  • 본 논문은 두 대의 카메라로부터 들어온 영상을 보여주는 see-through 장치의 사용 환경하에서 일반적인 사용자도 쉽고 편리하게 컴퓨터 시스템 또는 여러 프로세스들을 제어할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 이를 위해 AR기술을 접목하여 영상이 보이는 화면에 가상의 버튼들을 합성하였으며, 화면상에 보이는 손의 위치를 추적하여 손가락에 의한 버튼의 선택 유무를 판단하고 각 상황에 따른 버튼의 색상 변경을 통해 결과를 나타내었다. 사용자는 단순히 화면을 보며 공중에서 손가락을 움직여 버튼을 선택함으로써 관련 작업을 수행 할 수 있다.

  • Buttons in general reflect the culture of the society, and their values depend on practicality, decorative feature, and symbolism. Their infinite potential enables us to attempt various original changes in formative factors such as forms, patterns, colors, materials and sizes. In addition new styles, methods, and techniques are tried to show that the decorative feature becomes stronger today than it did in the past when the function was more important. Now buttons are not only a factor of clothing but have value as composite art works reflecting the pride, idea and culture of a nation. Moreover consumers' interest in new designs increases everyday as the moderns' desire for unique individuality rises. Button designs of Korea, however, are still far behind in the aspects of materials, qualities, and methods, facilities, and scale of production. And uniform mass production prevails without the buttons of creative and artistic values made due to the lack of specialized designers. Therefore it seems necessary to carry out historial studies simultaneously with the rising interest in button designs now. Prior to developing new designs, the study will examine those of western buttons that are the origin, going through relevant literature and data to define the characteristics of each era and type. It may provide basic data for developing the backward button designs of Korea.

양송이버섯을 첨가한 쿠키의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Cookies Prepared with Button Mushroom(Agaricus bisporous) Powder)

  • This study examined the effects of adding four different amounts (0%: control, 4%: M-4, 8%: M-8, 12%: M-12) of button mushroom (Agaricus bisporous) powder on the quality characteristics of cookies. The bulk density and pH of the dough, and firmness, color, spread factor, consumer acceptability of cookies, and total phenol compound content and free radical scavenging activity of mushroom powder and cookies were measured. While the bulk density and pH of the dough as well as spread factor of the cookies significantly decreased, the firmness, L values and total phenol compound contents and free radical scavenging activity of the cookies significantly increased with increasing mushroom powder content(p<.05). The consumer acceptability scores for the button mushroom cookie groups ranked significantly(p<.05) higher than those of the control group in general acceptability, appearance, flavor, color, taste, and texture. This study suggests that button mushroom powder is a good ingredient for increasing the acceptability and functionality of cookies.

  • In this paper, we present autonomous mobile robot system, which has an image recognition module and perform tasks by itself with manipulator. Autonomous mobile robot can push each individual button on an elevator panel from a person's command. After the robot receives its command, it analyzes the image information of the elevator button that is acquired by CCD camera in an indoor environment with an elevator. A Design and Implementation of Control Application for Arduino Prime Smart Car

  • In this paper, we design and implement an Application based on android platform, which can control arduino Prime Smart Car using Bluetooth communication. This Application consist of Bluetooth communication module, manual mode module, and line-tracer mode module. In the Bluetooth communication module, it checks the on/off status of Smartphone Bluetooth. If Bluetooth status is off, it activates Bluetooth, selects the corresponding device from Bluetooth device list, and connects with a pair. In order to reduce coding time, we implements Bluetooth communication using inherited class from android Bluetooth package. In the manual mode module, it implements six direction moving button and stop button, which can control arduino Prime Smart Car. In the line-tracer mode module, it implements Prime Smart Car with self-driving function using TCRT5000 sensor. And moving button and stop button is disabled.

OverIT: An Interactive Overlay for Touchscreen-based UI Customization by Demonstration

  • Smartphones have been widely used for various purposes and stay connected with people at all times. However, the use of such touchscreen devices can be physically restricted depending on users' context where only one hand is available to interact with the device. Even major smartphone manufacturers (e.g., Apple, Samsung) offer one handed mode, they still lack functions in the third-party applications, and the process is also complicated. We propose OverIT, a system that enables users to customize interfaces by adding new buttons on an interactive overlay which can be positioned anywhere on the touchscreen where each button serves the same functionality as an existing one. It is designed to support users to map a certain button event freely and easily to a newly created button by performing a demonstration of a button tap. We expect our system to improve the overall user experience of one-handed interaction with touchscreen devices.

테일러드 재킷 꺽임선에 따른 라펠과 윗칼라의 조화에 관한 패턴 연구 (A Study on the Combinative Patterns of Lapel and Collar in Tailored Jackets with Different Break Line)

  • This study looks into the changes in collar patterns in tailored jackets with different numbers of buttons. The study discusses the pattern design method of tailored colors in 4 different styles, such as the effect of the number of buttons of tailored jackets on collar width and length, lapel width and length, and angle of lapel and overall balance in design. Through the first dress experiment, patterns were adjusted and corrected. The second dress experiment was conducted with the modified experimental clothes. The results of comparison and analysis are as follows. The 1 button tailored jacket was most preferred for its beautiful expression and overall balance of upper color and lapel when its lapel width was 7.5 cm. The second most preferred one was the 2 button tailored jacket with lapel width of 8 cm, and the 3 button jacket showed relatively good balance when its lapel width was 7.5 cm. The 4 button tailored jacket showed a bad balance in collar and button. Also, its overall silhouette was disappointing and thus was less preferred than others. For smaller number of buttons, the angle of lapel's break line increased, thus displaying a more refined and slim silhouette. On the other hand, the angle of lapel's break line decreased for greater number of buttons, thus displaying a dull and fat image. As a result, the jacket with many buttons was less preferred.

  • 본 연구는 구글 머티리얼 디자인의 컴포넌트인 플로팅 액션 버튼 중 오른쪽 하단 표준형의 사용 실태와 효율성을 파악하고 올바른 사용법을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 1차는 사례 연구로 서비스별 플로팅 액션 버튼의 사용 실태와 장단점을 조사했다. 2차로 스마트폰 이용자 12명을 대상으로 한 아이트래킹 실험과 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 플로팅 액션 버튼은 직관적인 디자인으로 사용자들의 이목을 끌어 특정 액션을 유도할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사용자들의 시선은 대부분 상단에 머무르며 인터페이스가 상단에 배치되는 것을 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 해당 컴포넌트로 긍정적인 사용자 경험을 주기 위해서는 콘텐츠의 가림 정도, 사용자들의 애플리케이션 사용 행동 및 경향 등을 고려할 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 플로팅 버튼의 올바른 사용법을 제기하는 데 의의가 있다.

  • 스마트 디바이스의 개발과 발달, 그리고 스마트 디바이스의 보편화에 따라 사용자들은 한 개 이상의 스마트 디바이스를 소지하게 되었다. 기존의 온라인 학습 서비스는 하나의 스크린을 분할시켜 다양한 정보를 제공해 왔다. 그러나 기존의 PC환경과 다르게 스마트 디바이스가 발달되고 보편화됨에 따라, 사용자의 학습공간은 하나의 스크린 환경에서 다중스크린 환경으로 변화할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 다중스크린을 기반으로 한 스마트 학습공간을 구성하고, 스마트 학습공간에서 미디어 콘텐츠를 융합하여 서비스하는 시스템을 제고하고자 한다. 이에 다중스크린 관련연구 분야와 다중스크린 환경에 합당한 온라인 학습 서비스를 분석 설계하여 Timed Button이라는 스마트 디바이스 간의 동기화 기법을 제시한다.
