  • It was only 2010 when start-up education spread to undergraduate education in South Korea. Start-up education was conducted so late that there are insufficient studies of evaluation and feedback on the effectiveness of start-up education. Education is a complex concept of teaching people in a desirable direction and developing their inherent abilities. Based on this, start-up education can be defined as cultivating students' entrepreneurial spirit internally and making them exhibit start-up competence externally by teaching them the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for business start-up and developing abilities such as creativity, challenge spirit and problem-solving skills. This study conducted pre and post survey to check if the education camp for the technology start-up, which is a practice-oriented start-up education, has an effect on the change of the participating students' perceptions about the business start-up. This study would analyze various factors of college students' business start-up through a factorial analysis so that the quantitative accumulation of start-up education can lead to a qualitative change and propose measures for the management of the quality of the education.

  • Compared to the significant approach of project-based learning research, a data-driven design project-based learning has not reached a meaningful consensus regarding the most valid and reliable method for assessing design creativity. This article proposes an advanced information data-interactive learning system for creative design using a service design process that combines a design thinking. We propose a service framework to improve the convergence design process between students and advanced information data analysis, allowing students to participate actively in the data visualization and research using patent data. Solving a design problem by discovery and interpretation process, the Advanced information-interactive learning framework allows the students to verify the creative idea values or to ideate new factors and the associated various feasible solutions. The student can perform the patent data according to a business intelligence platform. Most of the new ideas for solving design projects are evaluated through complete patent data analysis and visualization in the beginning of the service design process. In this article, we propose to adapt advanced information data to educate the service design process, allowing the students to evaluate their own idea and define the problems iteratively until satisfaction. Quantitative evaluation results have shown that the advanced information data-driven learning system approach can improve the design project - based learning results in terms of design creativity. Our findings can contribute to data-driven project-based learning for advanced information data that play a crucial role in convergence design in related standards and other smart educational fields that are linked.

  • This study suggests a Korean fashion design education model through a comparison of the fashion design curriculum and education systems in the USA, Europe, and Korea. For this, a case study of fashion design curriculum and education systems in the USA was performed with literature reviews about education methodology and design process to develop creativity, following the prior study, A Comparative Study on Fashion Design in Europe and Korea. For the case study, 12 superior fashion design education institutions in the USA were chosen from fashionista (N.Y.) and the goals, the emphases, the constitution of the online curriculum of each undergraduate fashion design course were examined. As a result of this study, Korean fashion design education model (1+2.5+0.5 model), was proposed by integrating the education systems of the USA and Europe, as follow: First, Korean fashion design education institutions need to be characterized and the departments/majors should be gradually specialized by the major. Second, foundation courses prior to undergraduate courses or during the 1st year should be established to result in a multi- disciplinary basic education. Third, a project based major needs to be performed that connects fashion design subjects with their related subjects for 2 and a half years as of the $2^{nd}$ year. These projects can be progressed by problem-solving design process of problem-identification and brainstorming-research, analysis-design concept-design ideation, selection-design development, implementation-critical evaluation and solutions. Fourth, collaborative projects or integrated courses with related Liberal Arts or other art and design majors should lead to muliti-discilplinary education. Fifth, the chance of increased active industry-academy collaboration and actual employment or enterprise can be facilitated by the establishment of only the courses related to domestic or international internships during the $2^{nd}$ semester of the $4^{th}$ year.

  • The role of traditional universities has been emphasized as a career path to advance into society. Recently, it has become a new paradigm of university education by emphasizing entrepreneurship as a career aspect. While entrepreneurship education is constantly expanding for college students, relatively few young people choose to start their own business. Despite the fact that the government is continuing to expand the university's entrepreneurship education, there are very few achievements that lead to actual entrepreneurship and student start-up There is still a lack of research on ways to cultivate creative talents and increase practical entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study are as follows: First, the effects of creativity competency education on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention were analyzed. The effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial intention. Finally This study examined the effects of social support (parent support) between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. • The fourth industrial revolution calls for an integrated talent by improving working-level skills within the big framework of creativity and convergence. Therefore, university education focuses on solving the problem of practical ability education by improving employment ability. Based on this improvement in practical skills, this study is based on the field-based design curriculum of Capstone. Currently, the Capstone Design Course is being implemented at most universities, extending its scope to the fields of engineering, humanities, social studies and arts. However, there is a limit to the core concept of Capstone design education and capacity education developed in line with the foreign educational environment and applied directly to our nation's university education. In terms of overseas cases, the core focus is to develop practical, design, and prototype capabilities by forming a team among all grades and multidisciplinary institutions to support the capital and manpower of the industry. However, the nation's industrial linkage and curriculum have difficulties in carrying out multi-disciplinary education. In this study, students were asked to team up and solve the challenges that the industry needs based on the expertise acquired in the lower grade curriculum by applying majors and 3D printing through the first and second semester courses of the fourth grade to address these limitations. In addition, business skills for the process of creativity and leadership experience in our country through a suitable design capstone class to review the efficiency of education by applying a model. In order to achieve the purpose of Capstone design subject, the goal setting, class model composition, class model application, verification and evaluation, and final class model development procedures were carried out. • The mission of the university is to grow young people who will be responsible for the next generation nation to mature society. In particular, the role of universities in the 4th Industrial Revolution era is to foster creative talents. Therefore, innovative changes are required for existing infusion education and employment-oriented college education contents and teaching methodology. In the high youth unemployment rate, entrepreneurship education is spreading to universities to innovate existing organizations and create new jobs. Until now, however, the effects of university entrepreneurship education have been studied mainly in the field of start-up. Therefore, it is very difficult to study various effects on entrepreneurship education. In this study, empirical analysis of the effect of entrepreneurship training on career preparation behaviors of university students who are about to enter the society is verified. The sample of this study was surveyed from August, 2016, and the questionnaire was applied to 393 university students who selected 5 universities and entrepreneurship education. As a result of the analysis, the ability of communicative communication and creative problem solving cultivated through entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, Entrepreneurship and self - efficacy had a positive (+) positive effect on career preparation behavior. However, cooperative communication ability, creative problem solving ability, and effective work behavior ability by entrepreneurship education were not directly related to career preparation behavior. On the other hand, in verifying the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, it proved that mediating role of positive communication between collaborative communication ability, creative problem solving ability and career preparation behavior. The implications of this study are as follows This study examines the effects of university entrepreneurship education on career preparedness behaviors. In other words, the university proved the direct effect and the mediating effect that affects positively (+) effect on career preparation behaviors by encouraging entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, rather than quantitative extension based on competency. Also, the implication of the parameters (entrepreneurship, self - efficacy) as a key variable for the effect and performance of career preparation behavior was derived. It also suggests that it is necessary to improve the creativity ability of entrepreneurship education so that it can have a direct and meaningful influence on career preparation behavior. First of all, it is urgent to develop a qualitative evaluation index for entrepreneurship education in order to measure these effects. Therefore, further study is required to verify the various implications for future entrepreneurship education, as well as the implications that entrepreneurship education is indispensable for the preparation of university students' careers.

  • The relationship between education and work is of the greatest concern to individuals and society because they are the key drivers of growth and development. In the context of Industry 4.0, labor and educators are facing the challenges of big changes in the workplace. How to prepare undergraduate students for the world of employment has become the most important mission of higher education providers. This paper explored the competency gap in the labor market in Vietnam from the perspective of employees who have been dissatisfied with the current status. First, a qualitative method with the Delphi technique was applied to confirm this consensus in an employees' competency model. Then, the satisfaction level for each competency criterion was explored by applying the advance quantitative method, namely, best non-fuzzy performance approach. Lifelong learning was ranked first, followed by creativity and innovation, foreign languages, expertise and digitalization, adaptability, and finally, organizing and managing ability. Critical thinking and problem-solving were perceived to have the biggest gap. The order of competency satisfaction is useful in explaining the mismatch between education quality and labor market demand. The findings provide valuable guidelines for education managers who seek to bridge the competency gap and improve education quality.
