This study confirms Busan area medium and small enterprises' position and analyzed present condition and actual conditions of swing Korea measure and consumer's attitude about measure in general circumstance that our country medium and small enterprises is placed in information. According to result that analyze Busan area medium and small enterprises' information level, Busan was expose by whole country average low including the electron commercial transaction rate. When consider weight that Busan economy occupies in gross domestic product, information differential of medium and small enterprises of Busan area is subject that must improve urgently and seriousness point is true that information differential of manufacturing industry is main factor more. Therefore, urgent agenda should be the activation of manufacturing industry information assistance measure and extension of current manufacturing technique information assistance business for Busan economy. Also, at problem solution progress, Busan is thought that must come looking for seat role actively.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the noise level and source, reduce the subway line II noise. As a result of measurement of subway line II in Busan the highest value section of uproad line was from Jigegol to Motgol by 89 dB(A). The sections of conversation and listening interference(over 80 dB(A)) were 21 sections(55%) of 38 sections. Among these sections, 15 sections(71%) were produced rolling noise, 3 sections(14%) squeal noise, 2 sections(10%) braking noise and 1 section(5%) fan noise, and then a main noise source was the rolling noise. In case of downroad line, the highest value section was from Busan Metro Art Museum to Centum city, Motgol to Jigegol by 88 dB(A). The sections of conversation and listening interference(over 80 dB(A)) were 18 sections(47%) of 38 sections. Among these sections, 15 sections(83%) produced rolling noise, 2 sections(11%) squeal noise and 1 section(6%) braking noise were investigated in this study. and then a main noise source was the rolling noise.

Septo-optic dysplasia is a congenital anomaly with diverse phenotypes from normal to mixtures of visual abnormality, endocrine dysfunction, psychomotor retardations and epileptic seizures. It is characterized by optic atrophy, pituitary dysfunction and midline structure abnormalities in corpus callosum or septum pellucidum. Diagnosis of septo-optic dysplasia plus is made when cortical malformations accompanied. Here we report a middle-aged woman with septo-optic dysplasia plus having unilateral optic atrophy, agenesis of septum pellucidum and cortical malformations.

The government of Busan Metropolitan City conducted the "Survey on Shipping and Port Logistics Companies in Busan" between May and December, 2000. This was the first comprehensive survey of Busan Port conducted from the perspective of regional & industrial economics. The objective of the survey was to find out the level of influence of the shipping and port logistics industry on the regional economy of Busan, and to obtain base data for use in establishing an actual promotion program. The survey acquired information about human and physical resources, management conditions and consciousness of the industry, In addition, the study analyzed the survey data. The results of the analysis showed a method of creating added value in support of the marketing activities of the companies, and indicated methods of achieving systematic and sustainable promotion. The government of Busan City shall develop an e-Logistics infrastructure which can deliver a synopsis and intelligent information to people and companies in the industry by the end of this year. The information system would be of great help for people who may not be familiar with Busan's port and shipping industry, particularly international shipping companies. This will result in an Increase of trade and exchange in the shipping and port logistics industry, resulting in the generation of increased added value within the near future.
