자동차의 부밍 소음 저감

  • 이 글에서는 부밍소음의 현상과 특성, 발생 메카니즘, 원인규명 방법 및 대책 방법에 대해 알아보았다. 개발 차량이 제작되고 나서 양산 단계까지의 NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) 육성에 초점을 두어 트러블슈팅(troubleshooting) 위주로 서술 하였으나, 이단계에서 NVH 대책을 세우는 것은 시간이 오래 걸릴 뿐 아니라 대책안 적용에 소요되는 비용도 문제가 될 수 있다. NVH 성능이 우수한 차량 을 조기에 개발하기 위해서는 NVH가 고려된 설계가 필수적이다. 설계 단계에서 CAE 해석을 하여 NVH 성능을 미리 예측하고, 설계 미스가 있을 때는 차량이 제작되기 전에 미리 대책을 세움으로써 효율적인 차량 개발을 할 수 있다.

  • There are many railway structures which were designed without conidering aseismic capacity. In special, masonry structures constructed long time ago should be reviewed about their resistance to earthquake. In this paper, technique to evaluate the capacity of masonry railway bridge is tried to develop by means of FEM analysis. In general FEM analysis program, 3-D solid element is used for masonry structures and response spectrum analysis procedure is tried. In addition, 3-D solid element has material properties equivalent to mortar-brick composite body. Used FEM program is ABAQUS-CAE.

상업용 소프트웨어의 분석

  • 본 고에서는 국내에서 대리점을 통해 구할 수 있는 전자계 관련 CAE 소프트웨어의 선택에 도움을 주고자, 가장 많이 사용되는 전자계 유한요소(FEM)해석에 관련된 전문 제품을 5개 선정하여 자료를 정리하고 장단점을 비교하였다. 자료의 입수는 우선 국내대리점에게 제품의 요약된 설명과 영문 카탈로그를 요청하였고, 인터넷의 WEB 사이트를 통해 직접 정보를 입수하였다. 독자에게 양해를 구하고자 하는 것은 본 자료가 엄밀한 Bench Mark 테스팅을 거치지 못했다는 것과 모든 소프트웨어를 실제 수행해서 얻은 정보가 아니라는 점이다. 본 기사의 의미는 소프트웨어의 순위가 아니라 비교적 정리된 데이터로서 선택을 위한 참조자료 정도로 생각해 주기 바란다.

The Study on Dynamic Analysis of Durability of a Wheel using CAE (CAE를 이용한 휠 내구성능 동역학 해석을 위한 연구)

  • There is a certain limit to reproduce phenomena between the real vehicle and road, since the existing methods to verify durability of the wheel are mostly uni-axial tests. And the change of durability of the wheel can't be predicted since these tests don't consider the camber angle and lateral force as important factors. In this paper, the FE models of the wheel-tire and drum are created. Then, the vertical and lateral loads are applied to wheel-tire assembly and the camber angle is applied by inclining the wheel-tire assembly to the drum. Based on the analysis result, the crack position is predicted to be created in the body of the wheel. The variation of the stress according to the camber angle is verified and the maximum spot of the stress changes continually.

  • Computer Integrated Manufacturing(CIM) requires models of manufacturing processes to be implemented on the computer. These models are typically used for determining optimal process control parameters or designing adaptive control systems. In spite of the progress made in the mechanistic modeling, however, empirical models derived from experimental data play a maior role in manufacturing process modeling. This paper describes the development of a meural metwork medel for injection molding. This paper describes the development of a nueral network model for injection molding process. The model uses the CAE analysis data based on Taguchi method. The developed model is, then, compared with the traditional polynomial regression model to assess the applicabilit in practice.

  • This paper is to model a 3D-shape product applying mathematically the data acquired from a 30 scanner and using an Automatic Design Program. The research studied in th reverse engineering up to now has been developed continuously and surprisingly. However, forming 3D-shape sol id models in CAE and CAM. based on the research, the study leaves much to be desired. Especially, analyses and studies reverse-designing automatically using measured data after manufacturing. Consequently, we are going to acquire geometric data using an 30 scanner in this study with which we will open a new field of reverse engineering by a program which can design a 3D-shape solid model in a CDA-based program automatically. Utilization of this program make it possible to minimize time in designing a product and establish a ADS(Automatic design system) program library to using all of the data from reverse engineering.
