  • In a study of the existing Collaboration, U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) has a width of the various channels through continuous mutual cooperation by the path-dependency. U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) through the various channels is more powerful, whereas this increase trade-related barriers. In other words, It has been discussed in many literatures about the U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK). However, relatively a study on the factor of the barrier about U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) is a minority. Given the importance of policies to establish an association of industry-university cooperation and support system, the lack of research on the obstacles to U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) will be a serious obstacle for designing effective policies. This paper examines the existing literature about the width of mutual cooperation and the barrier of U-I Collaboration, analyze to lower the barrier of U-I cooperation through POB(Positive Organization Behavior) of university administration. In conclusion, we would like to suggest the policy implications.

  • As R&D cooperation activities with various partners are becoming huge in scale and scope, to achieve successful R&D performance, we need to systematically divide by its characteristics and to stratagemically carry out R&D cooperation activities. In this paper we propose R&D cooperation system between the university and the R&D institute in the geoscience field. The cooperation system can include activities of joint R&D program execution, R&D researcher exchange, R&D infrastructure use, technology commercialization and business exchange. Its system seems to positively affect on R&D performance and when considering the level of innovation as a moderating variable, in the situation of high innovation environment its system is able to positively affect on the R&D performance. For different effects of R&D cooperation activities on individual cooperation performance we can choose proper cooperation activities for R&D cooperation purposes.

Due to those phenomena, there is consequently big change not only in the field of political-economy but also in the cultural trend of the world. But, despite of the importance of mutual cooperation between Korea and China, the research about Chinese cyber culture is neglected relatively. But, on the other hand, cultural trends are changed to homogeneity both in nation-side which is between Korea and China and in space-side which is between online and offline culture. It is recommended that Korea and China have to endeavor to understand mutual culture, and to utilize the cyber culture in the respect of business cooperation.
