Objectives: This study aimed to identify the current status and factors associated with emotional support services among care providers in elderly care service organizations. Methods: A total of 87 elderly care service agencies nationwide were recruited for the survey. Agencies' characteristics and emotional capacity monitoring activities; and program-building operations among care providers were measured. The collected data were analyzed using an ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: Emotional capacity monitoring activities and program building were generally low. Factors associated with emotional capacity monitoring activities were region, welfare regulations, and vacation and annual leave provisions, while those associated with emotional capacity building programs were identified as vacation and annual leave provisions. Conclusions: The agencies' vacation and welfare system seems to affect emotional support service activities among care providers. It is necessary to prevent emotional exhaustion of care providers and promote quality improvement of care through social and systematic emotional support services.

To transform the enterprise system into the 'Real Time Enterprise' with respect to IT, I suggest the conceptual application model which is composed of pieces(components) extracted from different packaged applications working in a heterogeneous environment based on the 'business activity' in other words, business services provided by internal (inter-enterprise) and external (extended enterprise) application to support a business activity within in an enterprise and the design mechanism focusing service tier which acts as intermediate tier within application architecture.

Our society becomes complex because technology is developing quickly. Especially, building services field deals with the important information that produces a drawing and manages the planning information and manpower. Therefore, the efficient management that connected with the construction information plays the important roles. The study develops a database by organizing systematically the various types of information using hypermedia. And, this study is to build the management system that can serve the various information that operated by DBMS on the web according to the DB structure. The information database was developed using internet web technology for building services field.

The Law of effective building and operation for the information systems took effect at Dec. 2005. Every government and public agency have to build own enterprise architecture(EA), sometimes it's called the Information Technology Architecture(ITA), by this law. The Ministry of National Defense(MND) built the enterprise architecture(EA) during 2006. 12$\sim$2007. 11 by this law too. We knew the specific characters of the public sector thru the EA project. The public sector is less active than commercial sector and most members of the public sector are just looking on the project as a spectator. So the most of key for the success of EA is how to catch the Sponsorship and Participation of members. In this paper we propose the effective building methodology for the Enterprise Architecture of public agency applying the MND-EA. The other governments and public agencies can build own the EA easily by the proposed methodology.

As ubiquitous technology(uT) is offered in the future space, human will find their life more convenient and prosperous, and the space efficiency will be improved with virtual displays within a limited space. In an living space with ubiquitous environments, all information of family members will be an essential source creating advanced future spaces both for users and for those maintaining the space. In recent studies of uT environment, development of scenario is mostly being carried out based on user and service. It is unsatisfactory, however, when it comes to the study of how these studies can be developed on the basis of architectural space. In this paper, we study about applying scenarios created through space analysis to suggest ways to predict the analysis of the relationship between digital devices/services and the building elements based on physical space with uT and to offer services smoothly to uT environment, intelligent devices and their users.

The purpose of this study is to develop mechanisms of nD model-based design by the combination of 2D drawing standards and 3D building models from the current 2D and text-based design. The aim of this study can be archived by defining the 2D model extension definitions for the IFC model development and harmonizing existing 2D standards. The paper examines 1) 3D Representation of Building Element and Building Services element, and 2D Model extension of IFC2X.2, 2) Basic development of additional 2D element that should be added to IFC model, and 3) mapping method between current 2D standard and IFC2.X2. Following this approach, the interoperability problem between 3D model and 2D drawing can be solved and finally an extended data model could be developed.

주거 공간에 건강관리에 필요한 서비스가 제공되는 것은 'aging in place'의 실현을 가속화할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 주거공간의 변화는 의료비를 절감하고 삶의 질을 향상하는 복지 측면에서도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 고령자가 스스로 건강을 관리할 수 있도록 헬스케어 서비스(Healthcare service)를 아파트 단지 내에 적용하는 계획방안에 대해 도출하고 주거복지동의 첫 사업 대상지인 가양 7단지 영구임대주택 단지를 중심으로 내용을 전개하고자 한다. 먼저 거주자의 헬스케어 서비스 이용의향에 대해 조사하고 관심이 높은 응답자를 중심으로 실제 시범사업이 적용된 서비스의 사용모습 관찰 및 심층 인터뷰를 통해 추후 계획시 고려할 사항에 대해 도출하였다. 가양 7단지의 경우 유헬스케어 서비스에 대한 요구는 고령자보다는 고령자 진입층에서 더 강력하게 나타나지만 공통적으로 주호의 협소함으로 기기 설치 및 측정에 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 관찰조사 결과 주호는 사용자세의 불편함으로 입식구조의 측정공간 계획이 필요하며 장비보관장소도 필요하다. 그리고 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 프로그램은 건강측정, 건강관리, 외부 시설과 연계된 시설로 나눠 계획할 수 있으며, 이는 건강측정 공간을 기본형, 즉 최소형으로 하여 점차 확대 적용할 수 있다. 가양 7단지의 경우, 별도의 복지 건물이 신축되므로 기능을 복합적으로 구성하는 혼합형의 프로그램을 적용할 수 있으며, 반자립 사용자에 대한 서비스까지 확대 적용하는 계획이 필요하다.

In the last decade many advanced home network services have been provided by construction industry, and many researches on the area have been carried out. One of the problems we are confronted with is that we do not have a standard classification scheme for home network services yet. In this paper a more stable classification scheme is suggested after comparative analysis of many different schemes in previous researches. More commonly highly attended service categories in the scheme is selected, and those are examined in terms of how commonly they are supplied by construction industry. In the later part of this paper the current home network building certification code is reviewed if the code complies with the highly attended categories in the classification scheme suggested in this paper. Some ideas to improve the current certification code is suggested by adding or optionally adding the highly attended categories.

CM services have continued to grow since the establishment of CM policies in 1997. Recently, strategies for overseas CM services have widely been discussed, because the CM services have expected synergy with planning, engineering, procurement and construction. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM trends and prospects. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 16 years (between 1997 and 2013) published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine current status and future direction of CM industry.
