A Study on V2X Modeling for Virtual Testing of ADS Based on MIL Simulation (MILS 기반 ADS 기능 검증을 위한 V2X 모델링에 관한 연구)

  • Simulation-based virtual testing is known to be a major requirement for verifying the safety of autonomous driving functions. However, in the simulation environment, there is a difficulty in that all driving environments related to the autonomous driving system must be realistically modeled. In particular, C-ITS (Cooperative-Intelligent Transport Systems) is essential for urban autonomous driving of Lv.4, but the approach to modeling for C-ITS service in the MILS (Model in the Loop Simulation) environment is not yet clear. Therefore, this paper aims to deal with V2X (Vehicle to Everything) modeling methods to effectively apply C-ITS-based autonomous cooperative driving services in the MILS environment. First, major C-ITS services and use cases for autonomous cooperative driving are analyzed, and a modeling method of V2X signals for C-ITS service simulation is proposed. Based on the modeled V2X messages, the validity of the proposed approach is reviewed through simulations on the C-ITS service use case.

  • The HgCdTe material, which is II-VI compound semiconductor, is important materials for the fabrication of the infrared detectros. To suggest the model of accurate MIS C-V calculation for narrow band gap semiconductors such as HgCdTe, non-parabolicity from k.p theory and degeneracy effect are considered. And partially ionized effect and compensation effect which are material's properties are also considerd. Especially, degenerated material C-V characteristics from Fermi-Dirac statistics and exact charge theory are presented to get more accurate analysis of the experimental results. Also the comparison with calculation results between the general MIS theory from Boltzmann appoximation method and this model which is considered the narrow band gap semiconductor properties, show that this model is more useful theory to determination of accurate low and high frequency C-V characteristics.

  • The comparison of the KAPM Dosimetric Protocol (1990) with the TG-21 and $C_{\lambda}/C_E$(ICRU-21 and SCRAD protocol) method is studied. The therapetutic range of radiation (photon 4MV-l5MV and electron 6 MeV-20MeV) and three kinds of the chambers were used in the water phantom. The results from 7G-21 and KAPM protocol did not show much differences (less than 1$\%$) throughout the whole energy range; $N_D$ from KAPM protocol and Ngas from TG-21 showed 0.2$\%$ deviation mainly from W/e difference between two protocols. But the results from KAPM protocol (1990) and those from $C_{\lambda}/C_E$ Method showed $-1.9{\pm}0.6\%$ (KAPM protocol is higher) deviation for photom beam and $+3.3{\pm}1\%$ (KAPM protocol is lower) deviation for electron beams.

V2X Communication Technology Trends (V2X 통신 기술 동향)

  • Recently, V2X (vehicle-to-everyting) communication has established itself as an essential technology for cooperative autonomous driving. V2X communication currently includes DSRC (dedicated short range communication) communication technology, which is a WLAN (wireless local area network) based communication technology, and C-V2X (cellular-V2X) communication technology, which is a Cellular-based communication technology. Since these two communication methods are not compatible with each other, various studies and experiments are being conducted to select one of the two communication methods. In the case of C-V2X communication, there are LTE-V2X (long term evolutionV2X) communication technology, which is an initial version, and 5G-V2X communication technology, which is a next-generation version. 5G-V2X communication technology has been completed only until standardization, so LTE-V2X communication technology is mainly used. In this paper, we introduce trends related to various issues in V2X communication, including communication method decisions.

Reasonable Design Method of Vertical Drain Depending on the Depth of Soft Ground (연약지반의 심도에 따른 연직 배수재의 합리적 설계 방안)

  • In this study, to propose the reasonable evaluation method of degree of consolidation considering the depth of soft ground, the two soft ground areas were chosen and analyzed for the consolidation degree. One was a western coast area in which depth of soft ground was low, and the other was a southern coast area in which depth of soft ground was deep. At the area in which depth of soft ground was low, Barron's and Yoshikuni's methods showed that the evaluation of consolidation degree was large, and it is reasonable that $C_h=C_v$ be recommended to apply the Hansbo's and the Onoue's methods. At the area in which depth of soft ground was deep, it is reasonable that $C_h=C_v$ be recommended to apply the Barron's and the Yoshikuni's methods, and $C_h=(2{\sim}3)C_v$ to apply the Hansbo's and the Onoue's methods. According to the Hansbo's and Onoue's methods, degree of consolidation proved to be applicable with measured data when using the $k_s=(1/3)k_v$ at the area which depth of soft ground was low and using the $k_s=(1{\sim}1/2)k_v$ at the area which depth of soft ground was deep. According to the Hansbo's and Onoue's methods, degree of consolidation was proved to be applicable with measured data when using ds=(3~5)dm at the area which depth of soft ground was low and using ds=2dm at the area which depth of soft ground was deep.

  • Pt/Pb$TiO_3$/$SrTiO_3$/p-Si films were prepared by metallo-organic solution deposition(M0SD) method and investigated its structure and ferroelectric properties. Crystallinity of specimen as a funtions of post annealing temperature and the thickness of $SrTiO_3$(STO) buffer layer was studied using XRD and AFM. Based on C-V and P-E curve, $PbTiO_3$(PTO) capacitors showed good ferroelectric hysteresis arising from the polarization switching properties. When the thickness of ST0 buffer layer between PTO and Si substrate was 260 nrn and the post annealing temperature was $650^{\circ}C$, it was showed that production of the pyrochlore phase due to interdiffusion of Si into FTO was prevented. The dielectric constant of FTO thin films calculated from a maximum Cma in the accumulation region was 180 and the dielectric loss was 0.30 at 100 kHz frequency. The memory window in the C-V curve is 1.6V at a gate voltage of 5V.

Characterization of (Bi,La)$Ti_3O_12$ Ferroelectric Thin Films on $SiO_2/Si$/Si Substrates by Sol-Gel Method (졸-겔 방법으로 $SiO_2/Si$ 기판 위에 제작된 (Bi,La)$Ti_3O_12$ 강유전체 박막의 특성 연구)

  • The $Bi_{3.3}La_{0.7}O_{12}$(BLT) capacitors with Metal-Ferroelectric-Insulator-Silicon structure were prepared on $SiO_2/Si$ substrates by using sol-gel method. The BLT thin films annealed at $650^{\circ}C$ and $700^{\circ}C$ showed randomly oriented perovskite crystalline structures. The full with at half maximum (FWHM) of the (117) main peak was decreased from $0.65^{\circ}$ to $0.53^{\circ}$ with increasing the annealing temperature from $650^{\circ}C$ to $700^{\circ}C$, indicating the improvement in the crystalline quality of the film. In addition, the grain size and $R_rms$ , values were increased with increasing the annealing temperatures, showing the rough film surface at higher annealing temperatures. From the capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements, the memory window voltage of the BLT film annealed at $700^{\circ}C$ was found to be about 0.7 V at an applied voltage of 5 V. The leakage current density of the BLT film annealed at $700^{\circ}C$ was about $3.1{\times}10^{-8}A/cm^2$.

  • we propose a design method and process for hardware and software of hybrid V2X communication systems that support both C-ITS communication protocol and Legacy LTE communication technology. The hybrid V2X communication systems support multiple communication technologies of WAVE and LTE, in which WAVE supports multiple channels, so that it is designed to transmit road information such as LDM and positioning correction information to an autonomous vehicle in real time.

Growth and characterization of CdTe single crystals by vertical Bridgman method (수직 Bridgman법에 의한 CdTe 단결정의 성장과 특성)

  • CdTe single crystals were grown by vertical Bridgman method using double furnace with two siliconit heating elements. When the peak temperature of the upper furnace was fixed at $1150^{\circ}C$ and that of the lower furnace was $800^{\circ}C$, the temperature gradient was about $22.5^{\circ}C$/cm. The lattice constant $a_0$ was $6.482\AA$ from the X-ray diffraction and the band gap energy obtained from the optical absorption experiment at room temperature was 1.478 eV. PL spectrum showed that the bound exciton emission peak was resolved into ($A^0,X$) (1.5902, 1.5887 eV), ($h\;D^0$) (1.5918 eV) and ($D^0,X$ (1.5928, 1.5932 eV), and we have also calculated binding energy and ionization energy of the neutral donor and acceptor.

HPLC Method for the Determination of Nicorandil in Human Plasma

  • The present study is to determine of sensitive nicorandil analysis method using HPLC and measure the pharmacokinetics parameters (bioavailability, $C_{max}$, $T_{max}$, Ke, $T_{1/2}$) of nicorandil (5 mg, Tab; Choongwae Pharma Corporation). Plasma (500 ul) was mixed with furosemide (internal standard, 500 ug/ml). Detection wavelength was 256 nm. The mixture of 0.01 M ammonium acetate and acetonitrile 80:20 (v/v) was used mobile phase. The HPLC separation was accomplished on ODC reverse HPLC column. The nicorandil was analyzed by a HPLC system, which consists of CAPCELL PAK C18 column (5 ${\mu}$m, 4.6 × 150 mm) and a chromatography data analysis S/W, using a isocratic mobile phase (mixture of 0.01 M ammonium acetate and acetonitrile 80:20 ) at 1.0 ml/min. Its sensitivity, selectivity, accuracy and precision must be adequate for the bioavailabilty study of nicorandil, and the linearity ($r^2$ ≥ 0.9994) of nicorandil was also proved in the range of 0.05 ug/ml . 3 ug/ml. The pharmacokinetic parameters of nicorandil (5 mg) tablets were measured as the follow. AUC: 0.19 ug/ml·hr, $C_{max}$: 0.14 ug/ml, $t_{max}$: 0.58 hr, Ke: 0.11 hr., $t_{1/2\beta}$: 6.76 hrs. This method is simple and sensitive HPLC method using UV detector for determination of nicorandil in human plasma.
