본 연구는 기업간 연구개발 협력 활동이 증가되면서, 연구개발 협력의 성과 결정요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 조직간 신뢰, 몰입과 기업역량을 중심으로 선행연구와 기존 문헌을 토대로 기업간 신뢰는 개방성, 경영능력, 배려의 3가지 세부 변수를 도출하였고, 기업역량은 R&D 역량, 재무역량, 경영역량, 흡수역량의 4가지 세부변수로 구성하였다. 몰입은 하나의 변수로 구성하였다. 또한 종속변수를 매출액과 영업이익으로 구분하여 연구개발 협력의 성과가 차별적으로 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 기업역량 변수들은 연구개발 협력 성과에 유의적인 결과를 보이고 있었다. 두번째로 기업간 신뢰와 몰입은 연구개발 협력 성과에 유의적이지 않게 나타났다. 세 번째로 종속변수의 차이에 따른 성과 결정요인의 차이는 검증되지 않았다.

In this study, the Inter-Korea Fisheries Cooperation Project was divided into four categories: North Korea's Fisheries Infrastructure Development Project, Fisheries Cooperation Project, Human Exchange Project, and North Korea Fisheries Investment Project. First, North Korea's fisheries infrastructure development projects include North Korea's fisheries resource research project, it's fisheries resource development project, and joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships. Second, fisheries cooperation projects include the operation of the North-South common fish area in the West Sea, the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and the import of North Korean seafood. Third, human exchange projects include training of aquaculture technicians in North Korea, technology transfer and training of fishing vessels, and boarding of North Korea's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels. Fourth, North Korea's fisheries investment projects include aquaculture facilities and aquaculture feed support, aquatic product processing facilities and technology transfer, and fishery equipment support. However, as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea, Inter-Korea Fisheries cooperation, however, should be promoted according to the level of easing of international sanctions as international sanctions are maintained in the international community to North Korea. First, North Korea's fisheries resource research project, North Korea's fisheries resource creation project, joint enforcement on illegal operation of Chinese ships, and operation of the common fish area in the West Sea can be promoted if international sanctions are maintained at present, promote North Korea's fisheries resource research project. Second, boarding of North Korean's fisherman in Korean fishing vessels, conducting the fishing project in North Korea's East sea, and importing North Korean seafood can be aided if commercial transactions are possible with North Korea. Third, South Korea will support aquaculture facilities and aquatic feed, fisheries processing facilities and technology transfer, fishery equipment support, training of fisheries and aquaculture technicians, fishery fishing technology transfer, and training of fisherman when a comprehensive economic cooperation project is possible with North Korea.

With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.

Purpose - This study analyzes the effect of the authorized economic operator-mutual recognition arrangement (AEO-MRA) on the performance of Korean exporters and importers. The effect of the import-export companies' characteristics, such as annual sales, the number of foreign markets, and overseas experience, on the AEO-MRA is deduced; the relationship between this effect and firm performance is analyzed. Design/methodology - An empirical research model was constructed and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The effect of AEO-MRA on logistics and operational performance was derived from the aforementioned characteristics as leading factors of the AEO-MRA. The regulatory influence of cooperation with logistics companies was analyzed in the AEO-MRA effect on logistics performance. Thus, 172 valid samples were obtained from import-export companies certified by the AEO-MRA. Findings - Among the aforementioned characteristics, only "annual sales" has a positive effect on the AEO-MRA, whose effect enhances logistics and operational performances. The AEO-MRA effect did not directly affect operational performance. Owing to the adjustment effect analysis, the AEO-MRA effect and logistics performance relationship is strengthened if the cooperative relationship with the logistics company is higher than a certain level. If this cooperation falls below a certain level, the AEO-MRA effect on logistics performance reduces. Thus, logistics cooperation is an important factor in the AEO-MRA effect and logistics performance relationship. Originality/value - Hinging on the resource-based theory and relational viewpoint, an empirical model that explains the relationship between the AEO-MRA effect and firm performance is established.

This study aims to establish a development strategy for higher education in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector and to present a direction for international development cooperation through evaluating policies and current problems related to higher education in marine and fisheries sector. To achieve the goals of human resources development in marine and fisheries sector, Indonesian government needs to secure non-salary expenditures to strengthen support for areas directly related to the effects of education, such as improving educational facilities, expanding scholarships, and so on. Education institution needs to develop effective teaching methods and systematic practice-based curriculum that reflects the needs of the local fishermen community and fisheries industry. In addition, it is necessary to support the supply of manpower throughout the fisheries industry. Fisheries industry needs to stop relying on the government or education institutions to secure excellent human resources and actively participate and cooperate in the education field so that excellent human resources can flow into the industry. Based on this strategy, international development cooperation for human resources development in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector should focus on qualitative rather than quantitative expansion of higher education institutions.

창업은 거시적인 측면에서는 고용을 창출하여 국가경제의 근간을 이루는 기능을 담당하지만 개인의 측면에서는 소득원의 역할을 담당하기 때문에 창업의도를 파악하기 위해서는 개인적인 측면에서 경제적인 성과가 매우 중요한 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 창업에 대한 성공과 실패에 대한 태도가 창업에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 창업의 성공에 대한 태도는 창업의도에 정적인 영향력을 나타내고 있으며, 반면 실패에 대한 창업 태도는 창업의도에 부적인 영향력을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 시장전망이 창업의도에 미치는 조절변수의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 실패와 시장전망의 상호작용에서 부정적인 영향력을 나타났다. 본 연구결과 실패라는 부정적인 요소가 창업의도에 영향을 중요한 원인으로 규명되었으므로 실패를 극복할 수 있는 창업교육이 필요하다.

본 연구는 지역전략산업과 연계되어 추진되고 있는 중소기업지원정책의 효율성 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 전략산업 내 중소기업의 기업지원수요를 바탕으로 맞춤형 기업지원 정책방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리는 정책의사결정(지역사업의 사업포트폴리오전략, 효율적 사업비 배분, 중점추진과제 등)에 활용하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 지역전략산업진흥사업에 참여하고 있는 243개의 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 전략산업별 참여기업들의 특성이 다르게 나타나고 있어 이에 대한 맞춤형 정책창출의 시사점을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과들은 중앙정부 주도의 지역산업 정책기조와 산업현장의 정책수요를 반영하여 지역산업정책의 효율성을 증대하기 위한 시사점이 될 것이다.

비즈니스 프로세스의 자동화된 처리와 이에 대한 모니터링 요구는 기업마다 특화된 형태를 지니는 것이 일반적이다. 비즈니스 프로세스는 일반적인 데이터베이스 트랜잭션과는 달리 수행에 장시간이 소요되며, 비즈니스 상황에 따라 매우 복잡한 처리 로직을 가진다. 이러한 처리 로직들은 사업 정책이나 환경이 변함에 따라 자주 변경되기 때문에 기업은 특정 비즈니스 프로세스의 모니터링 과정에서 해당 프로세스 인스턴스의 전체적 의미를 종합적으로 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 종합적인 모니터링을 위해 GMA(Grid Monitoring Architecture)를 사용하였다. GMA는 이종 시스템 환경 하에서 모니터링 정보를 효과적으로 관리하고 감독하기 위하여 제시된 확장성이 높은 아키텍처이다. 다양한 처리 로직을 지원할 수 있도록 GMA 모델에 복합 이벤트의 처리 기능을 부가함으로써, 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 자동화된 실행과 상위수준의 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 구축할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 기업에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동(정보, 지식경영, 학습조직)이 혁신활동(활용적, 탐색적)과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 국내 기업의 CEO 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 토대로 통계분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 정보와 학습조직 활동은 활용적 혁신활동과 탐색적 혁신활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지식경영 활동은 탐색적 혁신활동에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 못하였다. 또한, CEO 내 외부 활동에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동의 영향을 받은 활용적, 탐색적 혁신활동은 기업의 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 영향력의 세기는 차이를 보였다. 따라서 기업의 경영에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동 중에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동에 의한 활용적 혁신과 탐색적 혁신활동 발현으로 경영성과를 극대화시키기 위한 모색은 선행 연구에서 지각된 활동을 기반으로 하여 기업의 경영 환경을 고려하여 유리한 활동을 추출하고 이를 경영 전략에 반영하는 것이 기업에서 최상의 경영성과 목표달성에 유리함을 본 연구결과에서 시사하고 있다.

The Foodservice Industry is Intensive labor industry by human traces service. Presently activation of Educational-Industrial cooperation is essential to Foodservice Industry. First, the Educational world gives a course of study by a jog analysis. Next, the Industrial world gives various information to students, the spot arrangement suit student´s ability and gives suit job, etc.
