The results of this study on problems and activation plans of venture business are as follows. First, to ensure substantiality of venture business 1) To prepare and support venture investment capital. 2) To make eggective use of founding capital of venture business. 3) To establish the overall supporting system for founding of venture business. 4) To maintain and ensure manpower for venture business. Second. to prepare investment base for venture business 1) To induce the enlargement of venture investment unions. 2) To ensure the sound trust of KOSDAQ. 3) To permantly setup angel capital investment market. 4) To ensure joint system for R&D and knowledge management, and so forth. Third, to promote environment for the founding of venture business 1) To enlarge and roar business incubator (BI) 2) To establish acts of venture complex. 3) To uplift creative tension feeling and entrepreneurship. 4) To maximum the support for adminstration approvals, and so forth. Fourth, to make global strategy for venture business 1) To furnish oversea venture chances for globaligation to venture business. 2) To operate information network. 3) To establish integrating system of oversea support offices. Fifth, to support capital and tax 1) To activate functions of investment organs. 2) To increase the number of venture investment company. 3) To permanently organige angel capitalists. 4) To reduce and exampt the corporation tax, and the like. Above mentioned results of this study have to be practiced, and in future, subdivided studies will be needed.

True process collaboration can be accomplished through seamless integration of business processes and enterprise knowledge. Therefore, it is natural that the concept of Business Operating System (BOS), proposed by Delphi Group in 1994, is currently considered as a next evolutionary step for Business Process Management System (BPMS). Literature reports very little work, however, especially, on a comprehensive architecture of the system. This paper proposes an architecture of BOS with the following definition: ' BOS is an intelligent activity supporting system that provides a comprehensive and personalized work environment to each knowledge-intensive worker. ' To propose an architecture of BOS, the paper first identifies and classifies functional requirements for Business Operating System. Then, it proposes a data model and an architecture of the system to satisfy the functional requirements. The proposed architecture focuses on two essential technical requirements. First, the system should provide an effective means to integrate data and processes and to standardize distributed component systems. Secondly, the system should also be intelligent enough to assist workers to perform their knowledge-intensive work. The paper shows how these requirements can be achieved by using Semantic Web and Web Service.

It has been argued theoretically and empirically that the analysis of business processes requires the decomposition of an integrated system. However, in order to innovate a business process, cognitive integration activities that try to understand the decomposed features of the business process as an integrated system are essential. This research aims at 1) empirically investigating the cognitive process of integrating multiple diagrams while using object-oriented methodologies in process modeling ; 2) identifying a cognitive integration strategy that supports the successful comprehension of business processes with the use of multiple diagrams ; and 3) proposing guidelines for developing supporting tools for effective business process engineering by using object-oriented process modeling.

비즈니스 인텔리젼스에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 핵심 기술로써 데이타마이닝의 적용이 증대되고 있다. e-Business에서의 비즈니스 인텔리젼스를 지원하기 위해 다양한 마이닝 연산을 통합적으로 제공하는 마이닝 시스템은 데이타베이스 시스템과 유연하게 통합될 수 있어야 하며, 또한 다양한 비즈니스 응용에서의 마케팅 프로세스를 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하여야 한다. 이 연구에서는 e-Business영역에서의 BI를 지원하기 위해 데이타마이닝 기법을 통합적으로 제공하는 시스템으로써 EC-DaMiner 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 데이타마이닝 시스템은 기존의 데이타베이스 시스템과의 표준적인 인터페이스를 통하여 연동될 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러 비즈니스 어플리케이션들은 마이닝 질의어인 MQL을 통하여 규칙을 탐사하고 탐사된 규칙을 기존의 마케팅 데이타베이스에 모델화하여 반영함으로써 마케팅 전략의 구현을 용이하게 하였다.

최근 컴퓨팅 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅 환경에서 네트워크 컴퓨팅 시대를 지나 인터넷 컴퓨팅 시대가 도래하고 있다. 인터넷 사용이 보편화되어 감에 따라 기업의 정보 시스템이 인터넷 기반의 인트라넷/익스트라넷 시스템으로 구축되어 가고 있으며 미래의 비즈니스 환경은 기업의 이익 및 효율성을 최대화하기 위해 기업간 전자상거래가 보편화될 것으로 예상된다. <중략> 본 논문에서는 기업간 전자상거래의 통합 데이터 환경을 위하여 각 기업에 존재하는 기존의 시스템을 유지하면서 이질적인 데이터베이스들을 투명하게 접근할 수 있는 방법으로 웹 환경에서 Java/CORBA 기술, 관계형 및 객체지향형 데이터베이스와 파일 정보를 수용하기 위한 객체 질의 언어를 사용하는 데이터 공유 지원 시스템을 설계 및 구현 한다.

Companies have made an investment of cost and time to optimize processing of a new business model in a cloud environment, applying collaboration technology utilizing business processes in a social network. The collaborative processing method changed from traditional BPM to the cloud and a mobile cloud environment. We proposed a collaborative system for operating processes in social networks using MOXMDR-DAI+ (eXtended Metadata Registry-Data Access & Integration based multimedia ontology). The system operating cloud-based collaborative processes in application of MOXMDR-DAI+, which was suitable for data interoperation. MOXMDR-DAI+ applied to this system was an agent effectively supporting access and integration between multimedia content metadata schema and instance, which were necessary for data interoperation, of individual local system in the cloud environment, operating collaborative processes in the social network. In operating the social network-based collaborative processes, there occurred heterogeneousness such as schema structure and semantic collision due to queries in the processes and unit conversion between instances. It aimed to solve the occurrence of heterogeneousness in the process of metadata mapping using MOXMDR-DAI+ in the system. The system proposed in this study can visualize business processes. And it makes it easier to operate the collaboration process through mobile support. Real-time status monitoring of the operation process is possible through the dashboard, and it is possible to perform a collaborative process through expert search using a community in a social network environment.

지역산업 지원사업은 지역환경의 여건과 제도적 변화와 더불어 지난 10년 동안 꾸준히 확대되어 왔다. 특히 정부주도의 산업정책에서 지역주도의 산업정책으로 패러다임이 변모하면서 지역 전략산업 및 특화산업 육성, 기술지원, 기업지원 사업 등 지역산업 육성을 위한 다양한 지원체계를 갖추게 되었다. 그동안 지역 내에서 다양하게 전개된 지역산업 지원사업의 성과와 효율성에 대한 필요성이 제기되면서 지역전략산업 육성정책을 중심으로 통합적 관점의 종합발전계획과 사업추진전략의 중요성이 부각되었다. 지역산업 지원사업의 총체적인 맥락에서 중복사업의 조정과 핵심역량을 집중적으로 관리하고 수요자 중심의 지원체계에 대한 프레임을 수립하는 것이 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성과중심의 자율적 지역사업 포트폴리오를 구성하고 지역 전략산업의 특성 및 지원사업 유형에 따른 지역산업 육성 투자우선순위 도출을 위한 의사결정모형을 설정하여 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 충남전략산업 지원사업의 투자우선순위 의사결정을 위해 충남지역의 전략산업 및 지역산업 지원사업을 대상으로 AHP분석을 통해 전략산업과 지원사업유형별 투자우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구결과 전략산업 및 사업유형에 따른 중요도의 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 즉, 사업유형의 우선순위가 전략산업에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것으로 볼 때 획일화된 기업지원 정책에서 벗어나 전략산업이나 기업규모에 따른 차별화된 기업지원 정책의 다양성이 요구된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 체계적인 정책수립 및 지원을 통해 기업의 경쟁력 강화 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있도록 전략산업을 집중육성하고 차별화된 지원정책을 개발해야 할 것이다.

미래의 기업은 B to B기반의 전자거래 형태로 실현된다. B to B모델의 기본 개념은 작업 프로세스, 구성원과 지원 환경으로 구성된다. 작업 프로세스는 정보 프로세스, 기술과 표준과 관련되며 작업 프로세스의 요소는 디지털 데이터 교환, 데이터 공유 및 협업 작업으로 이루어 진다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 B to 13 모델의 전자거래를 위한 구성요소인 작업 처리를 위한XML 기반 비즈니스 흐름관리기를 설계 및 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비즈니스 흐름관리기는 인터넷상에서 전자거래 시스템을 구축하기 위한 추매관리, 입찰관리 및 조달관리를 포함하는 전자입찰 시스템의 자동화를 실현시킨다. XML은 데이터의 공유 및 교환을 위한 표준화된 문서로써 사용 가능하며 독립적인 플랫폼을 제공한다.

E-business가 상용화됨에 따라 많은 기업들이 인터넷을 통해 B2B, B2C 등의 상거래를 하고 있다. 이러한 웹 기반 전자상거래를 지원하려면 그 회사의 이미지를 고객에게 홍보할 수 있는 홈페이지나 쇼핑몰을 구축해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 관련 홈페이지 및 쇼핑몰 구축시에 공통으로 사용되는 컴포넌트들을 기능에 따라 분류하고, 이 컴포넌트들의 정보, 검색, 편집 둥의 환경을 지원하는 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 적용사례로서 상품의 구매과정을 도메인 분석하여 필요한 컴포넌트들을 추출하여 보았다. 설계된 프로토타입은 웹 기반 컴포넌트 관리 시스템 개발에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose - This study aimed to explore and examine the government policies and supporting systems of the traditional market in Korea. Research design / data / methodology - Recognizing these problems, the Korean government enacted three special legislations and adopted six support policies in support of the traditional markets. Results - Those markets with modernized stores, parking lots, and arcades have certainly increased sales and the number of customers. However, this uniform modernization support policy was short of supporting strategies that could have developed characteristics and advantages of each market, so many markets and merchants lost self-sustainable ability and ended up with relying on government support. Conclusions - The study indicates that Small & Medium Business Administration's role in implementing government policies including selection of the markets that needed to be modernized, developing commercial areas in connection with traditional market and neighboring shopping streets, customizing and improving distribution system, developing specialty stores, merchant college, merchants' self-sustainable ability, and creating convenient and safe shopping environment is vital to traditional markets' future success.
