The software which is used for electronic bulletin boards have shortcomings that the addition of new function and new information's type to the order point software is very difficult, and the aggressive adaption of newly introduced type of media is impossible because the software is developed by custom solution. Eventually new cost and time are required to enhance functionality or performance to software of DID(Digital Information Display). In this paper, we proposed the scheme to package DID's contents and to customize it using plug-in method. We conducted a case study of this scheme. The platform which can install Apps to DID as one of content was designed. Apps can be inserted by plug-in type on DID platform and run separately with DID framework. As a result, We got advantage that various contents, functions and Apps which are drived on Android can be displayed without any restriction and dependency because Apps itself is one of dynamic notice object. This solution increase reusability of Apps or contents, and can be used easily in various places such as airports, stations, terminals, and front desk by customizing.

This research analyzed whether some loading persons influence at process that spectator sees and evaluates animation for theater. Research target did netizen grades and review bulletin board and mentioned estimation contents after inspection and sorted virtue research by attribute practical attribute and emotional attribute to foundation to measure assessment of consumption form. Specialty, showed positive correlation that do individually is between two attributes, and predicted that relation between two attributes Influences in animation estimation after inspection. In this paper, an investigation on internet safety of 244 national or public elementary schools' web sites was performed with two points of view : inappropriate material posting and personal information exposure. The investigation results showed that obscene materials and commercial advertisements were uploaded into the bulletin board(67.2%) and students' personal information such as photograph, address, telephone number were exposed(87.3%). Most of the inappropriate materials were posted by auto-register programs. This problem was occurred due to reckless bulletin board opening and inappropriate management. On the contrary, personal information was exposed by teachers and students. They didn't not care about their personal information. It shows the fact that they have not recognized the danger of personal information exposure. Therefore managing real-name membership and enforcing permission to bulletin board were required to construct and use a safe school web site. Teachers have to understand not only negative effects appeared in a school web site but also latent dangerous factors.

As generation of Web 2.0 comes in, enormous information of corporation from various platform are being produced. However, corporations should understand features of each platform and appropriate strategies in order to attract the public in the midst of such flood of information. Numerous studies have been conducted regarding SNS which has grown rapidly in recent but a study relating a specific medium is relatively in short. So this study analyzed how information of Instagram bulletin board is accepted in perspective of consumer in Korean and America, We examined the relationship between intention of acceptance and Word Of Mouth effect through meditating effect of information usefulness. To answer the research question, we conducted online survey with Korean and USA college students. The result showed that usefulness of the information was shown to the major intermediary variable between the information characteristics of bulletin board and the intention of acceptance intention and Word Of Mouth(WOM).

This paper describes design, implementation and functional test of on-board flight analog video system. Video system is the part of the telemetry system as a means of providing flight vehicle's image data. Adopting analog video transmission technique, we could design and test the system in a short time and implement the prototype model with simpler circuits. As results of the functional test, we have made the verification and validation of two cameras' switching in time, and frequency modulation and demodulation of NTSC color signals successfully.

A hexavalent chromium (Cr (VI)) is one of the hazardous substances regulated by the RoHS. The determination of Cr (VI) in various polymers and printed circuit board (PCB) has been very important. In this study, the three different analytical methods were investigated for the determination of a hexavalent chromium in Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene copolymer (ABS) and PCB. The results by three analytical methods were obtained and compared. An analytical method by UV-Visible spectrometer has been generally used for the determination of Cr (VI) in a sample, but a hexavalent chromium should complex with diphenylcarbazide for the detection in the method. The complexation did make an adverse effect on the quantitative analysis of Cr (VI) in ABS. The analytical method using diphenylcarbazide was also not applicable to printed circuit board (PCB) because PCB contained lots of irons. The irons interfered with the analysis of hexavalent chromium because those also could complex with diphenylcarbazide. In this study, hexavalent chromiums in PCB have been separated by ion chromatography (IC), then directly and selectively detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The quantity of Cr (VI) in PCB was 0.1 mg/kg.
