In this paper, a lateral vehicle control using the concept of control configured vehicle(CCV) is presented. The control objectives for the lateral dynamics of a vehicle include the ability to commend a chosen variable without significant motion change in other specified variables. The analysis techniques fur decoupling of the aircraft motions are utilized to develop vehicle lateral control with advanced mode. Vehicle lateral dynamic is determined to have the steering input and control torque input. The additional vehicle modes are also defined to using CCV concept. We use right eigenstructure assignment techniques and command generator tracker to design a control law for an lateral vehicle dynamics. The desired eigenvectors are chosen to achieve the desired decoupling(i.e., lateral direction speed and yaw rate). The command generator tracker is used to ensure steady-state tracking of the driver's command. Finally, the developed design is utilized by using the lateral vehicle dynamic with four wheel.

Columnar cell variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma (CCV-PTC) is a rare variant representing 0.15-0.2% of all PTCs. The CCV is aggressive, due to its rapid growth, high local recurrence rate, and frequent lung, brain and bone metastasis. Aggressive surgical and medical management are recommended for these neoplasias. The authors experienced a case of CCV-PTC in a 45-year-old man. We performed total thyroidectomy with neck dissection. The patient received radiation and radioactive iodine therapy. There were no recurrences or complications in the following 24 months after the operation. The patient will closely undergo continuous follow up. We present the clinical characteristics, pathology, treatment, and prognosis of the tumor with a review of the literature.

비디오 데이터의 효율적인 검색, 요약 등에 활용하기 위해서 대용량의 비디오 데이터를 프레임(Frame), 샷(Shot),스토리(Story)의 계층적인 구조로 표현하는 방법들이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 따라 비디오를 샷, 스토리 단위로 분할하는 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 본 논문은 비디오가 샷 단위로 분할되어 있다고 가정한 후, 인접한 샷들을 결합하여 의미 있는 최소 단위인 스토리를 분할하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 각 샷에서 추출된 대표 프레임들을 비교하기 위한 CCV(Color Coherence Vector) 영상 특징을 추출한다. CCV 특징의 시각적인 유사도의 초기임계값과 일정한 시간 안에 반복되는 프레임들을 찾기 위한 시간적인 유사도의 시간 임계값을 설정하여NN(Nearest Neighbor) 클러스터링 방법을 이용하여 클러스터링을 한다. 클러스터링된 정보와 같은 장면이 한번이상 반복되는 스토리의 특성을 이용해 비디오를 스토리로 분할한다. 영화 비디오 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법의 유효성을 검증하였다.

In this paper we deal with a synthesis of flight control system via nonlinear model matching theory. First, the longitudinal and lateral-directional equations of aircraft motion an CCV mode are considered except the assumption "variations on steady straight flight due to disturbances are very small". Next, a design method of the dynamic model matching control system based on Hirschorn's Algorithm is proposed to the above nonlinear system. Finally, the proposed control system is applied to the small sized, high speed aircraft, T-2 on CCV mode and numerical simulations are shown to justify the proposed scheme.ed scheme.

울산신항 북방파제(제3공구)축조공사에서는 국내 최초로 선박제조용 F/D(Floating Dock)선을 적용하여 케이슨 제작 및 거치공사를 실시하였으며, 공장형 슬립폼 제작장(IP-CCV)를 적용한 경우 보다 공기단축 및 원가절감의 효과가 있었다. F/D선 공법 순서는 작업부두에 F/D선 접안, 케이슨 제작, F/D선 진수장 이동, F/D선 및 케이슨 진수, 케이슨 예인 및 거치의 순서로 시행되었으며, 현재 턴키공사의 설계특화 내용으로 활용되어 시공안정성 향상 및 공기, 공사비 절감 방안으로 적용되고 있다. 향후 남북관계가 원만히 해결되어 동해안 항만개발이 가속화되면 국외특허공법(IP-CCV)에 의존없이 경쟁력있는 공법이라 판단된다.

Recently, due to the rapid development of multimedia technologies, as image data has been extensive and large-scaled, the problem of increasing the time needed to retrieve the desired image is gradually critical. Image retrieval system that allows users to quickly and accurately search for the desired image information has been researched for a long time. However, in the case of content-based image retrieval representative Color Histogram, Color Coherence Vectors (CCV), Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) used in sensitive to changes in brightness, rotation, there is a problem that can occur misrecognized division off the power. In this paper, in order to evaluate the video retrieval system proposed, no change in brightness, respectively 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° rotated brightness up based on the case of changing, when the brightness down the results were compared with the performance evaluation of the system is an average of about 2% to provide the difference in performance due to changes in brightness, color histogram is an average of about 12.5%, CCV is an average of about 12.25%, it appeared in the SIFT is an average of about 8.5%, Thus, the proposed system of the variation width of the smallest in average about 2%, was confirmed to be robust to changes in the brightness and rotation than the existing systems.

In this paper, we build a theoretical framework for quantitatively measuring and graphically representing the degrees of closeness centralization among performers assigned to enact a workflow procedure. The degree of closeness centralization of a workflow-performer reflects how near the performer is to the other performers in enacting a corresponding workflow model designed for workflow-supported organizational operations. The proposed framework comprises three procedural phases and four functional transformations, such as discovery, analysis, and quantitation phases, which carry out ICN-to-WsoN, WsoN-to-SocioMatrix, SocioMatrix-to-DistanceMatrix, and DistanceMatrix-to-CCV transformations. We develop a series of algorithmic formalisms for the procedural phases and their transformative functionalities, and verify the proposed framework through an operational example. Finally, we expatiate on the functional expansion of the closeness centralization formulas so as for the theoretical framework to handle a group of workflow procedures (or a workflow package) with organization-wide workflow-performers.

압축된 비디오 데이터에서 내용기반 컷 검출을 위해 다양한 특징 벡터 추출 방법이 연구되고 있다. 특징 벡터로써 화소값의 히스토그램을 이용한 방법의 경우 화소의 공간적 특성을 고려하지 않아 정확히 컷 검출을 기대하기 어렵다. 그래서 CCV(Color Coherent Vector)나 Color Correlogram등의 계산량이 복잡한 알고리즘이 많이 사용된다. 그러나 이러한 기법들은 정확한 컷 검출을 가능하게 하나 계산량이 너무 복잡하기 때문에 검출 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 비디오 시퀀스에서 휘도성분의 DC값들의 공간적 상관도를 이용한 컷 검출 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 비교적 간단하기 때문에 처리 시간이 빠르며 또한 개선된 특징차 비교방법을 이용하여 검출율을 더 높일 수 있다.

This study was conducted to survey pathogens of canine coronavirus (CCV), canine distemper virus (CDV), canine influenza virus (CIV), canine parvovirus (CPV), severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV), Dirofilaria (D.) immitis, Giardia and antibodies against Anaplasma (A.) phagocytophilum, Borrelia (B.) burgdorferi, Brucella (B.) canis and Ehrlichia (E.) canis among stray dogs in Gyeonggi province. We collected 271 feces, 291 bloods, 311 nasal and ocular swab samples from 311 of dogs in the Gyeonggi province assistance dogs sharing center from January to December, 2019. Among canine infectious disease pathogens, Giardia was highly detected in 46/271 (17.0%) samples. Subsequently, CCV 10.3% (28/271), D. immitis 8.2% (24/291), CPV 4.1% (11/271), CDV 1.0% (3/311), A. phagocytophilum (antibody) 0.3% (1/291), E. canis (antibody) 0.3% (1/291) were detected. Based on the results, this study is expected to provide a useful reference for disease control and management of stray dogs.

Many Lactobacillus strains have been promoted as good probiotics for the prevention and treatment of diseases. We engineered recombinant Lactobacillus casei, producing biologically active canine granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (cGM-CSF), and investigated its possibility as a good probiotic agent for dogs. Expression of the cGM-CSF protein in the recombinant Lactobacillus was confirmed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting methods. For the in vivo study, 18 Beagle puppies of 7 weeks of age were divided into three groups; the control group was fed only on a regular diet and the two treatment groups were fed on a diet supplemented with either $1\times10^9$ colony forming units (CFU)/day of L. casei or L. casei expressing cGM-CSF protein for 7 weeks. Body weight was measured, and fecal and blood samples were collected from the dogs during the experiment for the measurement of hematology, fecal immunoglobulin (Ig)A and IgG, circulating IgA and IgG, and canine corona virus (CCV)-specific IgG. There were no differences in body weights among the groups, but monocyte counts in hematology and serum IgA were higher in the group receiving L. casei expressing cGM-CSF than in the other two groups. After the administration of CCV vaccine, CCV-specific IgG in serum increased more in the group supplemented with L. casei expressing cGM-CSF than the other two groups. This study shows that a dietary L. casei expressing cGM-CSF enhances specific immune functions at both the mucosal and systemic levels in puppies.
