해상풍력용 해저케이블 산업 및 기술기준 동향 (Trend of Industry and Standard related to Offshore Cable for Offshore Wind Farm)

  • An offshore(submarine) cable has been used for more than a century, however it has been used mainly for communication or power supply to near-shore island. Therefore, offshore cable has not been got more attention than other types of cable and the related standards have also not been established well. However wind farms have been shifting from land to offshore because of better wind condition. Consequently, it has been pushing up demand for offshore cable. Hence, this paper introduces the trend of offshore cable industry and related standards or recommendations only focusing on offshore wind farm. In details, the installed offshore cables in offshore wind farms, the main offshore cable makers and up to date technologies are covered. In addition, the related standards or recommendations are also analyzed and compared each other.

Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용한 의료기기용 마이크로 동축케이블의 실드선 탈피에 관한 연구 (A Study on Shield Wire Stripping of Micro Coaxial Cable for Medical Device Using Nd:YAG Laser)

  • Recently, as ultrasonic medical devices are gradually developed, many of those requires smaller and more precision coaxial cables in probe. So, the use of micro coaxial cable becomes an efficient solution for ultrasonic machine. However, there are many difficulties in stripping micro coaxial cable by traditional mechanical process. In this paper, we use the Nd-YAG laser for the efficient stripping of conduct wire of cable. We propose a new method to strip the shield wire of micro coaxial cable. Through some experiments, we found that there is a new possibility in the proposed method. Also, in order to enhance the performance, we propose a preprocess of the cable before stripping.

6kW 풍력발전기 타워-케이블계의 고유진동수 해석 (Natural Frequency Analysis of the Tower-Cable System of a 6kW Wind Turbine)

  • Vibration characteristics of a 6kW stand alone W/T(wind turbine) system are experimentally and theoretically investigated. Vibration resonance of the tower-cable system is monitored and the data are analysed and compared with the analytical results. To predict the resonance speed of the cable supported W/T, Rayleigh-Ritz method is applied to the tower-guy cable coupled system. Parametric study on the relation of the cable tension, cable elasticity and resonance frequency is carried out. Results of the study are utilized to design the stable structure of small size wind turbines which consist of a pivoted tower and guy cables.

대전지역 Cable TV의 운영현황 및 경쟁력 제고 방안 (The Operation Status and Competitiveness Reinforcement Plan of Cable TV in Daejeon Area)

  • As cable TV, which has been leading the paid broadcasting market, has given the lead to IPTV, which has huge communication capital, its competitiveness is gradually weakening. This study examines the operation status of local cable TV and seeks ways to strengthen competitiveness for survival. To this end, we conducted data analysis such as related statistics, broadcasting industry survey reports, IPTV growth reports, CMB management indicators, paid broadcasting literature data, marketing reports, industry success stories, and marketing mix and SWOT analysis. As a result, four strategies for strengthening the survival competitiveness of local cable TV, namely joint purchase apartment marketing strategy, influencer marketing strategy, relationship marketing strategy, and digital marketing strategy were derived. Therefore, the results of this study can contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of local cable TV, which has been with local residents through close content, and can be used as basic data for establishing marketing strategies for local cable TV in the future.

케이블TV 홈쇼핑 시청자의 의복 구매행동 (Apparel Purchasing Behavior of Cable TV Home-Shopping Viewers)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics and consumer attitude on purchasing apparel of Cable TV home-shopping viewer: A questionnaire was developed to measure watching attributes, consumers' attitude and actual purchasing condition of Cable TV home shopping, and demographic variables. The questionnaire was administered to 277 adult, and the data were analyzed by using frequency; crosstab, t-test, ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: 1. main view time were 3~5 p.m. 11 p.m, 10~12 a.m. home shopping through Cable Tv. Women's main terms were afternoon, whereas men's main terms were night. Chiefly view program was about apparel and fashion items. The reason why they watched the home-shopping channel was to purchase more cheaper items. 2. Favor about Cable TV home-shopping was relatively affirmative, but purchasing intention through home-shopping was still negative. But affirmative response was gradually increasing a few years ago. 3. Purchasing experience through Cable TV home shopping was 61.0% and clothing purchaser within recently 6 months was 28.5% of total sample. Withspreading Cable TV widely; Cable TV home shopper was gradually increasing. Heavy purchasing items through Cable TV home-shopping were under-wear; muffler, shawl, because those items are standardized in size and style. When home shopping user made purchasing decision, the most significant factors were color; and size (fit), price in order of importance.

PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 3 상 다층 고온 초전도 케이블의 모델링 및 과도 해석 (Modelling and Transient Analysis of a 3-Phase Multi-Layer HTS Coaxial Cable using PSCAD/EMTDC)

  • 3상 다층 고온 초전도 동축 케이블은 초전도 선재 사용량의 감소 및 케이블의 소형화와 같은 이점 때문에 활발히 연구되고 있다. 3상 다층 고온 초전도 동축 케이블의 전기적 특성은 기존 초전도 케이블과 차이를 가지므로 실제 시스템에 적용하기 위해 충분한 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PSCAD/EMTDC 기반 시뮬레이션을 통하여 22.9 kV, 60 MVA급 3상 다층 고온 초전도 동축 케이블을 모델링하고 과도 특성을 분석하였다. 결과적으로 3상 다층 고온 초전도 동축 케이블에서 고장전류가 발생하면 대부분의 고장전류가 구리 포머층을 통해 우회한다. 이때, 케이블 전체 온도는 약 5 K 증가하였다. 본 논문을 통해 3상 다층 고온 초전도 동축 케이블의 과도 상태에 대한 신뢰성을 확인할 수 있으며 향후 케이블의 실 계통 적용에 도움이 될 수 있다.

역전파 신경망을 이용한 케이블의 색깔인식 (Cable Color Recognition Using a Back-Propagation Neural Network)

  • Automated vision inspection has become a vital part of computer related industries. Most of the existing inspection systems mainly utilize black and white images. In this paper, we consider an application of automated vision inspection in which cable color has to be recognized in order to detect the quality status of assembled wire harness. A back-propagation neural network is proposed to classify seven different cable colors. To represent a single point in image space, we use the ($L^*,\;a^*,\;b^*$) model which is one of commonly used color-coordinate systems in image processing. After training the neural network with ($L^*,\;a^*,\;b^*$) data obtained from color image, we tested its performance. The results show that the neural network is able to classify cable colors with high performance.

전과정평가기법을 활용한 폐전선 재자원화 공정의 환경성 평가 (Environmental Analysis of Waste Cable Recycling Process using a Life Cycle Assessment Method)

  • 전기·전자·통신 산업의 발전은 총 에너지 소비에서 전력이 차지하는 비중을 증가시켰다. 2021년 「신에너지 및 재생에너지개발·이용·보급촉진법」의 시행으로, 신재생에너지의 의무공급비율이 확대될 전망이며, 해당 산업에서 사용되는 케이블의 교체 및 폐기단계에서 발생하는 폐전선의 양도 증가할 그것으로 예상한다. 본 연구에서는 전과정평가(LCA)기법을 통해 폐전선 재자원화 공정이 환경에 미치는 영향을 정량화하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과, 폐전선 내 함유된 접착제의 함량이 높을수록 미세먼지와 온실가스의 발생량이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 10가지 환경영향범주에 가중치를 부여한 결과, 해양생태독성(MAETP)과 인간독성(HTP)에서 가장 환경 영향이 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 두 영향범주의 주된 원인은 폐전선에 포함되는 접착제(Glue)와 이를 세척하기 위해 사용되는 세척제의 성분인 헵탄(Heptane), 에탄올(Ethanol)로 파악되었다. 따라서 전선의 생산과정에서 접착제의 사용을 자제하고, 재자원화 공정에서 사용되는 폐전선 세척액의 사용량 감축 또는 대체물질의 사용을 통해 환경부하를 감축할 필요성이 있다고 판단된다.

XLPE/EPR 계면의 부분방전 패턴 분석을 위한 신경망 모형 (Neural Network Model for Partial Discharge Pattern Analysis of XLPE/EPR Interface)

  • 최근 들어 우리나라에서는 설치의 간편성과 높은 신뢰도를 가진 전력케이블의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 전력케이블은 출고 전에 IEEE std. 404-1993 시험을 거쳐 안정성을 확인하고 있지만 포설시 발생하는 접속부 내부의 결함으로 인하여 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 불순물 혼입 또는 공극 발생시 고장율은 증가하게 된다 부분방전 검출은 포설 후 전력케이블의 상태를 관측할 수 있는 유용한 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 부분방전 특성을 평가하고자 케이블 접속재인 EPR과 케이블 절연체인 XPLE 사이에 인공 결함을 발생시킨 후 데이터 취득 시스템을 이용하여 $\Phi-q-n$ 특성을 검출하였으며, 부분방전의 정량적 해석을 위해 필요한 통계량을 계산하였으며, 신경망 모델을 적용하여 패턴 분석을 수행하여 $88\~96\%$의 구별이 가능하였다.
