Objective : This study aims to investigate the priority of education needs of managerial competencies for Korean Medicine doctors. Method : Self-administered questionnaires were sent via on-line survey system to 4,107 Korean Medicine (KM) doctors who were registered in the Association of Korean Medicine and whose business places were in Seoul. The cognition of necessities, present levels, and future importance of managerial competencies were measured. To measure the degree of educational needs on health management, t-test and Borich method were used. Results : The response rate was 1.9%(79 persons) and 68 responses were included in the analysis. The cost-effectiveness studying ability and the public relations ability were the most important competencies. Analyzing the competency groups by t-test and Borich method, the marketing group was the most important competency group. Many KM doctors (53 persons; 68.9%) who answered this questionnaire expressed needs of the business administration course. Conclusion : KM doctors conceded the necessity of business competency to manage their hospitals or clinics. Academic institutions needs to consider the implementation of business administration courses for KM students in accordance with needs of the managerial competencies.

Purpose - One of the main objectives of this paper is to identify the most effective type of social media and to analyze the priority of blogs by their informational attributes in the aspect of their impacts on word-of-mouth intention(WOM) in on-line markets. Research design, data, and methodology - We set 'attitude' variable in the middle to see if there is mediating effects between blog information and word-of-mouth intention. We conducted a survey by questionnaire and received 206 answers. Employing the OLS statistical methods through the SPSS package, we tested our hypotheses. Results - Some of the main results are the followings. First, blog, micro-blog, and profile-based services showed significant effects on WOM, while Internet community and mini-homepages are not significant. Second, blog has positive impacts on WOM. Third, attitude has perfect mediating effects between blog and WOM. Fourth, in terms of effects on WOM, interactivity shows the first priority and reliability and usability follows. Finally, attitude has a more significant effect for users of 3 types of blog compared with those of 2 types. Conclusions - In this paper, we analyzed the effects of social network services by type and identified the priority among various attributes of information contained in blogs. It would provide businesses with viable strategic options to establish public relations in their sales promotion.

This paper reorganized five service qualities dimensions of ski-resorts, then derived the improvement priority order of the service quality through a satisfaction measure considering the importance. There're more competitive situations to guarantee customers using the skies and snowboards is a major sports in winter season. In these competitive environments, this paper's going to propose a predominant-competitive strategies for improving the service quality of ski-resorts. This study measured the satisfaction considering the importance of service quality target on customers has an experience ski resort service quality to improve ski resort service quality. This study using Performance Model decide a priority order about a particular item improvement, then is going to present a guideline that can improve the service quality more exactly. As a result of the study the factors that is important to the customer were prime physical factor, access, assistance physical factor, staff service and assistant service, an improvement priority order were accommodation and eating-drinking facilities, waiting time of a slope and lift/gondola, entertainment/shopping facilities in the resorts, equipment rental and lift fare.

This study was performed in order to contributing the conflict factors which largely affects the efficient promotion of Urban Rehabilitation Project. then, it aims to induce conflict factors which affect the business period and business expense through PLS Regression Analysis. The data was build up from union members, tenants and merchants who are living in the completed urban rehabilitation area. In the case of 'Business period', it shows the priority on conflict factors in this order such as the 'Approval and Authorization for union establishment', 'Approval and Plan for business enforcement' and 'Interruption of interest group related to service business such as business delay'. In addition, In the case of 'Business expenses', it shows the priority on conflict factors in this order such as the 'Approval and Authorization for union establishment', 'Selling contract', 'Report of Demolition and Loss' and 'Plan and Authorization of Management disposition'.

Business analysis is a key factor of project success or failure in information systems. However, there are few studies on business analysis competencies. The objective of this paper is to identify which competencies a business analyst (BA) needs, and analyze the importance weights and priorities of business analysis competencies. Literature review yielded 6 competency dimensions and 30 competencies. Based on interviews with 12 experts and analytic hierarchy process analysis, the relative importance weight and priority of each business analysis competency were analyzed. Moreover, an importance-perception gap between stakeholders in different positions was identified. This result can be used as selection and development criteria for superior BAs that are responsible for solving business problems using information systems solutions.

This study clarified the definition and interpretation of terms relating to SMEs Priority System. First, 'Domestic' is defined that the address of office is in our country. Second, 'Technology utilization capacity' is defined that the de facto capacity to technology commercialization and utilization. for example. development or production or sales activity of the production using national r&d performance. Third, 'priority' in priority consideration is defined that when there are many companies trying sign technology utilization contract, technology providers shoud provide the opportunity of signing contract to SMEs primarily. 'priority consideration' is defined that technology providers shoud try to do enough to sign a contract with SMEs. This study has significance in that raising the application of the current SMEs Priority System.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the quality competence as a source of competitive advantages. The relationship between quality priority and competitive priority, and the relationship between quality competence and competitive capability are investigated using data collected from 114 manufacturing business units of 75 manufacturing companies. Several measures are used to characterize competitive strategy and value chain, and quality factors including conformance, reliability, durability, performance, and customization. The result indicates that the quality competence paired with competitive strategy positively influences the level of competitiveness, but management performances are not strongly correlated with quality competence.

This study compared and analyzed major policies and operational processes of countries that introduced the Renewable Energy Plan Site, through literature analysis of published governmet data, and previous research results. The procedures of the Renewable Energy Plan Site were classified into planned location designations, selection of power generation business operators, designation of the business' district and development and evaluating the factors derived for each procedure. Four contries were selected to be compared and analyzed, namely: Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom and Japan. This was based on the criteria used to introduce and operate the Renewable Energy Plan Site, activate renewable energy supply and check the applicability of Korea's policies. It was analyzed that the priority of the planned location for the procedure was different for each country depending on the conditions there.

Purpose: To obtain the area for improvement, the Importance-Performance analysis(IPA) uses relatively simple questions, that is, satisfaction and importance at attribute level. However, no attempt has been made to consider the gap between own company's performance and those of competitors in IPA, in the field of quality management. This study is aimed to suggest a new prioritizing method for improvement and to test for validity of the proposed technique. Methods: This study used data collected from Song and Lim(2015), which is satisfaction of employees, customers and competitors as well as importance data for 7 quality attributes of K animal hospital. A correlation comparison with other priority methods such as Bacon(2003)'s model and Matzler and Hinterhuber(1998)'s QI index is conducted. Results: The priority results by the proposed method shows better in correlation coefficient with customer perceived priority for improvement than other methods. Conclusion: From the result of the current study, it can be concluded that the result of the proposed method is valid, while it is relatively easy to understand and analyze, and therefore no additional survey is necessary for improvement priority.

This paper proposes a standard method for linking data between the U-City Integrated Urban Management Platform and u-service systems through systemization of event identification and standardization of event priority. By applying the proposed method, the incoming events to the Management Platform are listed and processed according to their priority of urgency. The application of the systemized event ID and standardized event priority enables prompt counter-measures against urban emergencies and disasters, which improves the efficiency of business processes by reducing the time and cost to complete required actions.
