만성질환아 어머니의 아동질병으로 인한 불확실성 경험 (Maternal Uncertainty in Childhood Chronic Illness)

  • The purpose of this study was to build a substantive theory about the experience of the maternal uncertainty in childhood chronic illness. The qualitative research method used was grounded theory. The interviewees were 12 mothers who have cared for a child who had chronic illness. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with audiotape recording done by the investigator over a period of nine months. The data were analyzed simutaneously by a constant comparative method in which new data were continuously coded into categories and properties according to Strauss and Corbin's methodology. The 34 concepts were identified as a result of analyzing the grounded data. Ten categories emerged from the analysis. The categories were lack of clarity, unpredictability, unfamiliarity, negative change, anxiety, devotion normalization and burn-out. Causal conditions included : lack of clarity, unpredictability, unfamiliarity and change ; central phenomena : anxiety, being perplexed ; context. seriousness of illness, support ; intervening condition : belief action/interaction strategies devotion, overprotection ; consequences : normalization, burn-out. These categories were synthesized into the core concept-anxiety. The process of experiencing uncertainty was 1) Entering the world of uncertainty, 2) Struggling in the tunnel of uncertainty, 3) Reconstruction of the situation of uncertainty. Four hypotheses were derived from the analysis : (1) The higher the lack of clarity, unpredictability, unfamiliaity, change, the higher the level of uncertainty (2) The more serious the illness and the less the support, the higher the level of uncertainty. (3) The positive believes will influence the devoted care and normalization of the family life. Through this substantive theory, pediatric nurses can understand the process of experiencing maternal uncertainty in childhood chronic illness. Further research to build substantive theories to explain other uncertainties may contribute to a formal theory of how normalization is achieved in the family with chronically ill child.

  • 위 펄스형 방사선에 노출된 전자장비는 전자소자 내부에서 발생되는 전자-정공쌍(EHP)과 이들이 형성한 순간 광전류로 Upset, Latchup, Burn out 과 같은 다양한 피해를 입게 된다. 이와같은 손상은 군무기체계나 우주항공 장비의 경우 군전력 손실이나 장비의 기능정지로 나타나 국가적으로 큰 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 펄스형 감마방사선으로 부터 전자장비/소자를 보호하기 위한 방호기술개발의 일환으로 '방사선 감지 및 제어장치'를 구현하고 대표적으로 군장비에 사용되는 전자소자에 대한 기능검증을 시도하였다. 펄스 방사선에 Latchup 및 Burn out 손상특성을 나타내는 LM118 소자에 개발한 '방사선 감지 및 제어장치'를 적용하여 펄스방사선 조사시험을 수행한 결과 LM118이 안전하게 보호됨을 확인하였다.

산불화재 감식을 위한 연소생성물의 응용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Application of Combustion Products for Forest Fire Investigation)

  • This study was designed to provide basic data applicable to fire investigation through consideration of combustion products and propose vulnerability of combustibles through analysis of $CO_2$ emission. In order to achieve these research objectives, characteristics of combustion products such as smoke release rate of each part(raw leaves, branches and barks), $CO_2$ emission and ash production were considered targeting on 6 oak species(Quercus variabilis Blume, Quercus aliena Blume, Quercus serrata, Quercus mongolica Fisch, Quercus dentata Sapling and Quercus acutissima) using cone calorimeter and smoke density tester. As a result, it was found that raw leaves release smoke more relatively than branches and barks, when they burn, and that Quercus variabilis Blume has the highest smoke density. Also, Quercus acutissima released CO and $CO_2$ which are respectively, 6.67 times and 1.43 times more than Quercus variabilis Blume with low $CO_2$ emission. In addition, branches released CO and $CO_2$ more relatively. There was a big difference in ash production among raw leaves(3.1 g), branches(10.5 g) and barks(16.43 g). It was identified that Quercus serrata produces ashes which are nearly 9.95 times more than Quercus variabilis Blume. It demonstrates that Quercus serrata contains relatively higher minerals and that Quercus variabilis Blume can leave lots of traces like stain and carbonization, as it releases smoke a lot and it's difficult to predict visibility, when a forest fire breaks out in its community area. It is also considered that smoke particles containing oil in the air leave strain on the surface of a tree, and that CO and $CO_2$ emission increases, when crown fire to burn branches breaks out.

사회복지사 소진 요인에 관한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis of Social Worker's Factor of Burnout)

  • 본 연구에서는 1990년대부터 2013년까지의 '소진'에 관련된 논문을 분석하여 메타분석을 하였다. 본 분석의 결과 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 근무경력, 업무환경으로서의 보상, 슈퍼비전, 승진, 직무자율성 요인과 클라이언트 관련요인인 클라이언트 문제의 심각성, 클라이언트 수의 적절성, 클라이언트와의 관계요인을 제외한 모든 변인에서는 유의미한 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 또한 연령과 근무경력이 높을수록 사회복지사의 자기효능감과 감성지능, 사회적 지지가 높을 수록소진이 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 조직 내 외적인 환경뿐만 아닌, 서비스제공자의 소진방지를 위한 프로그램의 필요성이 제시된다.

A Study on the Transformer Design considering the Inrush Current Reduction in the Arc Welding Machine

  • The transformer used in an inverter type arc welding machine is designed to use high frequency in order to reduce its size and cost. Also, selecting core materials that fit frequency is important because core loss increases in a high frequency band. An inrush current can occur in the primary coil of transformer during arc welding and this inrush current can cause IGBT, the switching element, to burn out. The transformer design was carried out in $A_P$ method and amorphous core was used to reduce the size of transformer. In addition, sheet coil was used for primary winding and secondary winding coil considering the skin effect. This paper designed the transformer core with an air gap to prevent IGBT burnout due to the inrush current during welding and proposed the optimum air gap length.

  • 적층 액츄에이터에서 바인더의 열적 거동이 액츄에이터의 물성을 좌우하므로 압전-전왜 재료로서 우수한 PNN-PZT/Acrylic binder의 혼합물에서 고분자 열분해 메카니즘과 결합제 번아웃 공정에 영향을 끼치는 요소들을 FTIR, DSC, TGA와 같은 분석기기를 통하여 분석하였다. 결합제는 2단계를 거쳐 번아웃이 되며, 산소 분위기일 경우 열분해가 활발해져서 최종 잔유물이 5% 내외로 최소화되므로 물성이 좋은 액츄에이터를 얻을 수 있다.

모시 소재의 문양에 따른 감성 이미지 평가 (The Effect of Motives of Ramie Fabrics on Sensory Image Evaluation)

  • The purpose of the study were to find out (1) the effect of motives on perceiver's image perception on ramie fabrics, and perceiver's trait, age and gender on sensory image evaluation of ramie fabrics. The research was a quasi experiment and experimental materials developed for the study were a set of material stimuli and semantic differential scales to measure sensory image of the stimuli, an aesthetic value scale. the independent design was motif design techniques(Plain Weave, burnt-out, embroidery, stripe, check). The subjects were 421 adults in Daejeon and Seachun. The results was as follows: The factor analysis of semantic differential scales for the ramie materials emerged 4 different image dimensions: attractiveness, hand, elegance, weight). The five design techniques showed significantly different image affects on some selective dimensions. The burn-out design gave the most attractive image, the embroidery design gave the softest image and plain weaved fabric presented the lightest hand image. Consumer's aesthetic values, gender and age tended to affect sensory image evaluation of ramie materials. On conclusion the result revealed that design strategy for the ramie material, design development though motives will be an essential process. and for material design pursued design image and target consumer's trait should be carefully considered.

부탄 캔 파열로 인한 화구의 피해에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Damage of Fireball by the Butane-Can Explosion)

  • 지구상에 역사가 시작된 이후로 에너지, 경제, 환경 등 3E 문제가 존재해 왔다. 특히, 산업사회의 발전과 더불어 인간의 삶에 대한 욕구도 날로 급속하게 변하고 있다. 주40 시간제가 시행되면서 야외활동을 즐기는 사람들이 많아지고 있다. 가스에 의한 사고도 토요일과 일요일에 가장 많이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 부탄 캔의 파열에 따른 화염의 영향으로 인간에게 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 API에서 규정한 피해예측을 통하여 평가를 실시하였다. 폭발장소에서의 화염에 의해 미치는 영향 거리를 산출하여 거리별 복사열의 크기를 알게 되면 그 지점에서의 피해는 간단하게 예측할 수 있다. 또한 폭발장소 주변에 위치한 인간에게 미치는 영향을 PROBIT 모델에 적용하여 사고피해예측을 평가하였다. 프로빗 분석에 의하면 화염에서 50cm 이격된 곳은 1도 화상에 의한 손상확률이 97%, 2도 화상에 의한 손상확률은 8%, 화재로 인한 사망확률은 4%로 나타났다.

화상의 침 치료에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (Acupuncture for the Treatment of Burns: A Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials and Case Controlled Trials)

  • Objectives The study was conducted to evaluate the acupuncture treatment for burns by reviewing international randomized controlled studies and case controlled studies. Methods In the review, ten academic literature archives; NDSL, OASIS, PubMed, Cochrane library, CNKI, WANFANG, CINAHL, J-STAGE, CiNii, and EMBASE were used as the main databases to search for the randomized controlled trials or the case controlled trials about acupuncture treatment of burns using the keywords "burns AND acupuncture", "burn AND acupuncture", and "scald AND acupuncture". Results Initially, a total of 852 studies were founded except duplicate studies. 801 studies were excluded after screening of title and abstract. After reviewing 51 papers, a total of four randomized controlled trials and two case controlled trials were selected. These studies were analyzed by year, subjects, treatment intervention, evaluation criteria, treatment effect, adverse events, and 'Risk of Bias' assessment for randomized studies and non-randomized studies. From the six papers out of 51 papers those were reviewed, patients with burns were divided into two groups. The experimental group received acupuncture treatment, while the control group did not. The results of the completed studies have shown that the experimental group receiving acupuncture treatment demonstrated significant improvement compared to the control group, and there was no serious adverse events. Conclusions According to some of the studies, acupuncture in burn treatment is worth to try. However, additional well-designed randomized controlled studies will be required to justify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of burns.

LPG충전소에서 증기운폭발에 의한 화염의 피해에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Damage of Flame caused by the Vapor Cloud Explosion in LPG Filling Station)

  • 액화석유가스 자동차는 대도시의 대기환경 개선을 위해 적용되고 있으며 대기 오염물질을 저감시키는데 효과적인 것으로 입증되고 있다. 이와 더불어 환경 친화적인 에너지원으로서 가스의 수요가 날로 급증하고 있으며, LPG 충전소도 해마다 증가추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 충전소에서 증기운폭발에 의한 화염의 영향으로 인간에게 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 API에서 규정한 피해예측을 통하여 평가를 실시하였다. 폭발장소에서의 화염에 의해 미치는 영향 거리를 산출하여 거리별 복사열의 크기를 알게 되면 그 지점에서의 피해는 간단하게 예측할 수 있다. 또한 폭발장소 주변에 위치한 인간에게 미치는 영향을 PROBIT 모델에 적용하여 사고피해예측을 평가하였다. 프로빗 분석에 의하면 화염에서 30m 이격된 곳은 1도 화상에 의한 손상확률이 100%, 2도 화상에 의한 손상확률은 99.2%, 화재로 인한 사망확률은 93.4%로 나타났다.
