The main idea of this study is to propose a BIM-based automation system drawing up a report of energy conservation plan in the architecture division. In order to obtain a building permit, an energy conservation plan must be prepared for buildings with a total floor area of 500m² or more under the current law. Currently, it is adopted as a general method to complete a report by obtaining data and drawings necessary for an energy conservation plan through manual work and input them directly into the verification system. This method takes a lot of effort and time in the design phase which ultimately increases the initial cost of the business, including the services of companies specialized in the environmental field. However, in preparation for mandatory BIM work process in the future, it is necessary to introduce BIM-based automatic creation system that has an advantage for shortening the whole process to enable rapid permission of energy-saving designs for buildings. There may be many methods of automation, but this study introduces how to build an application using Dynamo of Revit, in terms of utilizing BIM, and write an energy conservation plan by automatic completion of report through Dynamo and Excel's VBA algorithm, which can save time and cost in preparing the report of energy conservation plan compared with the manual process. Also we have insisted that the digital transformation of architectural process is a necessary for an efficient use of our automation system in the current energy conservation plan workflow.

프로세스 마이닝에서는 일반적으로 SAP ERP와 같은 정보시스템이 남기는 시스템의 디폴트 로그를 분석해왔지만, RPA라는 자동화 소프트웨어의 사용이 확대됨에 따라 RPA 봇이 남기는 로그를 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 RPA 봇을 국내 제조기업(코스메틱 분야) 3개 사의 업무에 적용하여 로그를 남긴 후 분석함으로써 현업의 RPA 자동화에 대한 실제 현황을 파악하였다. Uipath와 파이썬을 이용하여 RPA 봇을 구현하고 로그를 남겼으며, 봇이 남긴 로그의 분석을 위해서는 프로세스 마이닝 전용 소프트웨어인 Disco를 사용하였다. 프로세스 마이닝을 통해 봇의 활용성과 성능이라는 두 측면에서 로그 분석을 해 본 결과, 개선 요구사항을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 특히 봇의 활용성 측면에서 활용도를 높여야 하는 경우가 많았고, 수행과정에서 오류나 예외발생 및 수행시간이 길어지는 구간이 발견된다는 점에서 모든 사례에서 개선 지점이 존재하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석은 설문이나 인터뷰에 의존했던 기존의 정성적 방법이 아닌 데이터를 활용한 증거 기반의 분석으로 봇의 자동화 현황과 성과를 분석한다는 점에서 매우 과학적이며 또 현업의 업무에 적용된 사례라는 점에서 실증적 의미를 갖는다. 나아가 '로그 마이닝 기반 자동화 현황 분석'은 봇 행동 최적화를 위한 의미있는 기초 단계로, 궁극적으로 프로세스 경영을 수행할 수 있는 토대가 된다고 볼 수 있다.

Traditional intermediaries refer to service providers such as travel agents, real estate brokers, job agencies and insurance agents which matching services for buyers and suppliers in a traditional market. The introduction of Electronic commerce resulted in the automation of many tasks provided by intermediaries and seemed to eliminate the role of many traditional intermediaries, which is called disintermediation. However, depending on their market power, traditional intermediaries either will be disintermediated or fill new roles by providing added value and assistance, which is called reintermediation. According to the research of Alina M. Chircu et al. there are three conditions for reintermediation for traditional intermediaries. Three conditions are weak appropriability of EC innovations, ownership of co-specialized assets for both market intermediation and EC innovations and economies of scale. Besides these three reintermediation conditions, we hypothesize that leveraging BPO can be a suitable strategy for traditional intermediaries to be transformed into reintermediaries. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the leveraging of technology or specialist process vendors to provide and manage an organization's critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. This paper will investigate the relationship between above reintermediation conditions including BPO and reintermediation.

비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 (Business Process Management. BPM)는 이 기종 시스템간의 통합을 추구하면서 비즈니스 프로세스의 수명주기를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 최근의 정보시스템 추세중의 하나이다. 이러한 BPM은 e-Business와 같이 다수의 조직 및 기업이 상호작용 하여 이루어지는 복잡한 프로세스의 자동실행을 위해서는 반드시 필요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 다조직 프로세스에서는 각 비즈니스 주체들간에 자원의 변경과정을 이해하고 명확히 하는 것 이 중요하다. 그러나, 부족한 용량, 프로세스 구조의 복잡성 및 모델의 부재로 인하여 자원의 변경관리가 어려운 문제로 인식되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 프레임워크를 제안하여 비즈니스 프로세스 자원의 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나인 문서의 변경을 지원한다. 이를 위하여 기존프로세스자동화 도구에서와 같이 프로세스수명주기를 '정의 시'와 '실행 시'의 두 가지로 구분하고 프로세스 진행과정에서 문서의 변경을 관리할 수 있는 새로운 모듈을 도입하여 추가한다. 제안된 방법론은 문서 구조모델, 프로세스 구조모델, 문서와 프로세스간 연계모델과 버전 저장모델을 제공한다. 이러한 프레임워크의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 원형을 구현하여 본 논문에 제시한다.

There are two newly emerging research issues in the enterprise information systems literature. One is the scalability issue for rapidly increasing choreographic volumes between interrelated organizations. The other is the business intelligence issue for traceable and monitorable business processes and services interchanging e-Business data and applications across organizations. Based upon these emerging issues, through a functional extension of the ebXML technology we have developed a process-driven e- Business service integration (BSI) system, which is named ‘e-Lollapalooza’. It consists of three major components ? the Choreography Modeler coping with the processdriven collaboration issue, the Runtime & Monitoring Client for coping with the business intelligence issue and the EJB-based BSI Engine coping with the scalability issue. This paper particularly focuses on the e-Lollapalooza’s development aspects for supporting the ebXML-based choreography and orchestration among the engaged organizations in a process-driven multiparty collaboration for e-Logistics and e- Commerce services. Here, it is fully deployed in an EJB-based middleware computing environment for e-Logistics process automation and B2B choreography.

정보 및 네트워크 기술의 발전과 시장의 세계화는, 기업들로 하여금 e-business 환경에서 전자적으로 협업을 수행하고 보다 원활하게 정보를 교환할 수 있는 시스템을 필요하도록 만들고 있다. 본 논문은 국제 전자상거래 표준으로 권고되고 있는 ebXML e-business framework에 기반한 업무 프로세스 자동화 시스템을 제시함으로써, 여러 기업이 인터넷을 통해 업무 프로세스를 통합하는 것을 효율적으로 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

In the real world, business processes are very complex and composed or heterogeneous business activities. As the advent or the Web services enables business processes to be Integrated and to be automated. It makes enterprises integrate heterogeneous business processes from different business partners as well as their internal business processes. To support recent trends in integration of business processes, BPEL, WS-E and WS-T specipications have been established since 2002 WS-C and WS-T describe the reliable business environment including compensation (undo) or completed business processes. The compensation of business processes is a basic requirement for automation or business processes among business partners. Systems implementing these specifications, however, very rarely exist. It's not only because those specifications are developed recently. but also because they are not perfect yet. In this paper, a new business process transaction management, which complements the deficiency of WS-E and WS-T, is suggested. Furthermore, the new approach proposes the business logics for supervisory coordinators which manage serial and parallel business gates The modification or traditional WS-T specification and the simplification or WS-E specification make business processes managed effectively.

사회과학 연구과정에서 많은 부분은 자동화가 가능하며, 자동화 시스템을 이용하면 연구의 효율성과 연구과정의 획기적인 개선을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 기반으로 설문지 작성을 자동화하고, 웹과 인터넷을 이용한 자료수집을 지원하며 수집된 자료를 자동적으로 통계 처리하는 사회과학연구 자동화 시스템을 개발하였다. 클라우드 기반의 사회과학연구 자동화 시스템은 GNU/GPL 기반의 오픈소스 소프트웨어들로 개발되었고, 특히 통계분석이 가능한 R 패키지들을 사용하여 일반통계는 물론 PLS 구조방정식모델링, 매개효과분석, 조절효과분석, 그룹비교분석 등의 고급통계분석 기능을 지원하도록 구현되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 클라우드 기반의 사회과학연구 자동화 시스템은 사회과학 연구절차를 개선하고 사회과학 연구를 효율적으로 수행하는데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

비지니스 프로세스를 근본적으로 개선하는 접근방법으로 BPR이 주목받고 있으며 최근에는 비지니스 프로세스의 속도향상과 기술자의 생산성 향상을 목적으로 작업흐름 관리와 자동화에 특히 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소프트웨어공학 분야에서도 프로세스에 초점을 맞춘 접근방법으로 소프트웨어 프로세스 공학이 주목받기 시작하고 있으며 소프트웨어의 생산성 및 품질 향상과 개발기간의 단축을 위해 소프트웨어 프로세스를 근본적으로 개혁하기 위한 방안으로 SPR에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 리엔지니어링 방법론 확립의 일환으로서 소프트웨어 프로세스의 작업흐름 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 작업흐름 분석과 설계방안을 구축하였다. 즉, SPR 프로세스와 소프트웨어 프로세스의 구조를 모델화하는 과정과 소프트웨어 프로세스의 구조를 분석하여 소프트웨어 프로세스의 작업흐름 모델을 구축하는 작업흐름 분석 기법과 작업흐름 소프트웨어의 명세정의 기법에 대한 방안을 강구하였다.

4차 산업 혁명 시대를 거치며 자동화의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 최근 들어 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)를 활용한 업무 자동화 솔루션 또한 주목받고 있는 추세이다. 급속하게 성장하고 있는 RPA 시장에 비해 이와 관련한 IT기술은 널리 보급되지 못했고 인력난 등의 문제는 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 RPA의 정의 및 특징, 운영 형태에 따른 분류, RPA 솔루션과 도입으로 인한 영향 등을 알아보며 짧은 시간 내 기업에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 이와 관련한 시사점을 통해 RPA의 발전 방향성을 제시한다.
