Benzyl arylether dendrimers with zinc porphyrin core and terminal vinyl groups have been synthesized and their photophysical properties and the influence of dendritic environments were investigated. Free base porphyrin-cored benzyl arylether dendrimers 1a-1c and 3a-3c, and their zinc derivatives 2a-2c and 4a-4c have been prepared. Absorption spectra are similar for all porphyrin-cored benzyl arylether dendrimers, except that absorption intensity at 280 nm increases in the higher generation of dendrimer. Fluorescence spectra are similar with two bands for all free base porphyrin dendrimers 1a-1c and 3a-3c, although fluorescence intensity ratio of shorter wavelength emission band to longer wavelength band varies with the generation of dendrimer. Emission efficiencies of 1a-1c and 3a-3c are lower than that of TTP. Emission efficiencies of 2a-2c and 4a-4c are higher than that of ZnTTP. Absorption and emission properties of 1a-1c, 2a-2c, 3a-3c, and 4a-4c were affected negligibly with dendritic environments.

혈관 수축력 및 혈압 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려진 아라키돈산을 물질 대사시키는 CYP2C19 유전자는 최근 심혈관 질환 관련 연구의 새로운 유전자로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CYP2C19 유전자의 2 종류 다형성 ($CYP2C19^*2$와 $CYP2C19^*3$)과 고혈압 간의 연관성을 조사하고자 하였다. 연세대학교 의료원 심장혈관병원에서 수집한 1,241명(환자군: 537명, 대조군: 704명)을 대상으로 $SNaPShot^{TM}$ assay를 이용하여 유전자형을 결정하였다. 두 종류의 다형성 가운데 $CYP2C19^*3$의 대립인자형 및 유전자형의 빈도 분포가 환자군과 대조군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p=0.019, p=0.023). 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, dominant model에서, CYP2C193 A 대립인자형은 본태성 고혈압과 매우 유의한 연관성을 나타냈다(OR, 0.723, p=0.032). 또한 CYP2C19 G-A haplotype은 고혈압 발생 위험을 매우 유의하게 감소시키는 것으로 조사되었다(OR, 0.714, p=0.015). 따라서 본 연구 결과는 $CYP2C19^*3$ 다형성이 본태성 고혈압 발생에 대한 보호 효과작용에 관여할 것이라는 증거를 제시하고자 한다.

칼슘설포알루미네이트계 팽창시멘트는 수화하여 ettringite, monosulfate 등의 수화물을 생성하여 경화체의 수축을 보삼함으로써, 균열 발생을 방지한다. 본 실험에서는 칼슘설포알루미네이트계 팽창시멘트의 수화특성을 규명하기 위하여 화학성법으로 3CaO.$3A1_2$$O_3$.$CaSO_4$($C_4$$A_3$S)을 제조하였으며, $C_4$$A_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.2$H_2O$-C$_3$A계의 수화특성을 알아보았다. 화학성법에 의해 $1300^{\circ}C$에서 잘 발달한 $C_4$$A_3$S를 제조할 수 있었고, $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.2$H_{2}O$계의 주요수화 생성물은 ettringite이었으며, $C_4$A$_3$S-Ca(OH)$_2$-CaSO$_4$.$2H_2O$-C$_3$A는 수화초기에 ettringe를 생성하였다가 석고가 소비되면서 monosulfate로 전이하였다.

A number of Chinese students who are studying in Korea have been gradually increasing since Korea and China established diplomatic relations. Many of them sale Korean products to China while studying for their degree programs in colleges. This kind of transactions can be named C2C overseas direct sales. C2C overseas direct sales which are being performed by Chinese student are good for exportation of Korean products. However Some of these transactions are not legal according to present law, First, Chinese student don't have legal status to make the transactions. Second, Chinese students usually make false declarations for evading the taxes, including tariff and VAT, Third, Chinese students can not offer the after-sale service for the goods for the Chinese consumers. Although C2C transactions have some legal matters, they should not be banned by a one-size-fits-all method. In this study, we highly recommend for the development of C2C transactions, First, Korean government should give Chinese students legal status. Second, China customs must strictly prohibit illegal activities of smuggling by taking advantage of postal route. Third, sellers in China can offer the after-sale service to consumers through some specialist A/S firms.

A complex $n(\geq 2)$-dimensional Kaehlerian manifold of constant holomorphic sectional curvature c is called a complex space form, which is denoted by $M_n(c)$. A complete and simply connected complex space form is a complex projective space $P_nC$, a complex Euclidean space $C^n$ or a complex hyperbolic space $H_nC$, according as c > 0, c = 0 or c < 0. Takagi [12] and Berndt [2] classified all homogeneous real hypersufaces of $P_nC$ and $H_nC$.

초고집적 회로의 미세화에 따라 다층배선에서 기생저항(parasitic resistance)과 정전 용량의 증가는 RC시정수(time constant)의 증가로 인하여 소자의 동작속도를 제한하고 있 다. 이로 인하여 발생되는 배선지연의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 매우 낮은 유전상수를 갖는 층간 절연물질이 필요하다. 이러한 저유전상수 층간절연물질로서 현재 유기계 물질중의 하 나인 a-C:F이 주목받고 있는 물질이다. 본 연구에서는 ECRCVD를 이용하여 a-C:F박막과 Si기판사이의 밀착력을 향상시키기 위하여 a-C:H박막을 500$\AA$증착한 후 a-C:F을 증착전력 500W에서 원료가스의 유량비($C_2F_6, CH_4/(C_2F_6+CH_4)$))를 0~1.0까지 변화시키면서 상온에서 증착하 였다. a-C:F박막의 특성은 SEM, FT0IR, XPS, C-V meter와 AFM등을 이용하여 두께, 결 합상태, 유전상수, 표면형상 및 표면 거칠기를 관찰하였다. a-C:F박막에서 불소함량은 가스 유량비가 1.0일 경우에는 최대 약31at.%정도 검출되었으며, 가스 유량비가 증가됨에 따라 증 가하였다. 또한 유전상수는 a-C:H의 유전상수 $\varepsilon$=3.8에서 $\varepsilon$=2.35까지 감소하였다. 이는 영 구 쌍극자 모멘트가 1.5인 C-H결합은 감소하고 영구 쌍극자 모멘트가 0.6, 0.5인 CF, CF2결 합이 증가하였기 때문이다. 하지만 $400^{\circ}C$에서 질소분위기로 1시간 동안 furnace열처리 후에 가스유량비가 1.0인 a-C:F박막에서 불소의 함량이 감소하여 C-F결합이 줄어들었다. 이로 인하여 유전상수가 열처리전의 2.7에서 열처리후 3.2까지 상승하였다.

The effect of a nisin-producing Lactococcus lactis spp. lactis (L. lactis) on the growth and attachment of Listeria monocytogenes Scott A and Brie 1 on stainless steel and their growth in Brain Heart Infusion broth was determined. Viable cells of Listeria decreased rapidly after 9~12 hr of incubation at $21^{\circ}C$ and after 6~9 hr of incubation at $32^{\circ}C$ in the presence of L. lactis. The number of L. monocytogenes Scott A attached to stainless steel in pure culture was $2.5{\times}10^3/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}21^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}2.3{\times}10^3/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}32^{\circ}C$ after 48 hr of incubation, but was only $10/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}21^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}1.1{\times}10/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}32^{\circ}C$ in the presence of L. lactis. Results from L. monocytogenes strain Brie 1 were similar to those from strain Scott A. The population of L. monocytogenes Scott A which attached to stainless steel with previously adherent L. lactis was $1.8{\times}10^2/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}21^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}8.2{\times}10^2/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}32^{\circ}C$, whereas the population attached to sterile stainless steel was $1.2{\times}10^3/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}21^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}2.1{\times}10^2/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}32^{\circ}C$. For L. monocytogenes Brie 1, the attached population of the control was $1.6{\times}10^4/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}21^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}3.2{\times}10^2/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}32^{\circ}C$, and on stainless steel with adherent L. lactis, it was $1.1{\times}10/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}21^{\circ}C{\;}and{\;}6.9{\times}10/\textrm{cm}^2{\;}at{\;}32^{\circ}C$. Surface adherent L. lactis was less inhibitory to attachment of L. monocytogenes on stainless steel than a liquid culture inoculum. Listeria attached to stainless steel survived dry storage for 20 days both in the presence and absence of adherent lactococci.

Let M be a hypersurface of dimension n(.geq.2) in an (n+1)-dimensional real space form over bar M(c) with constant curvature c and H the second fundamental tensor of M. M is said to be birecurrent if here exists a covariant tensor field .alpha. of order 2 such that .del.$^{2}$H=H .alpha., where .del. is the connection of M. Also, M is said to be recurrent if there exists a 1-form .betha. such that .del.H=H .betha.. Matsuyama [2] recently proved that a recurrent hypersurface M in a real space form is locally symmetric and a complete irreducible birecurrent hypersurface M in a real space form is recurrent. The main purpose of this paper is to characterize the birecurrent or recurrent hypersurface M of a Riemannian manifold with constant curvature c and to prove that M is classified as a cylinder, $M^{n}$ (c) or ( $c_{1}$)* $M^{n-r}$ ( $c_{2}$) where 1/ $c_{1}$+1/ $c_{2}$=1/c.

We firstly tried to understand consumers' purchasing tendencies and mainly focused on designing a platform model that offers integrated support. C2B (Customer to Business) orders integrate with a consumption platform of a B2C (Business to Customer) model, and integrated support aims at design, supply, processing, and distribution of a fashion business. All the information such as orders, sales, production, supply, and settlement of accounts is synchronized under the C2B, B2C, and O2O (Online to Offline) environment so that accurate information can be shared in real time. Our platform automatically handles with a net income of a product designer, manufacturer, and shipping company once shipping is confirmed.

Econazole nitrate, 1-{2-[(4-chlorophenyl)methoxy]-2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) ethy1}-1H-imidazole mono-nitrate, C18 H16 CI13 N3 O4의 단위세포 상수는 a=19.337(4) A, b=15.191(5) A c=7.601(3)A, β=91.72(2)μ V=2000.0A3 Do=1.49g/ml Dm=1.47g/ml, M=4.31cm-1 F(000)=912.0, 2T=298K,공간군은 P2₁/C이고 단사 정계이며 Z=4이다. λ=(Mo-Ka)=0.7107 A을 사용한 1330개의 Intensity data에 대해 최종 R값은 0.06이다. Econazole nitrate의 각 세 ring은 각각 평면이며 B,A,C ring순서로 층계를 이루고 있다. 반면에 Econazole의 A와 C ring은 거의 같은 평면에 누워 있으나 B ring 은 거의 같은 평면이며 B,A,C ring순서로 층계를 이루고 있다.반면에 Econazole의 A와 C ring은 거의 같은 평면에 누워있으나 B ring과는 약 60˚의 평면각을 이루고 있다. Nitrate의 O(*3)와 Imidaze의 N(2) 사이의 수소결합은 Econazole slt의 안정화에 기여한다.
