Integrated Sentence Preprocessing System for Web Indexing (웹 인덱싱을 위한 통합 전처리 시스템의 개발)

  • 웹 문서는 일반 문서들과 달리 자유로운 형식으로 기술되어 있고, 원문에 태그나 코드 등 불필요한 내용들을 많이 포함하고 있어 언어 처리에 바로 사용하기에 적합하지 못하다. 본 논문은 인덱싱 대상 문서로 사용되는 웹 문서를 자동으로 수집하여, 문장 단위로 정렬된 문서로 제작, 관리하는 통합 전처리 시스템인 Web Tagger의 구조와 전처리 방법을 소개한다. Web Tagger는 문서 정제, 문장 분할, 띄어쓰기의 과정을 거쳐 웹 문서에서 표준화된 정보를 추출하고, 형태소 분석기를 포함한 응용 시스템의 목적에 맞게 XML형식의 원문 코퍼스를 자동으로 생성하고 관리한다. '정규문법(Regexp)', '휴리스틱', '품사 인덱스 참조', 'C4.5를 사용한 학습 규칙' 등의 다양한 전처리 기법은 형태소 분석 정확도 향상과 시스템 안정성 보장에 기여한다.

  • One of the important elements for improving academic achievement of learners in education through e-learning is to support learners to study by finding questions they want with providing various evaluation questions. However, most of question retrieval systems usually depend on keyword search based on only a syntactical analysis and/or a hierarchical browsing system classified by the topics of subjects. In such a system it is not easy to find integrative questions associated with each other. In order to improve this problem, in this paper we proposed a question management and retrieval system which allows users to easily manage questions and also to effectively find questions for study on the Web. Then, we implemented a system that gives to access questions for the domain of C language programming. The system makes it possible to easily search questions related to not only a single theme but also questions integrated by interrelationship between topics and questions. This is done by supporting to be able to retrieve questions according to conceptual interrelationships between questions from user query. Consequently, it is expected that the proposed system will provide learners to understand the basic theories and the concepts of the subjects as well as to improve the ability of comprehensive knowledge utilization and problem-solving.

  • Recently web is used for more things than ever before in education. Previous web-based programming education systems help students to check compile errors and runtime errors after submitting programming assignments anytime and anywhere. However, these previous systems cannot quickly provide the detailed assessment results on the generated answer, the coding style, and the plagiarism detection. In this paper, we propose a web-based programming education system to provide the quick results of the detailed assessment as soon as to submit programming assignments. In this system, the plagiarism detection method compares a current file with only the already uploaded files so it can provide quick feedback. The proposed web-based programming education system is applied to a real C programming language class with approximately 40 students. The proposed system tends to improve the students' participation by quick feedback.

A Study on the Analysis System of Customer Satisfaction Survey (고객만족도 설문 분석 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • In order for corporations and institutions to perform efficient management, they first have to infer what factors customers seek for, then continuously strive to provide them with better service. The most important element to provide better service is accurate feedback from customers; however, Korea lacks of standardized system for measuring customer satisfaction. This study suggests the analysis system for survey, which evaluates customer satisfaction efficiently. The system sets up measuring factor for each service quality, and makes it possible to perform methodically. Especially, the system introduces scoring scheme so that it evaluates quality of service or unit service and prioritizes factors those need to be improved. Furthermore, the survey is operated via mobile and online system, which can be analyzed in real time, and lets foreigners use in their own languages. Through applying the analysis system of customer satisfaction survey to students who participated in work-study program, it substantiates the effectiveness of this system.

  • ICT 융합 스마트팜 내의 환경계측 센서, 영상 및 사양관리 시스템의 증가에도 불구하고 이들 장비에서 확보되는 데이터를 적절히 유효하게 활용하는 기술이 미흡한 실정이다. 돈사의 경우 가축의 복지수준, 성장 변화를 실시간으로 모니터링 및 예측할 수 있는 데이터 분석 및 모델링 기술 확보가 필요하다. 이를 위해선 가축의 생리적 변화 및 행동적 변화를 조기에 감지하고 가축의 복지수준을 실시간으로 감시하고 분석 및 예측 기술이 필요한데 이를 위한 대표적인 정보 통신 공학적 접근법 중에 하나가 Data mining 이다. Data mining에 대한 연구 수행에 필요한 다양한 소프트웨어 중에서 Open source로 제공이 되는 4가지 도구를 비교 분석하였다. 스마트 돈사 내에서 열환경 모델링을 목표로 한 데이터 분석에서 고려해야할 요인으로 데이터 분석 알고리즘 도출 시간, 시각화 기능, 타 라이브러리와 연계 기능 등을 중점 적으로 분석하였다. 선정된 4가지 분석 도구는 1) R(https://cran.r-project.org), 2) OpenCV(http://opencv.org), 3) OpenNN (http://www.opennn.net), 4) Orange(http://orange.biolab.si) 이다. 비교 분석을 수행한 운영체제는 Linux-Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS(X64)이며, CPU의 클럭속도는 3.6 Ghz, 메모리는 64 Gb를 설치하였다. 개발언어 측면에서 살펴보면 1) R 스크립트, 2) C/C++, Python, Java, 3) C++, 4) C/C++, Python, Cython을 지원하여 C/C++ 언어와 Python 개발 언어가 상대적으로 유리하였다. 데이터 분석 알고리즘의 경우 소스코드 범위에서 라이브러리를 제공하는 경우 Cross-Platform 개발이 가능하여 여러 운영체제에서 개발한 결과를 별도의 Porting 과정을 거치지 않고 사용할 수 있었다. 빌트인 라이브러리 경우 순서대로 R 의 경우 가장 많은 수의 Data mining 알고리즘을 제공하고 있다. 이는 R 운영 환경 자체가 개방형으로 되어 있어 온라인에서 추가되는 새로운 라이브러리를 클라우드를 통하여 공유하기 때문인 것으로 판단되었다. OpenCV의 경우 영상 처리에 강점이 있었으며, OpenNN은 신경망학습과 관련된 라이브러리를 소스코드 레벨에서 공개한 것이 강점이라 할 수 있다. Orage의 경우 라이브러리 집합을 제공하는 것에 중점을 둔 다른 패키지와 달리 시각화 기능 및 망 구성 등 사용자 인터페이스를 통합하여 운영한 것이 강점이라 할 수 있다. 열환경 모델링에 요구되는 시간 복잡도에 대응하기 위한 부가 정보 처리 기술에 대한 연구를 수행하여 스마트팜 열환경 모델링을 실시간으로 구현할 수 있는 방안 연구를 수행할 것이다.

Comparative analysis of deep learning performance for Python and C# using Keras (Keras를 이용한 Python과 C#의 딥러닝 성능 비교 분석)

  • According to the 2018 Kaggle ML & DS Survey, among the proportions of frameworks for machine learning and data science, TensorFlow and Keras each account for 41.82%. It was found to be 34.09%, and in the case of development programming, it is confirmed that about 82% use Python. A significant number of machine learning and deep learning structures utilize the Keras framework and Python, but in the case of Python, distribution and execution are limited to the Python script environment due to the script language, so it is judged that it is difficult to operate in various environments. This paper implemented a machine learning and deep learning system using C# and Keras running in Visual Studio 2019. Using the Mnist dataset, 100 tests were performed in Python 3.8,2 and C# .NET 5.0 environments, and the minimum time for Python was 1.86 seconds, the maximum time was 2.38 seconds, and the average time was 1.98 seconds. Time 1.78 seconds, maximum time 2.11 seconds, average time 1.85 seconds, total time 37.02 seconds. As a result of the experiment, the performance of C# improved by about 6% compared to Python, and it is expected that the utilization will be high because executable files can be extracted.

Implementation and Experimentation of StyleJigsaw for Programming Beginners (프로그래밍 초보자를 위한 스타일직소의 구현과 실험)

  • Since the high readable source codes help us to understand and modify the program, it is much easy to maintain them. The readability of source code is not only affected by the complexity of algorithms such as control structures but also affected by the coding styles such as naming and indentation. Although various coding standards have been presented for promoting the readability of source codes, it has been usually lost or ignored in a programming course. One of the reasons is that the coding standard is not a hard-and-false rule since it does not contribute to the performance of software. In this paper, we propose a simple automatic system, namely StyleJigsaw, which checks the style of the source codes written by C/C++ or Java. In this system, the coding style score is calculated and visualized as a jigsaw puzzle. To measure the educational effectiveness of StyleJigsaw, several experiments have been conducted on a class students in C++ programming course. According to the experimental results, the coding style score increased about 8.0 points(10.9%) on average using StyleJigsaw. Further, according to a questionnaire survey targeting the students who attended the programming course, about 88.5% of the students responded that StyleJigsaw was of help to learn the coding standards. We expect that the StyleJigsaw can be effectively used to encourage the students to obey the coding standards, resulting in high readable programs.

  • The programming(algorithm) automated assessment system is to evaluate automatically the accuracy and time/space efficiency of user's solution to the problem which is provided. This system gives the immediate feedback of the solution, real-time ranking. So, in the course of data structure and algorithm, we can apply the knowledge which we have learned to the problem solving. Especially, in the basic course of learning the syntax of the programming language, the novice student can learn in easy and fun by solving the simple problem. The university students can understand in the easy way the meaning of asymptotic analysis of algorithm in data structure & algorithm course.

  • In this paper, optimization technique such as particle swarm optimization was used to optimize the parameters of fuzzy Extreme Learning Machine. While the learning speed of conventional neural networks is very slow, that of Extreme Learning Machine is very fast. Fuzzy Extreme Learning Machine is composed of the Extreme Learning Machine with very fast learning speed and fuzzy logic which can represent the linguistic information of the field experts. The general sigmoid function is used for the activation function of Extreme Learning Machine. However, the activation function of Fuzzy Extreme Learning Machine is the membership function which is defined in the procedure of fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm. We optimize the parameters of the membership functions by using optimization technique such as Particle Swarm Optimization. In order to validate the classification capability of the proposed classifier, we make several experiments with the various machine learning datas.

Sound Model Generation using Most Frequent Model Search for Recognizing Animal Vocalization (최대 빈도모델 탐색을 이용한 동물소리 인식용 소리모델생성)

  • In this paper, I proposed a sound model generation and a most frequent model search algorithm for recognizing animal vocalization. The sound model generation algorithm generates a optimal set of models through repeating processes such as the training process, the Viterbi Search process, and the most frequent model search process while adjusting HMM(Hidden Markov Model) structure to improve global recognition rate. The most frequent model search algorithm searches the list of models produced by Viterbi Search Algorithm for the most frequent model and makes it be the final decision of recognition process. It is implemented using MFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) for the sound feature, HMM for the model, and C# programming language. To evaluate the algorithm, a set of animal sounds for 27 species were prepared and the experiment showed that the sound model generation algorithm generates 27 HMM models with 97.29 percent of recognition rate.
