사판식 유압 피스톤모터의 성능특성 분석 (Analysis of Performance Characteristics of Swash-Plate-Type Hydraulic Piston Motor)

  • 유압피스톤모터는 정압베어링부분의 마찰손실과 용적손실, 기구적 운동부분의 마찰손실, 오일의 관로저항에 의한 압력저하, 압축성에 의한 체적손실 그리고 하우징 오일 처닝(churning) 손실 등이 있다. 이러한 손실 중에서 일정한 틈새의 유막(oil film, $8{\sim}15{\mu}m$)으로 고속 회전하는 피스톤 슈(piston shoe)와 슈 플레이트(shoe plate) 사이 정압베어링 부분의 마찰 및 용적손실이 유압모터의 전체효율을 좌우 한다. 본 연구에서는 최고압력 35MPa, 최고회전수 2500rpm, 배재용적 320cc/rev급 2속(2-speed) 초대형 굴삭기의 주행모터용 유압피스톤모터를 대상으로 정압베어링비가 유압모터의 전 효율에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 분석하였다.

절식법으로 치료한 갱년기우울증 1례에 대한 임상보고 (The immediate effect of the fasting treatment against the depression of the female patient in the menopausal period)

  • purpose : The purpose of this paper is to report that the fasting treatment was quick and effective against the menopausal depression. So that the further study on the fasting treatment for the menopausal depression is expected. methods : This fasting treatment included three periods. The first was to reduce the food intake and the sodium intake as well. The second was for fasting for two weeks. During this period, the patient drank 250cc of the fermented herbal juice and 2500cc of water a day and had the lactobacillus supplement twice a day. Then, the third was for rebuilding. During the rebuilding period, the patient followed the limited sodium diet for two weeks. results : After the fasting treatment done, the symptoms that patient complained before went away. The BDI score went down from 19 to 3. And, of course, the patient lost her body weight and the fat. conclusions : The 49-year-old female patient in the menopause period was suffering from the lack of energy, depression, sleeping disorder, constipation, and weight gain. She took the fasting treatment along with the acupuncture at the holistic medical clinic, 'The Seasons' from Jan 16th 2009 to Feb 27th(the main fasting period was for 14 days). The BDI score indicated that she had the depression as her score was 19 at the first examination. After the treatment was completed, the BDI score dropped to 3. Therefore, I report the immediate effect of the fasting treatment again the depression. Women are twice as likely to get the depression as men. Especially, the women in menopause period tend to get the depression as they are facing the physical, mental, and social changes which can act as the stressors. Besides, women tend to get depressed when they gain weights. Thus, I suggest the further study on the fasting treatment should be carried on so to apply it more positively to various problems in the field of the psychiatry.

42-volt ISG 차량의 성능 시뮬레이터를 이용한 연비성능 분석 (Analysis of Fuel Economy for a 42-volt ISG Vehicle Using Performance Simulator)

  • In this paper, an operation algorithm and a performance simulator are developed for a 42-volt ISG vehiclewhich consists of 5 kW ISG, 2500cc IC engine, torque converter and 4 speed automatic transmission. Modularapproach using MATLAB Simulink is used to construct a dynamic model of the vehicle powertrain which is obtainedfrom each component such as engine, battery, ISG, torque converter, etc.. An operation strategy for a 42-volt ISG vehicle including the function such as engine idle stop and regenerative braking is proposed. Performance simulator is developed based on the dynamic models of the powertrain. It is found from the simulation results that fuel economy can be improved as much as 6 percent for FTP75 driving cycle mostly owing to the engine idle stop.

디젤 자동차의 에어컨 사용시 흡기계통 개선에 따른 출력 및 매연 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power and Smoke Characteristics for the Intake System Improvement using Air Conditioning System in a Diesel Vehicle)

  • This study investigated the symptoms of the a reduction in output while driving on the road, or increasing of fumer out exhaust gas on inclined road while working air-conditioner in summer. Notice how the experiment in 2010, the Ministry of Environment(Chapter No. 2010-46), and how the vehicle emissions inspection was carried out. 2500cc Diesel cars used in the study were used and compare to output of engine, exhaust gas, inhalation temperature measurement Inhalation of cold air has not been supplied to all agencies when comparing the results when cold air intake temperature of the supply air-conditioning switch range control from 1 to 4, the temperature drops $98^{\circ}C$ to $78^{\circ}C$. At the momentum of switch level 4, output from 63ps to 66ps after the connection has increased 9.6 percent, the highest concentration of exhaust emissions were reduced by 42.8%. This research can contribute in part to the reduction of exhaust directly supply into the cooling air intake line, doing the output of diesel cars in the summer. In addition, construction equipment and machinery that are currently being used excluding the engine's intercooler cooling of the supply line via a separate output in the summer and help reduce exhaust emissions is expected.

CRDI시스템을 갖는 천연가스/디젤 혼소차량의 개발에 대한 연구 (Research of Natural Gas/Diesel Dual Fuel Vehicle)

  • This research is about the exhaust gas and driving performance test which are for CNG-Diesel dual fuel engine. The CNG-Diesel dual fuel engine converted from 2500cc diesel has two steps of injection systems; small amount of diesel is injected to mixture CNG in cylinder to ignite before CNG is injected into each intake manifold to form mixture. The amounts of output power and emission in duel fuel consumption were measured by engine dynamometer and exhaust gas analyzer. Over 90% of diesel consumption reduction, similar driving performance to current diesel engine and reduced emission on $CO_2$ and PM, respectively, were indicated through the measurements. The two steps of system were applied to vehicle to investigate exhaust gas characteristics and driving performance via NEDC mode and real driving test. Additional oxidation catalyst was applied to reduce emission on the test vehicle and the NEDC mode test showed the reduction of Co, $CO_2$, Pm and THC.

느타리버섯 생육단계별 호흡량 (Respiration amount on the Growth Step of Pleurotus ostreatus)

  • 느타리버섯 생육단계별 호흡량을 측정한 결과, 균사배양 초기는 850cc병 16병(1밧트)에서 1분당 호흡량이 184.75ppm이며 1병당 11.55ppm/min.이고 1시간에 692.8ppm/1병이므로 배양실에 2500병이 있다면 173,203ppm/1시간의 이산화탄소가 발생한다. 그러므로 배양초기에 배양 실내 적정 이산화탄소함량인 600±100ppm으로 맞추기 위해서는 신선한 공기가 배양실로 얼마만큼 유입되어야 하는가를 계산식으로 나타낼 수 있다. 균사배양 중기는 850cc병 16병(1밧트)에서 1분당 호흡량이 185.8ppm이며 1병당 11.62ppm/min.으로 배양초기보다 호흡량이 약간 많다가 배양이 진행된에 따라 호흡량이 감소하였다. 버섯생육초기는 850cc병 16병(1밧트)에서 1분당 호흡량이 154.5ppm이며 1병당 9.66ppm/min.이고 1시간에 579.4ppm/1병이다. 버섯생육중기단계는 850cc병 16병(1밧트)에서 1분당 호흡량이 148.1ppm이며 1병당 9.26ppm/min.이고 1시간에 555.4ppm/1병이다. 버섯생육말기단계는 850cc병 16병(1밧트)에서 1분당 호흡량이 157.1ppm이며 1병당 9.82ppm/min.이고 1시간에 589.1ppm/1병이다. 버섯 수확 후 단계는 850cc병 16병(1밧트)에서 1분당 호흡량이 101.6ppm이며 1병당 6.35ppm/min.이고 1시간에 381ppm/1병이다. 버섯 균사배양에서 생육, 수확단계까지 전체 경시적인 변화를 보면 배양초기와 중기에 가장 높고 점차 감소하다가 생육초기보다 말기 쪽이 조금씩 호흡량이 증가하다가 수확 후에 급속하게 감소하는 경향이었다.

저 전력 능동형 RFID 기반 대기 전력 제어 모듈 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Standby Power Control Module based on Low Power Active RFID)

  • 본 논문에서는 능동형 RFID 방식의 태그와 리더로 구성된 대기 전력 제어 모듈을 설계하고 구현한다. 태그와 리더는 C8051 MCU와 CC2500으로 구성된 RF모듈을 내장하고 있으며 리더에는 대기 전력 제어 콘센트가 부착되어 있다. 리더는 송신 패킷 인식 여부에 따라 릴레이를 제어한 후 전원 공급을 차단하여 대기 전력으로 소비되는 전력을 감소시키며 저 전력 패킷 예측 알고리즘이 적용되어 태그와 리더의 전력 소모를 낮추었다. 실험 결과, 리더의 패킷 송, 수신 여부에 따라 대기 전력 제어 콘센트의 릴레이를 동작시켜 대기 전력을 제어할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 RSSI값에 따라 태그와 리더 사이의 동작 거리 설정이 가능하며, 콘센트의 대기 시간 동안 리더에서 작동하는 수신 Duty Cycle을 설정함으로써 리더에 소모되는 전력을 절감할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

지방흡입술을 이용한 양성 대칭성 지방종의 치험례 (Treatment of Beign Multiple Symmetrical Lipomatosis with Liposuction)

  • Purpose: Benign symmetrical lipomatosis(Madelung's disease) is a disease of uncertain etiology that manifests as massive lipomatous deposits in specific area of the body. It is usually located on the neck, shoulder, proximal regions of the extremities and the abdomen. Madelung's disease is found many in middle-aged, Mediterranean man. Imaging using either computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging is often recommended. Dietary restriction provides no relief of disease. Abstinence with alcohol may delay further progression but does not regression tumor mass. The objective of this study is to prove effectiveness of liposuction for treatment of benign lipomatosis. Methods: We conducted liposuction as a treatment for benign lipomatosis. After general anesthesia, We conducted power assisted liposuction and amount of suctioned volume was about 2500 cc. After surgery, we did compressive dressing and then followed by pressure garment. Results: Six months after surgery, patient was examined for follow up at outpatient department. Recurred lipoma was not observated. Patient was satisfied with result.Conclusion: The only effective therapy for Madelung's disease is surgical removal but recurrence could be occurring. Also multiple surgical scars will be visible. We report a patient with multiple large lipomatosis successfully treated with liposuction.

Communications Protocol Used in the Wireless Token Rings for Bird-to-Bird

  • We developed a multicast communication packet radio protocol using a time-sharing tablet system ("wireless token ring") to achieve the efficient exchange of files among packet radio terminals attached to swans. This paper provides an overview of the system and the protocol of the packet communications. The packet device forming the main part of the transceiver developed is the Texas Instruments CC2500. This device consists of one call-up channel and one data transmission channel and could improve error frame correction using FEC (forward error correction) with 34.8 kbps MSK and receiving power of at least -64 dBm (output 1 dBm at distance of 200 m using 3 dBi antenna). A time-sharing framework was determined for the wireless token ring using call sign ordinals to prevent transmission right loss. Tests using eight stations showed that resend requests with the ARQ (automatic repeat request) system are more frequent for a receiving power supply of -62 dBm or less. A wireless token ring system with fixed transmission times is more effective. This communication protocol is useful in cases in which frequency resources are limited; the energy consumed is not dependent on the transmission environment (preset transmission times); multiple terminals are concentrated in a small area; and information (position data and vital data) is shared among terminals under circumstances in which direct communication between a terminal and the center is not possible. The method allows epidemiological predictions of avian influenza infection routes based on vital data and relationships among individual birds based on the network topology recorded by individual terminals. This communication protocol is also expected to have applications in the formation of multiple in vivo micromachines or terminals that are inserted into living organisms.

부산지역 대학생들의 대학가 음식문화 실태조사 연구 (A study on the Dietary Culture Practice of the University Students at Campus Town in Pusan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate a dietary life style of university student at campus towns and the actual condition of F&B(Food and Beverage) shop. This survey about the dietary was carried out with a variety of questionares about the life style. The subjects are 364 males and 278 females university students in Pusan area. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Package Program. The summary of the results are as follows : The most of the subjects have a meal in-cam-pus restaurant with rice during daytime. In out-campus popular restaurant is a flouryfood restaurant and the most of subject used to go the restaurant to take a meal more than once for 2~3 days. Although a half of the subjects are satisfied with the restaurant in out-campus. Some of the subjects are unsatisfied with a price of food. A taste is the most popular criteria for selecting food in the restaurant and almost of the subjects take a meal in price 2000~2500won. Cchachangmyun is the most popular with the subject in the flouryfood restaurant, coffee is popular with the subject in the coffee shop. A half of the subjects used to go a hof house to drink, and beer is the most popular liquor with them. More than a half of the subject have a drinking at least more than once for a week in the drinking shop. A half of male subjects are able to drink more than 2,ooocc beer and more than a half of female subjects are able to drink more than 500cc beer. More than a half of the subjects want to new F&B shop to got a new experience.
