of CD Rom title and web title by Macromedia Director 8.5, Macromedia Flash, Sound Forge. And it is enlarged the field of expression in aspect of Fashion Exhibition, beyond restriction of time and space. 2. Clothes modelling tools is able to easily adapt to various textiles and patterns in 3D dynamic virtual mannequin before making clothes. Digital technology is able to express image changed color and texture, especially new material, multi-finishing material and brilliant material and so on. So this study is able to develop tools for study of fashion coordination. 3. Cyber Fashion Gallery consists of gallery, story, painting, symbolism, example, image, quit. This study is enlarged the range of clothing expression by digital technology and open to possibility customized-manufacture.

This study was designed to develop learning materials of multimediafor general science instruction of high school.this learning material was made of HTML record for each middle unit according to the general science curriculum, and was included a variety of Ietter, graph, picture, drawing, animation, and other moving image materials. And it was composed five coursewares:Content, Dictionary, Science Story,lmage Material, and Questions.The learning material is uploaded an internet website under Science Education Research Institute of Kongju National University (http://science.kongju.ac.kr), and also is provided to a CD-ROM title.
