딸기재배 스마트 온실용 온습도 계측시스템의 성능평가 (Analyzing the Performance of a Temperature and Humidity Measuring System of a Smart Greenhouse for Strawberry Cultivation)

  • 본 연구는 기존에 사용하여 왔고, 최근에 온습도의 정확도를 검증하였던 강제 흡출식 복사선 차폐장치(Aspirated Radiation Shield; ARS)와 모 기업(A 회사)에서 개발한 시스템으로 측정한 온습도를 비교하여 성능을 검토한 후, 시스템의 성능을 개선할 목적으로 수행되었다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 딸기의 무성도가 두 계측시스템에 영향을 미친 경우를 제외하면, 전체적으로 볼 때 플레이트 2개의 시스템이 1개보다 복사선 차폐효과가 미미하지만 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 A회사의 시스템과 ARS장치로 측정한 최고온도의 전체적인 범위는 각각 $20.5{\sim}53.3^{\circ}C$$17.8{\sim}44.1^{\circ}C$정도로써 A사 제품이 $2.7{\sim}9.2^{\circ}C$정도 높게 나타났고, 일별 최대 편차는 $12.2^{\circ}C$ 정도였다. 평균온도의 경우, 두 기관의 전체적인 범위는 각각 $12.4{\sim}38.6^{\circ}C$$11.8{\sim}32.7^{\circ}C$정도로써 A사 시스템이 $0.6{\sim}5.9^{\circ}C$정도 높게 나타났고, 일별 최대 편차는 $6.7^{\circ}C$정도였다. 최저온도의 경우도 각각 $4.2{\sim}28.6^{\circ}C$$2.9{\sim}26.4^{\circ}C$정도로써 A사 제품이 $1.3{\sim}2.2^{\circ}C$정도 높게 나타났고, 일별 최대 편차는 $2.9^{\circ}C$정도로써 두 기관의 장치로 측정한 온도에 편차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상대습도의 경우, A회사와 ARS장치로 측정한 평균상대습도의 전체적인 범위는 각각 52.9~93.3% 및 55.3~96.5%정도로써 A회사의 시스템이 ARS장치보다 2.4~3.2%정도 낮게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 일별로 비교하여 보면, 최대 18.0%정도 A회사의 시스템이 낮게 나타나는 날도 있었다. 결국 상대습도도 온도와 마찬가지로 미미하긴 하지만 두 기관의 장치로 측정한 온도에 편차가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Hexamethyldisilane$(Si_{2}(CH_{3})_{6})$의 single precursor를 사용하여 화학기상증착법으로 $1100^{\circ}C$에서 Si 기판의에 $\beta$-SiC 막을 증착시켰다. 증착과정 중 hexamethyldisilane/$H_{2}$ gas system에 HCI gas를 도입하여 mask 재료에 의해 부분적으로 덮여져 있는 Si 기판에서 SiC 증착의 선택성을 조사하였다. Si 기판과 mask 재료에서 SiC 증착의 선택성을 증진시키기 위해 출발물질과 HCI gas의 공급 방법을 변화시켰다. 결국, HCI gas를 도입함으로서 SiC 증착의 선택성은 증진되었고 펄스 형태로의 gas 공급 방법은 선택성을 향상시키는데 효율적이었다.

희토류 산화물을 첨가한 일축가압소결 탄화규소의 기계적 특성 (Mechanical Properties of Hot-Pressed SiC with Rare-Earth Oxide)

  • Six different SiC ceramics with SiO2-Re2O3 (Re=Yb, Er, Y, Dy, Gd, Sm) as sintering additives have been fabricated by hot-pressing the SiC-Re2Si2O7 compositions at 1850$^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr under a pressure of 25 MPa. The room temperature strneth and the fracture toughness of the hot-pressed ceramics were characterized and compared with those of the ceramics sintered with YAG (Y3Al5O12). Five SiC ceramics (Re=Yb, Er, Y, Dy, Gd) investigated herein showed sintered densities higher than 94% of theoretical. Tthe SiC-Re2Si2O7 compositions showed lower strength and comparable toughness to those from SiC-YAG composition, owing to the chemical reaction between SiO2 and SiC during sintering. SiC ceramics fabricated from a SiC-Y2Si2O7 composition showed the best mechanical properties of 490 MPa and 4.8 MPa$.$m1/2 among the compositions investigated herein.

  • Ceramide, a potential cell death marker formed by sphingomyelinase, is involved in the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This study examines the effect of C2-ceramide (C2), a cell-permeable ceramide analog, on the LPS-inducible COX-2 expression and signaling pathways. C2 did not induce COX-2, but potentiated LPS-inducible COX-2 expression in Raw264.7 cells, whereas dihydro-C2 was inactive.(omitted)

  • 토양검정의 적중율을 높이기 위하여 농업과학기술원에서 실시한 10개의 pot시험 결과를 Bray등이 개정한 Mitscherlich-Baule-Spillman식(A)에 넣어 토양질소와 시비질소의 이용계수 $C_2$$C_1$을 계산하고, 적정 수량을 생산하는데 소요되는 시비량(x) 산출식(B)을 유도하였다. log(Ymax-Y) = logYmax-$C_1x-C_2b$ (A) Ymax : 최고수량, Y: 무비구 또는 일정량의 시비구 수량 b: 토양의 $NO_3{^-}-N(mg\;kg^{-1})$, x:시비량 log(0.05))=$-C_1x-C_2b$ =-C_1x-C_2b (B) 실제 시비량에 대한 식 B로 계산되는 비료 소요량과 는 유의한 정의 상관 관계를 보였다. 식 A와 B의 $C_1$$C_2$값에 관한 정밀한 연구는 토양검정의 실용성을 높일 수 있다.

Di- and Triorganotin(IV) Complexes of Sulfur-containing Ylidenemalonates

  • Organotin(IV) complexes of ylidenemalonates $(R_xSn)_{x-1}(O_2C)_2C=C(SR')_2\;(R=n-C_4H_9,\;C_6H_5,\;cyclo-C_6H_{11},\;CH_3OOCCH_2CH_2;\;x=2,3;\;R'=CH_3,\;R_2'=-CHCH-,\;-CH_2CH_{2^-})$ have been synthesized and characterized by means of various spectroscopic methods. The X-ray crystal structure of $(Ph_3Sn)_2(O_2C)_2C=C(SCH_3)_2$ has been determined (Pi; a= 9.704(2) ${\AA}$, b= 14.412(1) ${\AA}$, c= 14.760(3) ${\AA}$, ${alpha}$=74.26(1)$^{\circ}$, ${beta}$=99.38(l)$^{\circ}$, ${\gamma}$=79.09(1)$^{\circ}$, $V= 1950.7(7){\AA}^3$) and refined to R= 0.045. The crystal structure discloses a discrete molecule with bidentate-like carboxylate ligand. For diorganotin analogues, the structures are discussed in terms of IR, $^1H-NMR,\;^{13}C-NMR$, and FAB mass spectrometry. The mass spectrum indicates that the diorganotin complexes of ylidenemalonates are dimeric.

3CaO.$Al_2O_3$의 수화반응에 미치는 글루콘산 나트륨의 영향(II) 초기 수화 거동 (Effect of Sodium Gluconate on the Hydration of Tricalcium Aluminate(II) Early Hydration Behavior)

  • The hydration of $C_3A$ and $C_3A-CaSO_4$.$2H_2O$ was investigated with varying concentration (0.1-1.0%) of sodium gluconate solution. gluconate solution. Sodium gluconate accelerates cation dissolution from $C_3A$ for the first several minutes but depresses the rate of heat evolution in the course of $C_3A$ hydration. The hydration of $C_3A$ in the presence of sodium gluconate was modified such that the formation of the intermediate hydrate C4AH$\chi$ crystal was much reduced and most of the product became amorphous. The retardation of $C_3A-CaSO_4$.$2H_2O$ hydration in the presence of sodium gluconate was controlled by the competitive adsorption between gluconate anion and $SO_4^{-2}$ onto $C_3A$ surface.

인산형 연료전지용 SiC-SiC Whisker 전해질 매트릭스의 특성 (Characterization of SiC-SiC Whisker Matrix Retaining Electrolyte in Phosphoric Acid Fuel Cell)

  • Sheets of SiC-SiC whisker maxed matrix were prepared from the mixed slurry of SiC whisker and SiC matrix by the rolling method. With the increase of SiC whisker, the pore size, the porosity and the phosphoric acid absorbency of the matrix were increased, while the bubble pressure was decreased. The activation energy for the transfer of H+ ion was decreased with the increase of mixing ratio of SiC whisker to the SiC matrix from the measurement of hydrogen ion conductivity. The activation energy was evaluated as 0.25 eV when the mixing ratio of SiC whisker to the SiC matrix was 1 : 2 and the activation energy was 0.16 eV for the 2 : 1 matrix. It means that SiC whisker matrix contributes to attain a better microstructure for the diffusion of hydrogen ion. From the measurement of single cell performance of matrix with various mixing ratio, it is concluded that if SiC-SiC whisker maxed matrix has a sufficient bubble pressure to prevent the crossover of H2 gas, the current density of a fuel cell is increased with the increase of acid absorbency of the matrix. Current density was improved from 140 mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$ for 0.25 mm thickness of matrix to 170 mA/$\textrm{cm}^2$ for the 0.20 mm one at 700 mV.

$C_4A_3\bar{S}$-Calciumsicate계 크링커의 수화반응 (Hydration of $C_4A_3\bar{S}$-Calciumsicate Clinker)

  • The clinckers were obtained when a raw mixture consisted of limestone, slags and gypsum was burned at 134$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes, and 128$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes adding $CaF_2$ as a flux. The principal compounds of these clinkers were $C_3S_2$, $\beta-C_2S$, $C_1A_3{\bar{S}}$. To investigate hydration behavior, cements were made and hydrated at constant humidity cabinet (W/C=0.5 20$\pm 1^{\circ}C$). X-ray diffractometer, SEM, and conduction calorimeter were employed to examine the hydration behavior. The hydrates were mainly C-S-H, ettringite, $Ca(OH)_2$. By the hydration of $C_3S$ and $C_4A_3\bar{S}$, the needle-like ettringite filling the inner vacant spaces of the hardened body might contribute to the rapid-hardening and high-strength phenomena. Furthermore, the hardened body became stronger due to the hydration of $C_2S$ at later period. The addition of granulated blastfurnace slags have a potential to be a blended cement.

  • γ-C2S is known as a kind of substance that it does not react with water at room temperature. However it could react with the CO2 producing CaCO3 and silica gel as the carbonation products. Thus γ-C2S can be used as a mineral addition to improve the compressive strength and durability of concrete. On the other hand, the manufacture of γ-C2S can give an effective utilization of industrial by-product with low energy consumption and low CO2 emission. This paper aims to summarize the development situation on this field.
