디지털 콘텐츠 정보보호를 위한 저작권 관리시스템 설계 및 구현 (A Prototype of System Development for Digital Rights Management in Electronic Commerce)

  • The Internet provides a new way of doing business, but ease of copying and of sharing valuable digital information illegally across the Internet undermine many viable business models. This paper investigates the Digital Rights Management(DRM) as a means to provide safe protection and proper delivery of digital contents through the Information highway. First, we briefly summarize the current endeavor of DRM technical development and standardization process held in key technical working groups. Then, the paper provides a generic architecture for a DRM framework and shows the implementation of a prototype of DRM system incorporating key conceptual and technical standardization development. This study emphasizes the importance of developing the DRM architecture that provides the proper protection and safe transformation of digital contents in electronic commerce.

  • This Study intends to find the impact of industry type on the relationship between Electronic Commerce(EC) implementation and performance. For this purpose, empirical study of domestic small and medium enterprises(SMEs) is carried out to test the relationship between EC implementation and EC performance and the moderating effect of industry type on the relationship between them. Previous empirical studies on EC mostly focused on the adoption of EC by business firms, and also have been carried out with the data from big enterprises. More often than not, the results obtained from the large business firms are used to provide the guidelines for SMEs. SMEs are, however, different from large business firms in many aspects, and need to be studied on their own. Empirical test shows that there are differences between manufacturing industry and service industry in utilizing EC and in achieving EC performance. The results of data analysis indicate that the industry type of SMEs is moderating the relationship between EC implementation variables(EC type, EC strategy, EC formality and EC character) and EC performance variables(EC utilization, EC satisfaction and EC usefulness).

EC 효익과 경쟁전략과의 관계에 관한 실증분석 (Relationship between EC Benefits and Competitive Strategy)

  • A research model was developed to examine the relationship between the anticipated benefits of electronic commerce and competitive strategies. A survey questionnaire was sent to 2000 electronic shopping malls in Korea, and 102 usable responses were obtained. The survey asked about the anticipated benefits from using electronic commerce. The survey also asked about three strategies that they have been following to achieve business competitiveness. The results provide useful guideline to develop appropriate strategies and plans for effectively deploying and managing the use of the electronic commerce. Customer responsiveness was the most important factors among six benefit factors, namely customer responsiveness, market responsiveness, economies of production, internal organizational efficiency, overall performance, and flexibility. Overall performance also predicted a focus strategy whereas flexibility predicted a cost leadership strategy.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between website environmental characteristics (website characteristics, user characteristics, and external environments), satisfaction, trust and loyalty in tourism e-business (EC). The following results were determined by verifying five hypotheses using LlSREL. Website environments partially support perceived satisfaction and also perceived trust. Satisfaction has a strong effect upon perceived trust while satisfaction doesn't affect perceived loyalty. Trust significantly impacts perceived loyalty in tourism e-business (EC).

  • As the most widely used media of BtoB e-business, the e-Marketplace (EM) can play an important role in the age of c-commerce (collaborative commerce). In supply chain management (SCM) area, the relationship-based collaboration among partners has shown great efficiency. Although the collaboration is important in both areas of EM and SCM there has been a critical difference in the selection of trade partners between them. In this paper, the EM's collaborative stages for integration with its customer system are reviewed and a system architecture is proposed for EM's electronic functional role within the perspective of collaborative commerce and buyer-supplier relationship. The relationship-based BtoB commerce through EM is reviewed to explain that it can be more beneficial than the commerce based on the price competitive selection of trade partners. With the proposed system architecture, an EM can be the functional medium for the collaborative IOIS system architecture.

Offline-to-Online Service and Big Data Analysis for End-to-end Freight Management System

  • Freight management systems require a new business model for rapid decision making to improve their business processes by dynamically analyzing the previous experience data. Moreover, the amount of data generated by daily business activities to be analyzed for making better decisions is enormous. Online-to-offline or offline-to-online (O2O) is an electronic commerce (e-commerce) model used to combine the online and physical services. Data analysis is usually performed offline. In the present paper, to extend its benefits to online and to efficiently apply the big data analysis to the freight management system, we suggested a system architecture based on O2O services. We analyzed and extracted the useful knowledge from the real-time freight data for the period 2014-2017 aiming at further business development. The proposed system was deemed useful for truck management companies as it allowed dynamically obtaining the big data analysis results based on O2O services, which were used to optimize logistic freight, improve customer services, predict customer expectation, reduce costs and overhead by improving profit margins, and perform load balancing.

국제무역거래에서의 전자결제시스템 도입에 따른 과제 (Requisites for Adopting Electronic Payment Systems in International Trade Transactions)

  • 본 논문은 전자무역거래의 환경하에서 활용될 수 있는 전자결제시스템의 유형과 현재 제공되고 있는 국제전자결제시스템의 활용상의 문제점을 살펴 보고 전자무역을 활성화할 수 있는 전자결제시스템의 발전방안을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 현재 전자무역거래에서 활용될 수 있는 전자결제시스템은 전자화폐(electronic cash), 전자수표(electronic check), 전자자금이체(electronic fund transfer), 트레이드카드(tradecard) 및 스위프트 시스템에 의한 전자신용장(electronic L/C by SWIFT system) 등이 있다. 하지만 이들에 대한 전자결제시스템의 보안성, 안정성 및 연동성을 포함하는 제도와 인프라가 제대로 구축되고 있지 않아 사용하는데 한계성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 아직 정착되고 있지 못한 국제전자결제시스템의 발전을 위해서는 정보보안기술과 인증시스템의 구축이 필요하고, 걸제서류가 전자문서로 교환될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 스위프트시스템의 네트워크를 스위프트넷에 의하여 모든 당사자간에 연동시켜 안정성 있게 운용되어야 하고 기업간 거래를 위한 전자신용장을 정착시켜야 한다. 이와 더불어 전자결제와 관련된 법적${\cdot}$제도적인 국내외 인프라를 구축하여 국제전자결제시스템의 통합적 지침을 제공할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

모바일 커머스의 성공 요인들에 관한 연구 : 가치 중심적인 분석 (Mobile Commerce Success Factors: A Value-Focused Analysis)

  • 최근 모바일 핸드셋을 포함한 모바일 서비스의 보급률이 향상되고, 소비자들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 모바일 데이터 서비스들이 우리의 생활 전반에 급격히 확산되고 있다. 이러한 모바일 커머스의 환경에서 기업은 효과적 인 상품 개발과 서비스를 위해 사용자들이 모바일 커머스에서 중요하게 고려하는 가치가 무엇인지를 파악할 필요가 있다. 모바일 커머스에 관한 연구들이 활성화 되어가고는 있지만 아직까지 사용자 관점에서 접근한 모바일 커머스의 가치에 대하여 학술적으로 합의된 분석 프레임웍은 없는 것으로 보이며 기존의 연구들은 기술 중심적인 연구에 치중되어 있거나 모바일 커머스에 적합하지 않을 수 있는 기존의 프레임웍을 적용하여 실증하기 위한 연구들이 주류를 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Keeney의 가치 중심적인 사고(Value-focused thinking) 기법을 활용하여 70명의 모바일 커머스 사용자들에게 모바일 커머스 사용의 장단점에 대하여 인터뷰를 실시하였고 그 결과 738개의 문장을 수집하여 중복되는 내용을 제거하고 182개의 일반 형태를 추출하여 이를 다시 그룹화 하여 11개의 근본적인 목표들(fundamental objectives)과 18개의 중간 수단의 목표들(means objectives)로 분류하여, 최종 목표의 가치와 그것을 달성하는 데 필요한 수단 목표 가치를 체계화하여 수단-최종 목표 네트워크(means-ends network)를 도출하였다. 이러한 사용자의 관점에서 접근한 모바일 커머스의 가치 프레임웍은 학문적으로 뿐 아니라 실무에서도 유용한 구성 개념으로 고객이 기꺼이 지불할 의사가 있는 모바일 커머스 서비스의 관심사로서 향후 기업이 모바일 비즈니스에 추구할 수 있는 모바일 커머스의 기술 및 서비스 상품개발과 설계에 도움이 될 것이다.

  • The current economic environmental changes such as globalization, information and opening of the market is calling for or needing the more rapid change of management and/or marketing strategies of the company than they did before to survive in tile borderless international competition. Under this situation, this study focuses on the correspondence strategies of Electronic Commerce which is one of the key elements to overcome or lead the above demands through seeking the problems of the current EC acception and application specially in Chollabuk Do province. For the above purpose, this study surveys the questionary with business firms of above area and figures out what is the correlation between business form and size and EC acception and application and what is the problems on it. And than provides several counter strategies which are following based on the survey to keep this area companies from out of business and lead the above economic environmental changes. To expand the adoption and application of EC to this area, firstly, top managers of the company must recognize the necessity and importance of EC compared with traditional commerce and change their perception and attitude concerning EC positively, and than try to accept it as soon as possible. Secondly, the company need the retained earning to invest to EC and educate their managers and employees with total participation. Thirdly, local government has to improve its attention to EC as a best way or opportunity to reduce and overcome the economical gap and development its economy because EC can remove the physical time or distance and space, scale and capital limitations. Finally, government has to expand and establish information infrastructure such as technical infrastructure(communication and security technology), Functional infrastructure like standard protocol, Organizational infrastructure(interchange agreement, relative law) and social infrastructure to improve efficient electronic transaction which can Increase the company' international compatitiveness under the current economy trend.

전자상거래상의 인터넷 에스크로 서비스의 규제에 관한 연구 (A Study of Regulating Internet Escrow Services in Electronic Commerce)

  • As with the fast spread of internet uses in recent years, electronic commerce has evolved. The proliferation of electronic commerce has increased diverse forms of fraud cases since internet helps intended criminals remain anonymous. In absence of effective tools to warrant the reliability of parties offering products or services through electronic commerce, consumers have to absorb damages unfairly. Internet escrow service has been considered to be an option to establish reliability between buyers and sellers and to protect consumers from possible fraud cases. However, like other industries, fraudulent escrow services have appeared in internet. This study has been intended to analyze fraudulent internet escrow services and to propose an effective regulatory system of internet escrow services. To do that, this study benchmarked the regulation of the State of California, primarily focusing on the formation of escrow company, regulation of escrow business, and remedies for wrongdoing, so Korea can consider the adoption of similar systems.
