This paper proposed to a detection scheme of weather information that is a part of CCTV Images Weather Detection System using CCTV images and Temperature, Humidity. The previous Partial Weather Detection System uses how to acquire weather information using images on the Road. In the system the contrast and RGB Values using clear images are gained. This information is distributed a input images to cloud, rain, snow and fog images. That is, this information is compared the snow and the fog images for acquisition more correctness information us ing difference images and binary images. Currently, We use to environment sense system, but we suggest a new Weather Detection Algorithm to detect weather information using CCTV images. Our algorithm is designed simply and systematically to detect and separate special characteristics of images from CCTV images. and using temperature & humidity in formation. This algorithm, there is more complex to implement than how to use DB with high overhead of time and space in the previous system. But our algorithm can be implement with low cost' and can be use the system in real work right away. Also, our algorithm can detect the exact information of weather with adding in formation including temperature, humidity, date, and time. At last, this paper s how the usefulness of our algorithm.

CCTV protects people and assets safely by identifying dangerous situations and responding promptly. However, it is difficult to continuously monitor the increasing number of CCTV images. For this reason, there is a need for a device that continuously monitors CCTV images and notifies when abnormal behavior occurs. Recently, many studies using artificial intelligence models for image data analysis have been conducted. This study simultaneously learns spatial and temporal characteristic information between image data to classify various abnormal behaviors that can be observed in CCTV images. As an artificial intelligence model used for learning, we propose a multi-classification deep learning model that combines an end-to-end 3D convolutional neural network(CNN) and ResNet.

Recent frequent occurrence of urban sinkhole serves as a momentum of the periodic inspection of sewer pipelines. Sewer inspection using a CCTV device needs a lot of time and efforts. Many of previous studies which reduce the laborious tasks are mainly interested in the developments of image processing S/W and inspection H/W. However there has been no attempt to find meaningful information from the existing CCTV images stored by the sewer maintenance manager. This study adopts a cross-correlation based image processing method and extracts location data of sewer inspection device from CCTV images. As a result of the analysis of time-location relation, it shows strong correlation between the device's stand times and the sewer damages. In case of using this method to investigate sewer inspection CCTV images, it will save the investigator's efforts and improve the sewer maintenance efficiency and reliability.
CCTV has been known to possess high level of objectivity and utility. Hence, the government has recently focused on replacing low quality CCTV with higher quality ones or even by adding high resolution CCTV. However, converting all existing low-quality CCTV to high quality can be extremely costly. Furthermore, low quality videos prior to CCTV replacement are likely to be of poor quality and thus not utilized correctly. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a method to improve videos quality of images using SRGAN(Super Resolution Generative Advisory Networks). Through experiments, we have proven that it is possible to improve low quality CCTV videos clearly. For this experiment, a total of 4 types of CCTV videos were used and 10,000 images were sampled from each type. Those images could then be used for machine learning. The fact that the pre-process for machine learning has been done manually and the long time that required for machine learning seems to be complementary.

Traffic estimation mainly involves surveying equipment such as automatic vehicle classification, vehicle detection system, toll collection system, and personnel surveys through CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision), but this requires a lot of manpower and cost. In this study, we proposed a method of estimating traffic volume using deep learning and stereo CCTV to overcome the limitation of not detecting the entire vehicle in case of single CCTV. COCO (Common Objects in Context) dataset was used to train deep learning models to detect vehicles, and each vehicle was detected in left and right CCTV images in real time. Then, the vehicle that could not be detected from each image was additionally detected by using affine transformation to improve the accuracy of traffic volume. Experiments were conducted separately for the normal road environment and the case of weather conditions with fog. In the normal road environment, vehicle detection improved by 6.75% and 5.92% in left and right images, respectively, than in a single CCTV image. In addition, in the foggy road environment, vehicle detection was improved by 10.79% and 12.88% in the left and right images, respectively.

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of water level classification from CCTV images in agricultural facilities such as reservoirs. Recently, the CCTV system, widely used for facility monitor or disaster detection, can automatically detect and identify people and objects from the images by developing new technologies such as a deep learning system. Accordingly, we applied the ResNet-50 deep learning system based on Convolutional Neural Network and analyzed the water level of the agricultural reservoir from CCTV images obtained from TOMS (Total Operation Management System) of the Korea Rural Community Corporation. As a result, the accuracy of water level detection was improved by excluding night and rainfall CCTV images and applying measures. For example, the error rate significantly decreased from 24.39 % to 1.43 % in the Bakseok reservoir. We believe that the utilization of CCTVs should be further improved when calculating the amount of water supply and establishing a supply plan according to the integrated water management policy.

In this study, experiments were conducted to estimate the PM concentrations by learning the nighttime CCTV images of various PM concentrations environments. In the case of daytime images, there have been many related studies, and the various texture and brightness information of images is well expressed, so the information affecting learning is clear. However, nighttime images contain less information than daytime images, and studies using only nighttime images are rare. Therefore, we conducted an experiment combining nighttime images with non-uniform characteristics due to light sources such as vehicles and streetlights and building roofs, building walls, and streetlights with relatively constant light sources as an ROI (Region of Interest). After that, the correlation was analyzed compared to the daytime experiment to see if deep learning-based PM concentrations estimation was possible with nighttime images. As a result of the experiment, the result of roof ROI learning was the highest, and the combined learning model with the entire image showed more improved results. Overall, R2 exceeded 0.9, indicating that PM estimation is possible from nighttime CCTV images, and it was calculated that additional combined learning of weather data did not significantly affect the experimental results.
We proposed a detection scheme of weather information in CCTV video images in this paper. The scheme obtains the RGB distribution of shiny day and divide a target image into cloud, rain, snow and for RGB distributions. shiny day RGB distribution. Our scheme designed systematically to detection and separation special characteristics of images from complex weather information. Our algorithm has less overhead than the previous methods to use weather database DB at the view of time and space. And our algorithm can be use in real world system with low cost of implementation. Also, our algorithm use informations of temperature, humidity, date, and time to detect the information of weather with high quality.
This paper is proposed to algorithm for measuring traffic information automatically, for example, volume count, speed and occupancy rate, from CCTV camera images installed on highway, add to function of image detectors which can be collected the traffic information. Recently the method of traffic informations are counted in lane one by one, but this manner is occurred critical errors by occlusion frequently in case of passing larger vehicles(bus, truck etc.) and is impossible to measure in the 8 lanes of highway. In this paper, installed the detection area include with all lanes, traffic informations are collected using tracking algorithm with passing vehicles individually in this detection area, thus possible to detect all of 8 lanes. The experiment have been conducted two different real road scenes for 20 minutes. For the experiments, the images are provided with CCTV camera which was installed at Kiheung Interchange upstream of Kyongbu highway, and video recording images at Chungkye Tunnel. For image processing, images captured by frame-grabber board 30 frames per second, $640{\times}480$ pixels resolution and 256 gray-levels to reduce the total amount of data to be interpreted.
