본 논문은 스마트 기기를 이용한 CBT(computer-based training)를 사용자 지향적인 목표를 두고 개발 하여 체계화, 단순화, 간편화하였다. 오늘날 모바일 기기의 보급이 일상화 되어있어, 과거의 종이에 의존하던 시험시스템이 스마트 기기를 기반으로 하는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 논문의 현재 시험 중 가당 일반화되어 있는 정보처리 기사 자격증 필기시험을 중심으로 개발하였다. 또한 전자 문제깁의 편의성과 휴대성, 접근성에 수익성까지를 고려하여 시스템을 구현하였다.

E-learning is the application of e-business technology and services to teaching and learning. It use of new multimedia technologies and Internet to improved the quality of learning by facilitating access to remote resources and services. In this paper, we show a web-based test system, which is carefully designed and implemented based on the real TOEFL CBT. The system consists of a contents delivery mechanism, computer-adaptive test algorithm, and review engine. In this papepr, we describe design and implementing issues of web-based test systems.

Now a days many industries and bigger organisation (Indian Railways, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.) are facing difficulties in implementing the new technology because of non-availability of fully trained staff. Also for the employed technical and other staff lot of resistance management has to face to get them trained for adoption of new technology. There are also very less organisations who can design effective training programmes and at the same time develop course material specially multimedia packages and computer base training (CBT) which can satisfy the need of different target groups of industries. Indian Railways was also facing similar situation while implementing the Air Brake System technology In Indian Railways. TTTI Bhopal took that challenge and designed, developed and trained Indian Railways trainer for implementation of the package on different target group. The present paper offers a case study on the same.

연안선은 국제항해 선박에 비해 상대적으로 사고의 위험성은 높으나 이에 대응할 훈련기반이 취약하다. 본 연구에서는 연안선의 화재 및 퇴선상황에서의 승무원의 행동특성을 모델링하고 연안선 환경과 특성에 맞는 CBT용 훈련 프로그램을 개발함으로써 비상시 연안선 승무원의 사고대응 능력을 제고하고자 한다. 특히 이를 위해 연안 여객선에서 여객 대피를 위해 필요한 요소를 검토하여 개선점을 파악하여 프로그램 개발에 반영하고자 한다.

The deployment of multicast communication services in the internet is expected to lead a stable packet transfer even in heavy traffic as in network system environment. The core based tree scheme among many multicast protocols is the most popular and suggested recently. However, CBT exhibit two major deficiencies such as traffic concentration or poor core placement problem. so, measuring the bottleneck link bandwidth along a path is important for understanding th performance of multicast. We propose not only a definition of CBT's core link state that Steady-State, Normal-State and Bottleneck State according to the estimation link speed rate, but also the changeover of multicast routing scheme for traffic overload. In addition, we introduce anycast routing tree, a efficient architecture for construst shard multicast trees.

최근 대두되고 있는 멀티미디어 응용을 지원하기 위해서는 광대역 네트워크의 링크, 실시간 전송, 보다 효과적인 멀티캐스트 프로토콜이 요구된다. 멀티캐스트 프로토콜 알고리즘에는 DVMRP, MOSPF, CBT, PIM 구조의 멀티캐스팅 프로토콜 있다. 이는 네트워크 패킷의 특성을 송수신의 경로비용으로 라우터 자체의 근거리 알고리즘이 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷에서 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜인 QosMIC를 제안한다. QosMIC는 멀티캐스트 네트워크에서 신뢰성과 능률적 자원관리와 탄력적인 방법으로 Qos특징을 제공한다. QosMIC는 확인된 다중경로에서 하나의 라우터를 선택하여 경로를 선택하고, 경로에서 요구하는 Qos를 제공한다. QosMIC는 데이터를 미리 제공하는 방식에 있어 이전의 프로토콜과 다르다. 본 연구에서는 QosMIC와 CBT를 분석하여 각 데이터 패킷 전송을 위한 공정하고 실용적인 대역폭 사용과 대역폭과 데이터처리능력을 시뮬레이션 상에서 구현하고 성능을 평가한다.

멀티캐스트 그룹의 멤버들만으로 트리를 구성하는 Overlay 멀티캐스트 프로토콜인 AMRoute은 이동이 빈번한 Ad hoc 네트워크 환경에서 중간 라우터의 이동에 대한 트리의 견고함으로 높은 데이터 전송을 제공하는 장점이 있으나, 네트워크의 변동으로 인하여 중복되는 전송 경로가 발생하여 대역폭이 낭비되는 효율성 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 AMRoute 제어 메시지에 각 멤버의 메쉬 링크 상태 정보가 추가된 제어 메시지를 통하여 멤버간에 장치 상태를 교환함으로써 AMRoute에서의 중복되는 전송 경로를 제거하여 대역폭의 낭비를 줄이는 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방안은 기존의 제어 메시지를 활용함으로써 적은 오버헤드로 새로운 메쉬 링크를 발견하여 기존의 AMRoute의 중복되는 전송 경로로 인한 대역폭의 낭비를 줄여 멀티캐스트의 성능을 향상시키는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

전사적 자원 관리 또는 기업 통합 정보시스템으로 해석되는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템이 최근 들어 널리 확산되고 있으며, 향후 그 정도가 커질 것으로 예상되고 있어, ERP에 관한 지식을 가진 인력의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 필요성을 충족시키기 위해, 본 연구에서는 가상 기업을 대상으로 한 시나리오를 바탕으로 기본적인 업무 흐름과 ERP를 통해 처리될 때의 과정을 업무프로세스, 사용자 화면 및 동영상을 통해 학습할 수 있는 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교육시스템은 크게 ERP 개요, ERP 사용법, 비즈니스 프로세스, 적합화(Customization)의 4부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후 Web 환경에서도 쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 수정될 경우 교육의 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

A Through-Bulkhead Initiation Module(TBIM) using CH-6 was designed. The TBIM works as the shock-wave generated by a donor charge transmits to the acceptor charge. The structural safety of TBIM housing was calculated via modeling analysis, and the ignition characteristic was proved by 10 cc closed bomb test(CBT). The reliability analysis was made using Probit method on the basis of CBT results. The optimal bulkhead thickness of TBIM which is the most important design parameter was determined using reliability analysis.

During the 21st century of informational society, in the learning of various field will utilize the education using multi-media more extensively than ever before. The biggest question is how effective the education using multi-media will be. For effective education, wide-spread supply of not only the hardware and various kinds of CBT or CAI that are being developed in the learning of various fields. It is also felt that the skill for application of more convenient multi-media authoring tool is needed. If the producter of such multi-media authoring tool can store various types of information in a form of data bank, accessing the right information at right time and its application would be possible. It can also provide a lot of information to many out-of town learmers. As seen above, the scope of usage for multi-media authoring tool will be broadened. However, no matter how excellent the Authoring Tool is, the results can be very different depending on the method employed. In order to develop CBT or CAI that can be better used in the learning of various fields, examination and on-site training, more reseach should be done in Authoring Tool using virtual reality and artifical intelligence technology.
