  • The office environment of the building has been significantly changed and the office automation(OA) for productivity improvement and efficiency has proceeded. According to thee trends, the concept of office environment was transferred from conventional \"working space\" to \"living space\" or \"creative space\". Thus, occupants in office building have demanded more comfortable and advanced task environment. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the indoor environment of working space with personal air conditioning system using the measurements of environmental comfort parameters and the questionnaire survey of occupants、 thermal sensation response to the environment.n response to the environment.

건축물 골조공사 먹매김 시공자동화 로봇 프로토타입 개발 (Development of an Automated Layout Robot for Building Structures)

  • 건축물 골조공사에서 먹매김 작업은 건축물 구조부재 요소를 정확한 위치에 시공하기 위해 높은 정밀도가 요구되나, 현재 인력에 의해서 진행되어 작업자의 숙련도에 따라 먹 위치 정확도 및 정밀도가 저하되고, 정보손실 및 오류 발생에 따른 생산성 저하 문제점을 갖는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 전반적인 먹매김 공정의 자동화 및 정보화 기술 도입이 요구되며, 건설로봇을 활용한 먹매김 자동화는 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건축물 골조공사의 먹매김 시공자동화 로봇의 프로토타입을 개발하고 기초성능을 평가하였다. 개발된 로봇은 크게 주행부, 마킹부, 센싱부, 제어부로 구성되었으며, 골조공사 환경을 고려하여 다양한 주행방식과 마킹부 이동 및 회전이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 주행 및 마킹 성능 실험 결과, 주행거리 오차 및 마킹 품질측면에서는 만족할 만한 성능을 보였으나, 일부 주행방식과 마킹 정밀도 측면에서의 개선 필요성이 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 개발 장비의 지속적인 개선 및 성능 보완, 전체 먹매김 공정의 자동화 시스템 구축을 진행하고자 한다.

  • 전자상거래의 확산에 따른 환경변화 속에서 다품종소량 생산하는 주문제조업체들이 다양한 고객들의 주문에 대응하고, 동적으로 변화하는 내 외적 기업환경 속에서 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위해 본 연구에서는 멀티에이전트 기반 협상지원시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 동적으로 변하는 환경과 고객들의 주문에 대응하고, 유연한 시스템구조를 이루는데 있어 새로운 패러다임으로 부각되고 있는 에이전트 기술을 사용하였다. 또한, 에이전트간의 협업을 통해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 멀티에이전트 기술을 사용하였다 본 연구에서 제시한 멀티에이전트 기반 협상지원시스템은 주문제조업체에서 가장 중요한 거래활동인 협상의 자동화를 통해 주문에서부터 생산에 이르는 일련의 모든 거래활동을 자동화하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • Precast concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's, and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and unit box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. In this study, the design standard for unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by architectural law and promotion law of housing construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the open system basis. This study attempts to propose the design automation, with the method of unit construction of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system. Ticky-tacky is the biggest technical problem in suppling industrialization housing. Therefore, we will suggest a basic plan for design automation of unit modular housing which can raise the productivity of industrialization housing by applying open system, utilized by DB of component and unit, and solve the problem concerned about ticky-tacky.

네트워크 기반 무인지게차를 위한 팔레트 자율적재기술의 개발 (Development of Autonomous Loading and Unloading for Network-based Unmanned Forklift)

  • Unmanned autonomous forklifts have a great potential to enhance the productivity of material handling in various applications because these forklifts can pick up and deliver loads without an operator and any fixed guide. Especially, automation of pallet loading and unloading technique is useful for enhancing performance of logistics and reducing cost for automation system. There are, however, many technical difficulties in developing such forklifts including localization, map building, sensor fusion, control, and so on. This is because the system requires numerous sensors, actuators, and controllers that need to be connected with each other, and the number of connections grows very rapidly as the number of devices grows. This paper presents a vision sensorbased autonomous loading and unloading for network-based unmanned forklift where system components are connected to a shared CAN network. Functions such as image processing and control algorithm are divided into small tasks that are distributed over a number of microcontrollers with a limited computing capacity. And the experimental results show that proposed architecture can be an appropriate choice for autonomous loading in the unmanned forklift.

텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 정보통신기술 기반 건설자동화 연구동향 분석 (A Text Mining Analysis for Research Trend about Information and Communication Technology in Construction Automation)

  • 정보통신기술 기반 건설자동화는 건설산업의 생산성 향상을 위한 중요한 분야로 인식되어 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 정보통신기술 기반 건설자동화 연구의 국내 동향을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, '사업진행현황 수집 및 분석기술(26%)'과 '건설장비 자동화 요소분석 및 적용기술(28%)'이 주요한 연구 분야로 나타났다. '사업진행현환 수집 및 분석기술'에서는 건설정보가 핵심키워드로 나타났으며, 건설정보 중심의 자원관리, 현장관리, 정보관리 등의 연구와 실시간 정보를 통한 모니터링 연구 등이 주요한 연구방향으로 나타났다. '건설장비 자동화 요소분석 및 적용기술'에서는 유비쿼터스가 핵심 키워드로 등장하였으며 유비쿼터스 개념의 정보관리, 현장관리, 계측시스템 적용 등이 주요한 연구 방향으로 나타났다.

  • Reinforcing bars are an important material for tensile strength of structures. For this reason, the inspection of the reinforcing bars confirming the layout and omission is very important for the safety of the structures. However, the current method of inspecting of the reinforcing bars through photographs of specific areas is difficult to identify condition all reinforcing bars. And It is also difficult to confirm after completion of a building. Therefore, reinforcing bar inspection using 3D scanner is required for automation of rebar inspection and database construction. For this purpose, this study test application of automated inspection method for rebar inspection using 3D scanner and discuss the effect of this method.

  • Recently, Smart Grid is a emerging topic in power and communication industry. Smart Grid refers to a evolution of the electricity supply infrastructure that monitors, protects, and intelligently optimize the operation of the interconnected elements including various type of generators, power grid, building/home automation system and end-use consumers. In order to successful implementation of Smart Grid, energy management function will be the key factor that coordinates and optimally controls the various loads according to the operating condition and environments, and the load patterns in residential and commercial building will be required as fundamental element for load management. In this study, we collects many types of energy usage data of electric appliances, analyze their load curves, and make the general load patterns for electrical appliance.

  • Construction robotics is rapidly forming a market in conjunction with the development of sensing and artificial intelligence technologies. The layout work for accurately constructing the shape and dimensions of the building frame requires high accuracy and precision, and is one of the high demands for productivity and quality improvement through construction automation. Thus, as a preliminary study, we derived the elemental factors and performance requirements for developing an automated layout robot. In addition, alternatives on driving and marking units were investigated based on literature review and practioner's interview. The result of this study will be used as a basic data for the layout robot design.

  • Construction of reinforced concrete structures required massive amounts of concrete and steel rebar. The current procedure to estimate the quantity of rebar requires tedious and time-consuming manual labor. Consequently, this circumstance made the engineers vulnerable to error and mistake, which led to the rebar waste. No system that is capable of automatically calculating rebar length has yet been developed Thus, this study proposes a preliminary investigation of automatic rebar length estimation of beam element by using BIM-based shape codes drawn in Revit. Beam is chosen due to its complexity in the rebar arrangement. In addition, the development of this study could assist engineers on the construction site and effectively contribute to the minimization of rebar waste in the future.
