  • This study aims to analyze the important role of business analytics capability, information quality, and innovation capability in influencing organization agility and organization performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data was collected from 76 companies from various sectors in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between variables and test a series of hypotheses. Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA), a useful analysis approach in PLS-SEM, is used, which extends the results of the estimated path coefficient (importance) by adding a dimension that considers the average values of the latent variable scores (performance). The IPMA approach examines not only the performance of an item but also the importance of that item. The results show that business analytics capability has a significant effect on information quality and innovation capability which then affects organization agility. Organizational performance is influenced by organizational agility. IPMA results show that organizational agility has the highest level of impact on organizational performance. This study will assist companies in planning business analytics, improving information quality, increasing innovation capability, and ultimately increasing agility and performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study will add to existing knowledge about previous literature, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

  • Purpose: Dining out at restaurants was limited during the COVID-19 period. In order to confirm the impact of COVID-19 on the chicken market, this study selected three chicken companies, Kyochon, BBQ, and BHC, and conducted financial statement analysis and regression analysis. Research design and methodology: Each company's financial statements were divided into before and after COVID-19, and the rate of change and financial ratio for each item were calculated to see if there were any significant changes, and the impact of COVID-19 on each company's sales was identified through regression analysis. Result: As a result of the study, the increase in sales and assets of each company continued, and the influence of COVID-19 could be confirmed through regression analysis. It can be inferred that COVID-19 indeed affected the expansion of the chicken market. Conclusion: Therefore, it was confirmed through this study that COVID-19 had a significant effect on the growth of the chicken market. While individual chicken small business owners are grappling with declining sales per outlet, the decline of commercial areas, and a surge in closures, the broader chicken franchise industry is witnessing a surge in demand and business expansion prompted by the pandemic.

  • Purpose: This study intends to provide decision-making information to improve efficiency by analyzing the management efficiency of smart greenhouse business entities and identifying factors that affect the efficiency based on input and output. Methods: The subjects of analysis were business entities for cultivating strawberries in smart greenhouses in Jeolla region (northern and southern Jeolla provinces), and the analysis focused on the management performance of the 2019-2020 crop period (year). Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) was applied as an analysis method for efficiency analysis, Quantile Regression(QR) analysis was applied as a factor affecting the efficiency. Results: The reason for the efficiency gap between business entities was that there were many business entities that did not minimize the input cost at the current level of output, and the area where the variance among business entities was large was the fixed cost per 10a. In the results of the affecting factor analysis, it was found that the seed-seedlings cost, fertilizer cost, other material cost, and employment and labor cost had a negative (-) effect on the efficiency, and that the repair and maintenance cost had a positive (+) effect. Conclusion: Therefore, to achieve the efficiency of scale, it is necessary to reduce the input scale to an appropriate level. In the case of business entities with low efficiency by quartile, the seed-seedlings, fertilizer, and other material costs reduce expenditures, and repair maintenance costs can improve efficiency by increasing expenditures.

This will also have an impact on regional development. This study aims to find the effect of climate, disaster, and social community on rural development. This study uses data on the potential of rural development from PODES 2014, and 2018 data collection on climate conditions and regional status is sourced from relevant ministries. This research uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Regression Analysis method, then continued with CHAID analysis to find the segmentation of the role of climate, disaster, and social factors on rural development. The results of this study found that all research regressor variables significantly influence the Rural Development Index (IPD2018), with an R-squared value of 32.9 percent. Efforts need to be taken in order to implement policies that are targeted, effective, and efficient. The results of this study can be a reference for the government in determining policies by focusing on rural development that have high duration of sunshine, cultivating natural disaster warnings, especially in areas prone to natural disasters, and need to focus on underdeveloped areas.

Therefore, this study was conducted to find out the relationship between CEO overconfidence and dividend policy in industrial enterprises in Vietnam. Data collected from 222 industry enterprises listed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2018. Data is collected on financial statements of listed companies. GLS model with panel data is used to analyze regression results. The results show that CEO overconfidence has dividend yield higher than CEO non-overconfidence. At the same time, the dividend payout ratio of enterprises has no difference between CEO overconfidence and CEO non-overconfidence. The results also showed that revenue growth has a positive impact on dividend yield in small enterprises, but negative impact on dividend payout in large enterprises. Research results by firm size have similar results with the general analysis for all enterprises. At the same time, the analysis of ownership type shows that CEO overconfidence has a positive impact on dividend yield of non-state enterprises without affecting other types of enterprises. From these results, the authors also made a number of recommendations to help investors choose businesses to invest in accordance with their strategies.

After applying Cronbach's Alpha and Explore Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis, Durbin-Watson test, empirical results demonstrate that relationship among co-workers has a significant and positive contribution on the maintenance of human resources in the organization. Additionally, higher welfare facilities for an employee are more likely to impact the maintenance of human resources in the organization.
