This article analyzed and compared with the various ways of Indian ADR such as negotiation, mediation, conciliation, Lok Adalat and arbitration in order to help the Korean traders who enter into business with the Indian companies to settle their disputes efficiently. In conclusion, this article suggests the following ways to overcome problems of dispute with Indian companies: First, the Korean companies should recognize the characteristics of Indian ADR Ways respectively. Second, the Korean companies should utilize the conciliation or the mediation in small claim but arbitration in large claim. Third, Write a contract and insert the KCAB's standard arbitration clause in their contract.

In this paper we expand on the notion of "integration" in terms of the variety of ways in which it would manifest itself in business education. Our main argument is that "integration" is multidimensional and has been manifest in pedagogy, research and service dimensions of university programs for a long time. However, assessments of "integration" efforts have been spotty thus far and only recently are being formalized. We present several examples in business curriculum and with increased focus on formal assessments of "integration" efforts, business education will become more pragmatic. The goal of this paper is to unpack the broad construct of "integration," and discuss its historical and current manifestations in business education. Ultimately, we conclude that while the process of integrative thinking is well underway for a long time in business education, the assessment of outcomes of integrative thinking is just taking root through formal ETS tests. We believe that integrative thinking in business education is an ultimate indicator of the effectiveness of the business curriculum, as students skilled in this area will be best prepared for the real-life jobs in the market place.
According to the Fisheries Cooperative Law, the Fisheries Cooperative has made a substantial contribution to the development of Korea's fisheries industry amid the nation's rapid economic growth and drastic social changes since its establishment in April 1st 1962, It is, however, generally believed that the cooperative has made a poor performance in improving its business constitution. Therefore, the reform of its board of director system is one of the ways to strengthen the constitution. For the purpose of making the board of director system to operate rationally, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of this study, such as research background and objectives. Chapter II focuses on the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director: its function, composition, and election. Chapter III analyzes the responses of the Fisheries cooperatives to questionnaires about the board of director system, and subsequently presents the causes and the meaning of the analysis results. Chapter IV deals with the various ways to improve the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director system, including director and cooperative governance. Finally, Chapter V draws a conclusion of this study. The independent function of the Cooperative's board of director and responsible directorship is one of the most important factors which can prevent the Cooperative from insolvency. Unlike the past, not only it has become difficult to keep the Cooperative's business under the government's support, but also the Cooperative itself is now facing a situation where the support from the government cannot be expected. This ist he reason why the Cooperative should manage itself autonomously, workout its organization, and respond to the current situation with a renovativemanagement and business strategy. Therefore, a rational operation of the board of director is urgently needed.

Web businesses are one of the most dynamic industries where lots of new business models are emerging while the other obsoleted ones are fading away almost every day. It is, therefore, difficult to establish a classification scheme for ever-changing web businesses. Previous researches on business models focus on classifying web businesses in one dimension which made some web sites difficult to fit into one category. We propose two dimensional classification scheme based on the means and the sources of revenue. The two dimensional classification provides more clear and broad perspectives of the web businesses and ways to identify web sites in combinations of several business models.
The demands for continuous process optimization require a radical rethinking of how information systems are designed and constructed. Information systems must be capable of sustained, graceful change in response to evolving business requirements. This proposition is supported by the fact that information systems have helped increase productivity only when they were built to support new and better ways of conducting the business. In such context, business process engineering (BPF) is recognized the first but most critical stage in developing information systems as well as in launching business improvement and innovation projects. However, more often, there exist great gaps and inconsistencies between the results of BPE and the business itself, which turn into huge maintenance overhead during an information system lifecycle. In order to solve such an ever lasting problem, this paper orthogonal models, procedure, guide, and work flow are constructed in our engineering discussions focus on decentralized organizations, the method is general enough to be applied easily to other types of organizations without difficulties.

According to government white paper, Korea's electronic commerce records expansion stage in its volume and variety. Although Korea has remarkable EC records, still some differences are existed compare to the developed countries. IT in the developed countries, played an engine for the economic restructuring as well as for the economic growth. But in Korea, it's not fully utilized by the reasons of economic and noneconomic bottlenecks. Under the digital economic surroundings, EC or e-Business, is a business system to achieve the economic efficiency in the levels of an organization as well as a nation. So, we have to find the ways to utilize our EC infrastructure to contribute for the nation's global competitiveness. To find the way, this study recommends two types of policies, pull and push, beyond the OECD's suggestion, to government in order to expansion of EC, especially B2B EC.

During the 1990s the workplace has grown more complex and business competition has increased world-wide. All organizations, whether for-profit or non-profit have been forced to respond to market changes. More advanced information and technology, greater product diversity, shorter product life cycles, increased quality requirements, more regulation oversight, decreasing productivity, more competitors, and increasing overhead costs have motivated organizations to focus on ways to deliver products cheaper, better, and faster. Many organizations are searching for ways to reduce costs through downsizing, reengineering business processes, implementing quality management, outsourcing, and improving cost management. Support departments that provide services internal to an organization such as human resources, legal, and environmental, safety, and health (ES&H) are often the first organization targeted for cost reduction and cost control initiatives because these functions are part of a rapidly increasing overhead cost. Recently, ES&H functions are incresingly being integrated into the business of business to contribute value to organization beyond mere compliance with ES&H regulations. The discussions and development of the ISO compatible Environmental Management Standards or Occupational Safety and Health Management Standards is another impetus to integrate ES&H function into the business of business. Thus, ES&H professional need new skills to analyze the cost of their function and communicate the value of the products and services they provide. In recent years, the need for and the importance developing cost management and business skills by ES&H professionals have been emphasized in the literature. Communicating with decision makers in terms of cost and value to the organization, and by using business language and business arguments is the first step toward effectively integrating ES&H activities into the business of business. Activity-based costing (ABC) is a cost management method that measures the cost of a product or service based on the actual use of resources by activities, and based on the actual amount of activities used to produce a product or service. ABC is recommended as a tool for managers of ES&H organizations to determine the cost of developing and providing ES&H products within a for-profit firm or non-profit agency. This paper discusses the trend of integration of ES&H functions into the mainstream of business activities within an organization. The general principles of treditional cost accounting are presented as a bases for understandging why and how ABC will provide more accurate estimates of cost. The principles and concepts of ABS are presented as a tool for determining more accurately the true cost of ES&H products and services.
