본 연구는 정보화 분야에 있어서 우리나라 중소기업이 처한 일반적 상황 속에서 부산지역 중소기업의 위치를 확인하고 그에 대한 시책의 현황 및 실태 그리고 시책에 대한 수요자의 태도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 부산은 전자상거래율을 포함하여 전국 평균 이하로 나타났다. 국내 총생산에서의 부산경제 비중을 고려할 때 부산지역의 중소기업 정보화 격차는 시급히 개선되어야 하는 과제이며 더욱 심각한 점은 제조업의 정보화 격차이다. 따라서 제조업 정보화 지원시책의 활성화와 현행 생산기술 정보화 지원사업의 확대가 필요하다고 보인다. 또한 문제해결과정에서 부산광역시도 적극적으로 자기 역할을 찾아야 할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the noise level and source, reduce the subway line II noise. As a result of measurement of subway line II in Busan the highest value section of uproad line was from Jigegol to Motgol by 89 dB(A). The sections of conversation and listening interference(over 80 dB(A)) were 21 sections(55%) of 38 sections. Among these sections, 15 sections(71%) were produced rolling noise, 3 sections(14%) squeal noise, 2 sections(10%) braking noise and 1 section(5%) fan noise, and then a main noise source was the rolling noise. In case of downroad line, the highest value section was from Busan Metro Art Museum to Centum city, Motgol to Jigegol by 88 dB(A). The sections of conversation and listening interference(over 80 dB(A)) were 18 sections(47%) of 38 sections. Among these sections, 15 sections(83%) produced rolling noise, 2 sections(11%) squeal noise and 1 section(6%) braking noise were investigated in this study. and then a main noise source was the rolling noise.

Septo-optic dysplasia is a congenital anomaly with diverse phenotypes from normal to mixtures of visual abnormality, endocrine dysfunction, psychomotor retardations and epileptic seizures. It is characterized by optic atrophy, pituitary dysfunction and midline structure abnormalities in corpus callosum or septum pellucidum. Diagnosis of septo-optic dysplasia plus is made when cortical malformations accompanied. Here we report a middle-aged woman with septo-optic dysplasia plus having unilateral optic atrophy, agenesis of septum pellucidum and cortical malformations.

The government of Busan Metropolitan City conducted the "Survey on Shipping and Port Logistics Companies in Busan" between May and December, 2000. This was the first comprehensive survey of Busan Port conducted from the perspective of regional & industrial economics. The objective of the survey was to find out the level of influence of the shipping and port logistics industry on the regional economy of Busan, and to obtain base data for use in establishing an actual promotion program. The survey acquired information about human and physical resources, management conditions and consciousness of the industry, In addition, the study analyzed the survey data. The results of the analysis showed a method of creating added value in support of the marketing activities of the companies, and indicated methods of achieving systematic and sustainable promotion. The government of Busan City shall develop an e-Logistics infrastructure which can deliver a synopsis and intelligent information to people and companies in the industry by the end of this year. The information system would be of great help for people who may not be familiar with Busan's port and shipping industry, particularly international shipping companies. This will result in an Increase of trade and exchange in the shipping and port logistics industry, resulting in the generation of increased added value within the near future.
