  • The Engineering Model of on-board computer was developed and tested completely with other sub-systems for STSAT-2. We designed the on-board computer of STSAT-2 which has some improved features compared with that of STSAT-l. A remarkable change is that the on-board computer has a structure of centeralized network communication without a Network Controller of the STSAT-l. That is, the on-board computer directly manages a satellite network. In addition, as many logics are implemented by Field Programmable Gate Array, so we can reduce the weight and size of on-board computer. Also, the developed on-board computer has more improved tolerance against Single Event Upsets and faults than that of the STSAT-l.

  • The customer's bulletin board is the important channel to get opinions from customers directly. The effective management of the bulletin board for the customer improves the reliance by providing the best replies and by accepting opinions of the customer and furthermore, that can raise the customer's reliance of the whole shopping mall is the important eCRM method. But, the present mostly customer's bulletin board is been replied without any classifying about many kinds of question. Consequently, The shopping mall should do systematic management of the best professional reply about many kinds of question. In order to resolve this problem, we implement a classifier called Naive Bayesian classifier is classified automatically bulletin board for eCRM of shopping mall.

  • This study tried to describe how to give learners a quick response and to relieve instructors from burdens of answering questions. It adds more dynamic functions to Question and Answer Bulletin Board System, which plays an important role in the interaction of web-based instruction. It also causes increasing enhancements of interaction on web-based instruction. The Implemented Dynamic Question and Answer Bulletin Board System supplemented the defects of the established Q&A, in which learners should wait for answers until instructors checked questions and gave their replies. This new system enabled students to receive prompt answers by using the answer database which instructors had already installed with the result examined by internet searching engines.

  • The main purpose of this study is to statistically analyze the difference between Korea and Japan's consumer attitudes towards e-commerce through the use of auction websites. Here are the results. First, there was a significant difference between the Korean user's attitude and the Japanese user's attitude towards Internet usage; especially, the Japanese user's attitude towards convenience showed a much higher degree than that of the Korean user. Second, Korean users preferred brand image to price, while Japanese users preferred price to brand image. Third, both the Korean users and the Japanese showed a positive relationship between Internet usage and the use of e-commerce. In contrast to the Korean user's frequent use of the bulletin board, Japanese users tended to use the bulletin board less frequently.

  • The argument related to the use of real and anonymous names on the Internet bulletin board has recently become a main issue. When using real names, it is possible to violate free discussion and privacy. Also, when using anonymous names, it is possible to have the reverse function of the Internet in regard to the use of malicious replies or the distribution of false ideas. Therefore, this paper has made it possible to prevent the spread of the user's personal information and execute the single log-in process by using the XML-token method which is one of the SSO technologies. Also, by issuing virtual IDs and forming the path when establishing tokens, the anonymous bulletin board which provides anonymity with a conditional tracing process has been suggested. After analyzing the performance of visitor numbers at authentication time, the anonymous bulletin board based on the group signature method showed the average response rate of 0.72 seconds, 0.18 seconds, which was suggested scheme. In the authentication time 4-5 times faster response speed, respectively. Also, since the suggested system does not have to provide a single authentication process or make the user provide his or her signature, the level of user's convenience seems to be much higher. Such a result shows that the system suggested on the anonymous bulletin board has a more appropriate level of user's convenience.

  • Electric commerce of surpassing the traditional one appeared before the public and has currently led the change in the management of enterprises. To establish and maintain good relations with customers, electric commerce has various channels for customers that understand what they want to and suggest it to them. The bulletin board and e-mail among em are inbound information that enterprises can directly listen to customers' opinions and are different from other channels in characters. Enterprises can effectively manage the bulletin board and e-mail by understanding customers' ideas as many as possible and provide them with optimum answers. It is one of the important factors to improve the reliability of the notice board and e-mail as well as the whole electric commerce. Therefore this thesis researches into methods to classify various kinds of documents automatically in electric commerce; they are possible to solve existing problems of the bulletin board and e-mail, to operate effectively and to manage systematically.   • Learners in web-based learning environment have to keep a stronger will for their study than those in traditional learning environment. Here, this strong will can be told as learner's motivation which is emotional aspects. However, most web-based instructional designs have been based on learner's cognitive aspects. Therefore, this study focused on presenting the strategies for the design of emotional bulletin board and its concrete interfaces.

  • In this paper, a learning method of Pansori using voice bulletin board system is introduced. Also, the influence of the proposed approach on learners is analyzed by qualitative methods such as participatory observation, interview and video recording. The results of the qualitative analysis shows that the proposed approach can be effectively applied to Pansori learning. Futhermore, it can be seen that learners have a great interest in Korean traditional folk music.

  • In the creative economy paradigm, motivation of the opportunity based startup is a continuous concern to policy-makers. Recently, bigdata anlalytics challenge traditional methods by providing efficient ways to identify social trend and hidden issues in the public sector. In this study the authors introduce a case study using social bigdata analytics for conducting policy analysis. A semantic network analysis was employed using textual data from social media including online news, blog, and private bulletin board which create buzz on the startup business. Results indicates that each media has been forming different discourses regarding government's policy on the startup business. Furthermore, semantic network structures from private bulletin board reveal unexpected social burden that hiders opening a startup, which has not been found in the traditional survey nor experts interview. Based on these results, the authors found the feasibility of using social bigdata analysis for policy-making. Methodological and practical implications are discussed.
